We had an infestation of Bean Weevils in our pantry. What a nightmare. Everything had to be taken out and cleaned or disposed of. Moxie sent a specialist the same day. It was way out of his way as they had no one in our area. He was professional. Treated the inside of our entire house with special emphasis on the pantry and kitchen. Gave us advice on dealing with the situation. Excellent.

I have a routine maintenance plan with moxie for several years now and I am pleased with the value and service they provide. This past visit while checking the bait boxes around the house they discovered a 3 ft king rat snake hiding inside. They promptly relocated 390 yards away within the neighborhood green space. Overall they been a great company and I am happy with their service.

Kris has been the friendliest and most thorough tech that I have had out to my home so far. Spiders have been bad as of late and Kris took the time to listen to my concern and took extra care of the area that I mentioned that I have seeing spiders and webs. Truthfully, I had called in to cancel my quarterly service. I was not pleased with the lack of communication and follow through on my termite bait station service.
And I have been seeing spiders inside and outside of my house, and ant mounds forming outside in both the front and backyard. They sent someone out to check the termite stations within a week. I am told someone will return in 30 days to check them again so I hope that happens this time because it didn't last time. I had to call in to get someone sent out to check them.
With what that service costs, I would have expected someone to be out when it said they would be back out. I was offered a warranty reservice for my regular quarterly pest control and that is what was completed today. My 5 star review is based off of Kris's service today because she truly gave a 5 star service. I hope my next service visit is as good as this was today.

We have utilized Moxie the past few years and overall we are happy with their service. The products work; the techs are great but as of late though there have been challenges with scheduling and communication. Like many other companies they give you a window of time for service which can present challenges especially during the work week. With our last treatment we had a window of 8-noon and at about 11:45 we determined that this was a no show.
As we are walking out to meet friends; driver pulls up and I explained the situation and we would have to reschedule. He said that he could treat the front yard and he would have someone reach out so we could reschedule for the back yard since it was locked. Reasonable solution in theory. A week passes; no one contacts me so I decided to reach out and had to leave a voicemail. Waited about a week with no response and went ahead and called back and was able to get the backyard scheduled.
I asked if the tech had communicated the need to reschedule and he had. There was no real explanation as to why I hadn't received a call. Overall: This isn't the cheapest service out there and at the price point I would expect better customer service. I wish they put the same effort into customer service as they do with the monthly solicitation calls for "free inspections" or "termite services."

They are very reliable- 100% better than my last pest control service. Tom my service guy is always professional and the take care of inside and out and also lawn on a quarterly bases. I am MORE THAN THRILLED to have switched to Moxie. I had my initial visit with them and they did an in-depth eval of my house/yards and my needs. The guys were so professional, definitely knew what they were talking about and took the time to explain all the services without trying to sell me any, "add-ons, " I didn't need. They came back today for my first, quarterly treatment and I can't say enough about how impressed I am with their knowledge and professionalism. Thanks, Stephen, John and Ryan. You guys are THE BEST! I will never use one of the "big, name-brand" companies again!

The techs are always very courteous and professional. I was late arriving home for my last service and the tech was kind enough to wait until I got home (so I could put the dogs inside). Because he waited for me, he could spray the backyard as well. Thanks for your patience! I had them for 2-years of service and did not make a damn difference. They used home depot quality chemicals in very professional looking dispensers. It does not work at all. What made me so bad is their relentless pursuit of trying to get me to sign up. 1-year after the cancellation of their service, they called me to schedule the service. I told them that I did not sign up but the rep was very insistent and said maybe your spouse did.
They called my Wife and said that your husband signed up. And to top it off and to prompt me to write this review, is that they showed up at my door step and said they are here to perform the service. Encroaching and poaching on my personal space and angst. Not good. I wish there was a choice for the rating zero.

Staffs are very friendly and also very professional, Everytime they come, they will explain what they spray and what we expect the next few days for treating particular bugs, they have pest expert where the technician can take a photo of unknown bugs and send back to office and get immediate response. This way they can explain where these bugs come from and how to treat the pest. Excellent service overall.

Kevin was our guy to come by and take care of spraying our yard. He was on time and professional. He used the equipment to sweep the eves and get all the cobb webs and spider webs down. He made sure our concerns were addressed. Moxie has great service and they always send a text a week before the treatment to make sure we know when they are coming.

