A very good experience from start to finish. I intended to call 3 roofing companies to reroof our large wood shed but Matthew personally answered the phone and came out that day to get measurements and had a quote to me that afternoon. It was such a reasonable price that I went with Fireman Roofing right away. The roofer was out the very next day and did a professional job very quickly!
And even when my husband wanted a couple more boards replaced, he was out the next day and finished up all the details. Will absolutely use them if and when we need some more work done!

Mixed feelings about this. they were quick to get here for the quote and quick to get the job done. However, they stepped through the ceiling and did a shoddy job of repairing and had to call in more qualified people to fix and paint our ceiling, broke part of the trim on the house left leaning on our fence. Bent our gutters, left unpainted parts of the trim exposed and cigarette butts all over our yard.
Now i am getting the run around of getting an invoice for job completion it seems that the only person that get get me one id traveling. I went with this company because they helped my mom and Russ Martin show recommended them sooo very disappointed in general but hey the roof looks great and they were quick.

At first I was wary, (it was a substantial check from the insurance company), but after learning Alex (the owner) was Carrollton FD I felt better. I didn't have any reason to worry. After dealing with Matt initially, Alex became the primary point of contact. He couldn't have been more helpful. His team came out to do the initial repair/sealant. It's a large industrial roof that required $40k in repair. Alex's team took care of the repair for the roof along with a few additional touches.
Once the next onslaught of heavy rains came through there were a couple of minor patches that needed repair, skylight in the garage, small amounts around a chimney. Contacted Alex, and he personally came out to take care of the repairs himself. No doubt I would do business with this company again. The 30 year warranty assures that. Thank you Alex!

When I changed my homeowner's insurance, I was reqired to submit a new proof of Class 4 impact resistance for my roof. Although my roof was originally installed in 2008, Mr. Alex quickly responded to my need by providing the Class 4 certificate on the form supplied by The Texas Department of Insurance. I consider this great customer service for his courteous response and prompt attention to my request.

Thank you for meeting my insurance's deadline which the other roofing company could not meet. This was my first time ever replacing my roof and you guys made the experience and process simple and stress free. Your crew was professional and very nice. Thanks to the crew for doing a good job of cleaning up my yard and driveway of any nails and debris. The roof looks great!

I did not have a good experience with Fireman Roofing. The tiles aren't laying down flat and it seems as though they did a rush job. After several calls and texts, the work that was supposed to be done to complete my house STILL haven't been done. It's been three months! But they sure were quick to come and pick up the insurance check. I'm disappointed and I will never use them again.

I had hail and wind damage at my home I started looking for a roofing company online by reviews & BBB. On Nov 16th I contacted Fireman Roofing via email and was contacted that day for an appointment. The appointment went very well. I am not familiar with insurance claims and it was explained how it works and felt comfortable with my desision with Fireman Roofing.
Everything from that point went well. From the keeping in contact, keeping me updated. I felt I was involved in every aspect. I would highly recommend Fireman Roofing to anyone. I've recommended them to my Mom & sister.

Matthew Jones, and his company was very professional, he gave me a lot of confidence to work with him because he also guide me how to work with my insurance to get the roof of my house replace completely. His crew worked really fast and in less that half day my house was ready and no mess around. Great Job!

Fireman Roofing is truly what you would expect when dealing with a company advertising a " Fireman ". Alex is a bi-lingual, full time firefighter, that oversees the work. So if you need some who speaks Spanish, this a great company for you. Mike runs the office and is very attentive and polite. He's also very funny.!! The two of them together are a great team.!! Their also fast, clean, and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a great roofing company.!!
