Melissa Caldwell was one of the most professional consultants I've had the pleasure of working with. I've had problems with 2 water leaks, during heavy storms and was expecting the worst when I called Blue Nail. She did a thorough inspection, explained every step during the process and showed me where the possible leaks were coming from. She even applied sealant to those areas and didn't charge me anything and told me to call her if the leaks continued. Wow! Three different companies had previously said I did not have major damage to file a claim, Zac Johnson came to my home and inspection my home. He put me at ease making my claim. He was honest, sincere, and fulfilled all expectations of what he said he would do. My husband and I are very pleased with all the work that was done on our home (new siding, new gutters, and roof repair). Troy, Jason and the entire crew at Blue Nail were all very professional and did an outstanding job. Shortly after a summer hail storm it was time to figure out how to get our roof repaired or replaced. Working with a few different companies we chose had Dalton with Blue Nail because of his passion and knowledge of roof replacement needs. Replacing the roof the right way was the main priority with Blue Nail. When it came to handling the insurance, Blue Nail took it all the way to the end.

Their patience in insuring the proper payout was provided by the insurance company blew us away. Blue Nail from start to end promised what they said they were gonna do got done.

Blue Nail was quick to respond and set up an appointment to come out and look at the roof. Zach Johnson was our sales representative who is very friendly, knowledgeable, detailed and most importantly trustworthy. Not only did he go up on the roof he also came in and looked in the attic. We scheduled a second appointment for Zach to go over the quote and bring samples of the materials.

He provided a thorough and comprehensive explanation of the materials and the process going forward. We scheduled the replacement within a week and it took them less than eight hours to complete the roofing job. The crew was pleasant and thorough with the clean up. You would not know we just had a roof put on. We were very appreciative that Zach and Deshaun were on site the day of the installation. We would recommend Blue Nail to anyone that needs a new roof.

Blue nail was a great company to work with after our house had hail damage. They inspected everything and made sure we were well informed with what was going on. We had some issues with insurance when it came to covering the costs of our decking and Blue Nail exhausted all efforts to help us get as much money as possible. We had a pipe break during the freeze in February. Our whole downstairs flooded. We were given Eric's name by the company who brought the fans to dry out our walls. Eric came out within 3 days. On a Saturday evening. He spent 3 1/2 hours at our house taking measurements and looking over the damage. He helped us work with our insurance company to get everything fixed.

It was a slow process due to the number of claims our insurance company was dealing with. But once we got everything settled with insurance, it went very smoothly! Eric had different crews here doing different tasks. When one group finished, the next crew came in. Everything was finished in 2 weeks! Drywall repair, floors laid, moulding replaced and cabinets repaired.

Everything was fantastic! Every night the mess was cleaned up. All our questions were immediately addressed. Any issues were brought to our attention. We could not be happier! My husband, who can be quite picky, could find nothing to complain about! We are both thrilled with the results! Thank you Eric and crew!

Gary, the project technician was very professional his and presentation was top-notched and very easy to understand. He was very punctual with the time quoted. He wasn’t pushy and he wasn’t trying to persuade you to do business with Blue Nail Enterprise. I felt a very positive vibe with Gary. I have used Blue Nail for 2 major projects -- a roof replacement and repainting my home. They performed very well on both projects. On the roofing job I was pleased with the communication on a daily basis. I always knew the job status. They were great at coordinating with my insurance company. And the clean up well too. Our house was damaged due to the storms last April 2018 and the house required roof repair and inside ceiling repair. Blue Nail came out gave a great estimate and worked with our insurance company. The repairs were completed in a quick and very professional manner. Not only did Blue Nail complete the work quickly and correctly, their service was outstanding. What more can one ask for, great work and wonderful customer service.

I called Blue Nail to give me an estimate on my roof. Melissa came out and did a full inspection and assessment. Turned out I didn't need a new roof after all, just some sealing of worn out caulking. She said the roof looked good - even after all these crazy storms, and pointed out what needed to be done. Later that day I caulked the few spots she pointed out.

I know it's completely in my head, but when it rained last, the house just felt more secured. I appreciate the fact that Melissa had the chance to "sell" me a new roof, but instead showed honesty and integrity.

Blue Nail did a very poor job on my roof. They took 5 moths to complete and did not do a good job. It did not leak before, and now it leaks. They did not want to fix the leaks around my fireplace because they said I had rotten mortar.

Eric Thompson and Eric Estrada have done a wounderful job on our roofing needs. Recently they repaired my mom's home from water damaged and did a beautiful job restoring it. Now they are repairing our home from water damage and they doing an excellent job hiring the right people to complete our job.

This is to recommend to you Melissa Caldwell at Blue Nail Enterprises. Recently I found a roof shingle in my flower bed, and after the spring storms we had this year, I was afraid it had come off of my roof.

My home needed a new roof and my home insurance provider told me the roof was workable and not in need of any repairs in spite of a severe storm back in 2011. The roof was about 20 years old and had not been managed or received a single shingle replacement since I moved in the home in 1995 at least not until I met Blue Nail Roofing Consultant, Melissa Caldwell.

Overall I am happy with my experience, our roof had damage along with a few other items such as windows and our fence. They roof work was done quickly and they did a good job picking up after they were done.

Hey that is exactly what your Contractor Cody Rabal did to us. No deductible promised the world, (eg. promised a 30 year roof, installed a 20 year roof!) did'nt finish, NO gutters as promised, promised roof on the patio, he had a sub contractor put Cheap Barn tin on the roof, which leaks.