Moxie has serviced my suburban home for over 2 years now. They have done a terrific job of maintaining my home keeping it pest and rodent free. Whenever the seasons changed and pests (especially ants and wasps in my neighborhood) tried to move in they sent a certified technician to eradicate them, and reestablish a preventative barrier around our property. Jason is hands down their best technician.
He is knowledgeable about his craft, respectful to my family and our home, and he represents Moxie and pest control far beyond my expectations. I have had many exterminators in the past, but Jason's professionalism and skills make Moxie my pest control go-to company.

While under contract, Moxie was great. Showed up when they were supposed to, kind, respective workers, and nice customer service when I needed to call and adjust my appointment days. If I had any bug problems between services they would always come out and retreat. When you need to cancel Moxie is when you run into a problem with them. I moved, so I cancelled my service, but then when it was time for my next quarterly service I got a notification.
I called to cancel again, and the rep said she saw my call for cancellation but that it was noted to continue on an as-needed basis. I said I needed to cancel because I moved, so she sent me to an account manager who suddenly could not find anything for my account at all. I do not trust that I'm not going to get billed, as I have read reviews that stated that happened to them. Because of the issue cancelling (and potentially continuing to have charges) I would not recommend Moxie

Moxie sent a technician to our home after we told them not to and they agreed. The tech went onto our property unattended and unauthorized while we were not home. Our property is fenced and the tech sent a report saying he treated the property. Not sure if the tech broke in or hoped the fence. Do not trust Moxie Pest control. They will send a tech to your property unannounced and doing who knows what. Then charge you full price. Hard to believe how unprofessional this company is. Beware.

Today Jesse was by far one of the best techs I’ve had come by. He was very thorough and even offered to service me for an additional mosquito yard treatment that I didn’t originally schedule. We've been using Moxie Pest for about 9 years. We've been very happy with their customer service. They are good about responding between scheduled visits if a problem arises. For example when we moved into our current home there was a mouse problem in the basement. They provided us with a humane trap and tips on what to use as a lure. We were successful in catching our tiny intruders and relocated them to an abandoned structure in the country.
Another time we had an outdoor pest and again they provided us with a trap. They will take the pests away with them after they're caught. They treat both the inside and outside of our bone, as well as the lawn. This week the field expert, Jeff, even left a bag of doggie treats for our two dogs!! That was unexpected and much appreciated by our fur buddies.

I live in an attached townhouse with neighbors on both sides, so obviously pest control can be a challenge. I called Moxie a few years ago when we had an ant problem, and just had them come over again after learning we had mice (yikes!) as well as more ants and roaches. I went ahead and signed up for the quarterly service because obviously three years of time lapsing between services wasn't a great idea on my part.
I felt comfortable going ahead with the contract because the first service experience was a good one, and I am not disappointed in my choice. Two techs just left after setting traps and doing all the spraying and whatnot. They were both very nice, very helpful about advising what to do regarding follow-ups, and very sensitive about the need to be careful of the trap locations as we have two cats.
They arrived in the time window they had advised, which is especially helpful when my two cats go nuts being kept in their carriers too long. I definitely recommend Moxie for anyone who needs someone to handle the ickiness of pests!

We've been using Moxie for three years now, having moved over from a competing pest control company. I've been very happy with them. The biggest thing is their customer service. They are very good about coming out in-between scheduled applications if you are having problems for a free service, and their technicians seem to take a lot of time to investigate the problem rather than just going through the motions.
I'd highly recommend them. My only complaint is they try to have their techs collect a check immediately when they come around quarterly ... which is annoying because I prefer to pay online. But that's a minor complaint.

Anthony from Moxie came to spray for multiple pests. We have a contract and they come out quarterly for routine things but will come when we get any interim infestation (wasp nests, ants). Where we live we get lots of ants and always have to have them come once or twice a summer. Today he did a very thorough job, explained everything in detail, and was very courteous. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that it took a while to get the appointment (not a knock on the technician)

In my attempt to terminate my contract via the required 30-day written cancellation notice, I received a call from a Moxie. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and pushy. He did not want to hear that the reason I was cancelling is because they are not that good and that it was basically my fault for not calling for in-between services.

Happened to get a door bell ring from Moxie today and was very impressed with the services. The crawl space and 30' out from my home as well as inside. The initial appt was set up for today. The service techs, Carson and Jake W, were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. I am a Landscape Designer and they have a program for getting rid of voles!!!! What a great program to have and for me to be able to share with clients! Highly recommend!
