Stomp Pest Control

We have been stomp pest control customers for a few years now. Our technician Eric is very knowledgeable and gets the job done! When we moved to our new home last year we easily transferred over our service. There were some unwanted insects left by the previous owners unfortunately. Eric came and sprayed inside and out and we have not had any issues since.

We were concerned when we moved near a creek, but we have not had any issues with mosquitoes or water bugs. We are very happy with our service and can't say enough great things about our technician Eric.

Stomp is the best pest control company we have ever used! We moved to the Wake Forest area 2 years ago and initially had an issue with mice, ants and other bugs inside and outside of the house. They were very professional when I called the office to inquire about services and actually listened to what I needed and set me up with the perfect plan to handle the pest/insect issues.

I did shop around for pricing and they were in-line or better than all of the competitors I spoke to. The differentiating factor was the free call backs if needed. I didn't find other companies that offered this without stipulations. This shows that Stomp stands behind their services and is confident in its abilities. This proved true when our technician, Eric, came out to discuss and start treating our home/yard. Eric was also extremely professional and on time, which is hard to find in todays times.

He took the time to talk to us, listen to what we needed, and articulate and carry out a plan that has been working great to date. We are so pleased with the service provided that we extended it to include mosquito treatments as well. We can not say enough positive things about Eric and all of the Stomp team. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you have any pest control needs.

Our technician Eric and his trainee technician were friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough, and Jamie worked with my travel calendar to help me schedule a termite inspection on short notice. So far things are off to a great start with Stomp, and I feel confident about continuing our quarterly treatments in the future. I'm also planning to sign up one of my rental properties, as I'll need to work with a company that's easy to communicate with and one that I can trust to take care of the work without my interacting with them on-site.

Donovan was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped educate me on my new home in a new development and his treatment plan for spiders. He was very quick yet effective and efficient. Blake and his associate came out yesterday for the initial treatment and inspection. They were exactly on time and fully explained the process and ongoing scheduling. They kept me informed of the work they completed and when the next treatment would be. I have been with these guys for over a year. Recently we went overseas for ~6 weeks and they do not have an option to move our quarterly appointment to when we are back so was suggested to put the account on hold/inactive and was told we could start it when we are back as we are in "good standing". Called today and now they want $30 more for the same quarterly service we were signed up for which is ridiculous. Good way lose a customer, firstly no option to reschedule the appointment a few weeks out, and you promise something and not stick to the words.

I've used Stomp for a few years now and have been very happy with their service. They are very willing to come out and do complimentary services when there are any issues. They also seem to be very aware of how their products impact children, pets, and the health of all the plant life on the property. Great value. Jason is very courteous, actually all the guys have always been very nice and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the plastic booties they put on over their shoes. Very helpful with getting rid of the ants!
