Customer service is outstanding, plants were fresh and exhibited excellent care. Although the prices were a tad bit high, they did give me a military discount for my purchases. If you want high quality at a reasonable price this is the place you need to go to.

These guys have a decent selection of common houseplants and well priced pots and such. The plants were all healthy and well cared for. Unfortunately the majority of their stock is priced much higher than the same (and often fuller/larger) plants are elsewhere. Some plants were as much as 3-5x more expensive. I am a houseplant addict and love shopping at and supporting local businesses. But I just can't justify spending that much more than what I would at other local nurseries. Very disappointed.

Joel Deuterman really went the extra mile to help me complete my landscaping project. He suggested trees and shrubs and listened to my concerns and helped me stay within my budget. Rarely have I had service this stellar. Installation went without any problems. He communicated if he was running on time and was always extremely helpful.

Tripp offered excellent suggestions, and his crews did (magnificent) work removing old, overgrown bushes and replacing them with better choices. Could not be happier with their work!

Katie is the best! I live out of town and am taking care of my parent's home. New Garden has been doing work there for years but I have never dealt with them before now. I have always heard they are very expensive but I got an estimate from someone else and NG was significantly less expensive.

David and his crew, Taylor and Toni, did a great job of rototilling and planting. The redbud, the tea olive and the pine needles on the new garden area look just perfect. Garrett and his team have done an outstanding job on the yard! You must have the hardest working employees in Greensboro. They have trimmed everything so it looks so neat and tidy. I used to go here on a regular basis and loved visiting with Colleen there. Upon my last visit there which has been about three years ago, I had a most unpleasant confrontation with the manager (?) when I tried to return something I had bought there.
