Sales guy rang doorbell with his pitch ready in the evening while I was having dinner despite a "no soliciting" sign right next to doorbell. Edit to Company Response: A word of advice-- people with no-soliciting signs do not want to play word-games with you on free-inspection. All that response does is to tell everyone you think your potential customers are clueless and have no respect for them.

If this company won't respect potential customers when trying to win their business, I wonder how they will treat customers once they have their business and need to execute? Maybe other reviews on this page can give me an idea on that.

There is a reason why after 60 reviews Premier Roofing Company has 2.5 stars. This company CLAIMS to give free roofing quotes but instead after I requested a quote, I got a call from a very offensive service rep. who sounded more like a "snake oil" sales man who said he was the rep. for my area but refused to give me a quote or send someone out because it was apparently 1. a waste of his time 2. he wasn't sure I was going to go with the company so he didn't want to put in the hours doing a quote 3. it was too much work to give me a quote with two ranges (both a low and high range quote as I requested to see a difference for upgrades) He kept insisting he could only quote me upgrades and the most expensive quote because they are the best company.

He kept naming my neighbors and what they had done to their roofs as a way to upsell which was quite off putting. This guy was so offensive it would take pages to detail in length the things he said to me as a potential customer. I contacted them with the intention of using them but he was so rude, unprofessional, inappropriate, and said the most outrageous things I could never recommend this company.

Project #2047750. Deceptive billing practices and false promises. After going through final billing, I can no longer endorse this company and would suggest that you consider another contractor. 1. I was promised a $250 gift card for a neighborhood referral, which I did not receive. After inquiring, I was told that the insurance company for that home would not pay Premier's excessive mark-up for Insurance work and that the project was ultimately farmed out to another company.

The insult was when the sales rep (Jake Soto) told me that he had received a referral bonus from said company. 2. During the inspection and estimation phase, I requested pricing for adding an additional vent, which would tie into a newly installed bathroom fan/vent. I was explicitly told that there would be no charge for the addition, since the material costs were under $20 and there little to no additional labor required.

I was quite surprised when I saw a charge on my final bill. Ultimately, the charge was removed, but required MANY requests. 3. They committed to giving a minimum of 24 hours notice before work was to commence. This time was needed to coordinate removal of gutters by our gutter contractor, move cars, notify neighbors, etc. At 6 p.m. the night before, I rec'd an alert that they would be delivering the haul off trailer in a few minutes and that they would be starting work at 7 a.m. the next morning.

I explained that I would not be able to have the gutters removed by that time and that we would have to schedule for another day. I was told to not worry about it that they would just take care of the gutters since they failed to give notice and had already committed with their subcontractors. Fast forward, roof was complete, gutter contractor installed gutters and was paid (no separate line item for removal). Received final invoice from Premier and big surprise there was a charge for gutter removal.

Multiple requests to remove charge were denied. Was threatened with being reported to collections and/or lien on home if not paid. The sales rep really emphasized the lien as he knew we were planning on selling our home in the near future.

Premier comes through your neighborhood offering to do a free roof inspection from the "big hailstorm" last year. Told me it was on August 5th, 2020. After doing some research, found a hailstorm on that date over a hundred miles away from our neighborhood. They also claim to speak with neighbors and give names of neighbors that aren't neighbors. Beware!

Work was fine, some communication issues during the process, but overall it was fine. The issue is paying the balance; their communication is beyond poor, unprofessionally, and essentially nonexistent. I have paid the final invoice, and continue to receive bills for an outstanding balance, complete with late charges. I have all the documentation to show it is complete (including an email from the company), but I cannot get anyone to take us off the books.

I am now concerned that it will adversely affect my credit. So far 4 phone calls, an email, a mailed letter, and a social media post have gone unanswered. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with this grossly disorganized and unprofessional company, go elsewhere for your roofing needs.

Premier finished my roof almost 3 months ago. I am still waiting for them to coordinate the inspection. Apparently, they are too busy to place a ladder at my residence so the County can complete the inspection. Meanwhile, they are pestering me for final payment. Terrible experience.

Great company to work with! Parker Pittillo was awesome, he walked us through the whole process, they took care of everything for us. So easy to work with, I would recommend them to all of my friends and family and would definitely use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you see them at your door, shoo them off the porch like rabid dogs. I had Bradley come to my door in early June. I told him we weren't interested at that time, because I did not have time to deal with the roof. He insisted they handle everything, solar, insurance, etc. He came a second time, and I agreed. Well, it was lie.

I struggled with Tesla to get them to remove my solar panels. I had to go to a third-party vendor. I had to schedule and coordinate with them myself. Premier delivered the materials weeks before I could get the solar panels down. Once, the work was done I told them I had an area of concern regarding my skylight. It is October. The work was done in July.

I still cannot get ANYONE to address the issue with my skylight. You can only speak to the Sales Rep. I have tried calling the office to no avail. I called and left a message for Bradley on Sunday. It is Tuesday. I hadn't heard from him. I called again this morning, and he told me "He must have missed my message." I was told again for the 5th time regarding my skylight he would "try to get someone out to look at it." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will only come out the worse for it. They have no concept of truth, customer service, or follow through!

