Reflection Windows and Doors

We worked with Reflection Windows to create, order, and install a French door. They were easy to work with throughout the whole process. They helped us work through some size issues and ultimately come up with a solution. We would highly recommend this business for all window and door needs.

This is a great company to work with. They told me the wait times and were almost spot on and install was delayed due to weather but when it happened it was fast and well done. Love my new windows and door.

John Grandleinard was phenomenal. He was attentive, respectful and informative. When he came to give us our initial bid he was extremely helpful and thorough. He answered all our questions, continued to do so for some time after until we made our decision. Unfortunately, a friend of ours also works in the window industry and was able to get us a very reduced price which we just had to take. John was very understanding throughout, never giving the impression that we wasted his time. On our next project we'll certainly go with John at Reflection.

Reflections Glass did an outstanding job replacing a DR window for us. It looks fabulous. Michael Hall called numerous times keeping me informed about the order status and also the installation status. I have not worked with a company this conscientious in years. Our installer Jason kept me informed as well. It was a great experience.

From start to finish we had a great experience. John, Michael, Jeremy, Brian, and Corey are the best! There was no high pressure sales pitch. The only hard part was waiting the 12 weeks to get my beautiful windows! This was not any fault of this company, it's the manufacturers delay. The installation was smooth and I can't stop looking at my beautiful new windows!

5 stars, not because it was the best experience, just the best all round company. I ordered my windows at the same time as my neighbor across the street who got theirs from the guys that make their own. Yes theirs were considerably quicker, but they also got standard sizes with a less than appealing picture window with sliders, which was not worth the doubled price tag.

Because of Covid, my special order picture window created a huge but expected delay. My standard windows look better, and 2 noticably larger than neighbors due to better measuring. I wanted to keep that midcenture blocked big picture window that 2 other companies wouldn't bid on to my specs. My install had issues due to being delayed so long, my installer was on a leave.

These guys kept me up to date trying to squeeze me in before going out on a limb to give me the option to sub the job out to get them installed within days. These guys went the extra mile for me, and I'm still getting comments on the special order picture window. Don't let the great price fool you, they aren't skimping on the service.

Great windows! Good quality. Can't wait to see the results in my energy bill. The bathroom privacy window is so awesome and the pattern is beautiful. Michael provided great customer service and the windows were reasonably priced. Dustin the installer was personable and easy to get a hold of. Would buy from them again.

Cannot say enough positive things about reflection windows! The initial consultation with John went extremely well. I was told the best possible window and door solution for my situation, given by far the most reasonable price of the numerous quotes I received, and felt no pressure or sales tactics to get me to sign. The actual installation took a bit longer to coordinate, but this was not the fault of reflection windows, and Michael did a tremendous job of communicating the timeline and keeping me in the loop. Was impressed with the quality of the installation performed by Scott as well. Would highly recommend reflection windows and will not hesitate to utilize them again for future window/door installation needs!

I've used Reflection Windows for window cleaning for years now. IMO their pricing matches the quality of their work, and prices haven't changed much over the years. The crews have always been courteous and professional, including wearing shoe protection in the home. I highly recommend.

Process was great from start to finish. I received several quotes for the same windows and doors with prices ranging from $34k to $15k. John provided the best pricing, Mike helped with financing, and Salvador and Eddy were great on the install. The two of them were able to complete the project within the scheduled timeframe, they left everything clean when they departed each day, even walked the outside to make sure the dog wouldn't pick up something. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them again for Phase 2 for the rest of the windows.

I was very happy with the work they did. The guy was very friendly and quick at getting my sliding glass door switched out and also checked to make sure things were working properly.

Nate, Al, and Levi were all wonderful to work with. Exceptional customer service and made sure to take care of me when things were not done to my satisfaction. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I contracted with Reflection windows and doors to perform a full home window replacement. The delivery date was 3 weeks after what they promised. When they arrived, one of the replacement windows was broken, but they didn't realize that until AFTER the original window was destroyed upon removal, so I had to wait 2 weeks before they 'had an opening in their schedule' to come back.

The two sub-contractor install guys were clearly ill prepared to install a garden window in my office and a bay window in my kitchen. They actually requested, I help them! During the installation, they were using crowbars and hammers (yes to install a window), all the while I heard popping and creaking. They told me that "was normal for these windows".

Being the oak on the inside of the window was destroyed upon first rain, I don't believe what they said to be true. During the installation, they damaged both the inside and outside of my home. I asked John Best and Nate Carr (owners) to come look, upon arriving, they said "It's not THAT bad". It progressed into court, which I lose ONLY because my attorney missed the court date (no litigation occurred).

I could go on, but will say in closing DO NOT use this company. They are unethical, and not trustworthy in any capacity. PLEASE contact me before contracting with them as I'm happy to share pictures of the damage they caused my home and took NO responsibility for.

Extremely disappointed and upset. First, my building has been TRYING to get these guys to come and replace windows. Finally, they came on a Friday to do so. They went into my unit, broke something, and — uh — didn't even bother to replace the window!! They told me they'll come back on Monday (at the earliest) to finish it. Which means I have to repair what they messed up and wait 3 EXTRA days for them to fix a broken window. They apologized, which I appreciate, but it doesn't change the fact that they did not follow through on what they promised. That's simply NOT good business.

We recently had our windows replaced by Reflection Windows & Doors and the experience was great. They installed a quality product, the workers were timely and polite, and the entire process was really smooth. We will happily come to them anytime that we need one of their services and will recommend them to all of our friends.

Absolutely hands down that best customer service that we have received in a long time. We had 5 windows replaced due to a recent hailstorm. We had one minor issue that we were not pleased with and Andrew did everything in his power to make sure that we were 100% satisfied before collecting payment. Reflection windows & doors were very professional from day one throughout our whole process. They kept in touch letting us know each step of the process. The installers were fast and efficient. Utilizing quality materials and craftsmanship during our install in the middle of winter, completing one window at a time. I now have functional windows keep our home warm and quiet like they promoted. Can't wait to use them in the summer

Salesman Dan was great, did what he said he would do, helped with communication with office. I told him not to high pressure, which would have turned me off. He respected that, didn't waste my time, gave me a great bottom line, meaning price.
Installer Harvey was great, very experienced, came on time, did great job. The office wasn't great on communications, had to leave several voice mails, (with delayed responses) regarding the scheduling.
Overall, I am happy with windows, and would recommend Reflections.

I purchased my first home around two years ago, and one of the items that featured prominently on the inspection was that the windows had rotting trim due to water damage and were not good for insulation (I had wooden windows, single pane, with a storm window outside acting as the second pane).

Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and quality of work done by Reflection Windows and can already tell the difference in the noise and efficiency level of the windows inside our home. The production team kept us informed of the process and timing and followed through.

We had new windows installed in our home. The salesman Dan was awesome as was the installer Jim! The windows were installed quickly and professionally. Would do business with them again!