I have received dozens of spam calls about a roof inspection on my home in Minneapolis, even though I currently live in an apartment in Denver. After repeated requests to remove me from their call list and blocking numbers, they still call back each day with a new number. If their inability to take direction is any indication of what kind of work they perform, I imagine this company is on it's last legs and aggressive telemarketing is a last ditch effort before they go out of business. Use literally anybody else for your roofing needs.

Despite our clearly posted "No Soliciting" sign, as well as repeated verbal requests, the Premier Roofing sales rep in our neighborhood persists on ringing our doorbell multiple times a week to request we allow him to inspect our roof. It is the same sales rep each time, and we finally had to stop being polite. This is a very aggressive sales company, and we do not appreciate nor welcome their approach.

What part of "No Soliciting", clearly marked with a sign, do you not understand? I mean, seriously? I wouldn't do business with a company who rings the bell while staring at the sign, much less a door-to-door salesman. The sign is there for a reason. Respect it, and your potential customer.

I have a no soliciting sign in my door they still rang my door bell, also during a virus pandemic why are we doing this? Also the guy when I told him we are good said I just wanted to let you know you roof is "really old" hmm funny we just replaced it 3-4 years ago. At least know what you are talking about people.

Update: Zero follow up from anyone else at the company except a voicemail from their "specialist" Aaron saying he had been out of town for a few weeks. This was his first time he called me back since November. Do yourself a favor and go with any of the hundreds of other roofing companies knocking on your door daily.

I got the same treatment as others on here. I was pressured to sign a contract before even getting a quote. A contract that says you have to use them once your insurance comes through. The contract also clearly said that once I get my insurance coverage, Premier will accept the amount they offer me, and I will only be out of pocket the amount of my deductible. I was promised over and over that they will take whatever the insurance provides. NOT TRUE! Now they want their extra money! Stay clear! Do not work with them!

Their door-to-door sales guys are completely illiterate. There were multiple signs around that say no soliciting but yet to they still come to the front door to argue that they're not soliciting. Do not trust this company.

I was so happy with the service I received, so thankful that Christopher inspected my roof, had no idea i had so much hail damage! Very professional guy and got made the process so easy! Might i just add, when he knocked on my door my door, he knocked on my heart; very cute in the little premier roofing polo. Honestly, he stole my heart, i think i have a crush. Christopher if you're reading this, hit me up.

I had a wonderful experience with premier roofing. My rep, Patrick Kennedy, was great and explained everything. Mine was complicated because we have solar, but they were able to get the new roof on the same week the panels came off. I highly recommend them! By Kimberly covert

My family and I are very happy with the work done on our roof from Premier Roofing Company! Our Representative, Mark Goidberger, was very patient in working with our insurance company. He kept in great contact with us on all of the steps in getting a new roof and beyond.

Great job, very quick, and kept us posted the whole time.very impressed!

Guys were great and did an excellent job. Only downfall was the billing/invoicing paperwork was very slow to get completed.

Their sales man insisted on me to signing a contract before they would give me a bid. Bass ackwards! I already put in the claim to my insurance and had the numbers for them to work with. Even the dimensions of the roof. Would not give me a bid without signing a binding contract. Shady! Beware of this company. Shady sales tactics. Unethical business practices. Don't sign anything untill you get a bid.

Very happy with Premier Roofing. I needed to replace my roof which suffered hail damage. I ordered an upgraded roof and they came in and completed it one day. The old roof was stripped, new roof applied, and all the trash and nails picked up.

Eric Hoffman and the crew did an excellent job on my roof replacement. They also did an excellent job of clean up after the job was completed.

We had a wonderful experience in obtaining a new roof with Premier Roofing Company. Our job number was DEN1504001 and our representatIve was Jeff Mornan. We could not have asked for a more professional, prompt, courteous and FRIENDLY person to work with!

Very bad experience. 20 years in my home and would never recommend this company to anyone. Spent many hours trying to get their attention regarding all the damage done to gardens, lawn, and dogs paws and they only ignored me.

After some hail damage Glen Stockdall with Premier Roofing stopped by to offer a free inspection of our roof.

This was originally a one star review because of a communication issue. I went to their office to figure out how to get out of a contract that I had with them on one of my properties. I talked with Forrest Kleinman about my desire to cancel my contract.

We were generally satisfied with the whole experience of having a total replacement of the roofing material on our home.

As far as workmanship etc. the roof they put on is very nice! However, they began the roof 2 months ago and to their credit when they began it took them only 2 days to put on the main roof and they did a great job!

Premier fought long and hard with our insurance company and we ended up with an excellent settlement, after being turned down initially when we filed the claim ourselves. The roof replacement was outstanding, excellent and polite workers, great clean-up, follow-up inspection and repair of a few minor details that actually went above and beyond.
