I really enjoy observing service focused professional and they happily welcomed my presence during the repair to my LG front load washing machine. Eric and Tracy fixed my dishwasher and did such a great job. Not only did they fix a tricky problem that was really hard to find, they were very respectful of my home, laying down plastic to protect my floors and re-loading my dishwasher after the repair was done. I also really appreciated that they tried to look for any and all solutions before replacing the part. UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner and he offered to refund the diagnostics fee. I received a reimbursement check in the mail so I am adding a star back for the customer service. In summary - the repair was swift and accurate. The billing and explanation of what you will be charged before they do the repair is not the same as after the repairs are completed.
Just make sure you have an accurate explanation of the FULL amount of charges BEFORE the repairs are completed so you can make the appropriate decision. 3 stars for the repair guy. He was kind, quick and efficient. The rest of the experience was no good. The repair was quick and effective however what they tell you over the phone to schedule and then what you pay are two different stories.
What they told me over the phone was $99 service fee to diagnose the problem and if I chose the repair, that $99 service fee would go TOWARDS the cost of the repair. Industry Standard. So I booked. Repairman showed up on time, was polite and knowledgeable, found the problem within 20 minutes (washer leaking due to torn front seal on door) and gave me quote to fix - $379.83.
I thought quote was high but he was there with the part and ready to fix so I agreed. After the repair was completed (2 hours total time onsite) it was time to pay. I asked for a breakdown of the total cost and he said it would be emailed to me after payment. I paid and when i got the email a few minutes later, the ticket just said an $80 seal. So I called to find out what the other $300 was for, exactly.
Totally fine with paying labor but even $150/hour is high. That's when the fun started. First the lady who answered (off shore) seemed confused as to what I was asking about and said she'd have a manager call me. Then the lady manager (local) who called told me there was the part cost ($80), labor (around $80/hour so fair), shipping & handling? (Even though the part was in the truck but okay) and the kicker- the $99 diagnostics fee.
Wait a minute. I was told the $99 fee went towards the cost of the repair if I accepted the repair. I've had plenty of service people at my home to repair things and that is standard but never have I been charged the diagnostics fee AND the cost of the repair. If that's the way you do business, so be it. Just be sure to tell people up-front what they're going to be charged. And all I ended up with AFTER i paid was an invoice for $80 anyways. So beware before you schedule with this company.

We own a 20 year old DC powered refrigerator/freezer that operates off our solar system (or batteries at night). The fridge quit working several months ago, freezer was fine but I called several appliance repair places who said they could not take care of the brand or type of fridge. Service Care could do it, I sent photos of the motor, and type of refrigerant in it.
I was given an appointment window, a reminder on the day of, confirmation of the time window and then a phone call from the tech when he was on the way. Very professional and the gentleman was well informed and knew what he was doing! Great service.

This was a warranty repair for a dishwasher we had only had six months. The tech showed up on time; he was immensely respectful of us and our home; he promptly identified the issue; and he gave us a full description of what he was going to do: order the part and schedule a return visit to install the new part. The part was a circuit board that is not normally carried in inventory locally. We could not have asked for a more congenial and effective service.

After 3 attempts to repair my washer it was recommended I purchase a new washer. I wish there was a diagnostic tool that would tell you what is needed for the repair. I have now been without my washer for 3 weeks and bought a new washer today. Of course it is not in stock! My technician was very attentive and courteous. Service: Washing machine repair

The technician was cordial, explained the service he was to provide/provided and was thorough. He gave an estimate up front, explained the reasoning for the estimate, and followed through with what was expected. He also demonstrated the reasoning for the repair/replacement. There is no doubt that the part/issue will not have to be readdressed anytime in the near future. He was competent and left an impression of confidence because of his work.

Great Experience. I was looking for a part for my washing machine and Jackie was extremely helpful. This is one of the only parts providers in town with a reasonable return policy which, combined with Jackie's excellent customer service, earned my business. The guys who I spoke with when I picked up the part we're great too and took the time to help me look up the schematics of the machine. Would certainly recommend!

My 20+ year old Whirlpool washer decided to stop spinning suddenly. Hearing horror stories of the new low flow washers and smelly front load washers, I thought it best to try to get mine repaired. Also, I heard that it was taking 2-3 months to get a new washer from the manufacturer, shipped to store and then delivered/installed (thanks COVID!). I called Service Care on a Thursday hoping for an appointment within 2 weeks. Luckily, they had an opening on Monday!
The tech showed up on time. He was so courteous and informative. He left my laundry room clean and my washer fixed (hopefully for another 20 years). I'll use them for any other appliance repairs that I need.

I called 3 appliance repair places trying to get someone to look at a dryer that stopped working Service Care was the only one to call me back with an appointment. The tech arrives during the time window they provided and gave us his diagnosis. We order d the part ourselves after the tech gave us the part number. Mainly because they cannot get another tech to our place unit January 4th Great service. Highly recommend!

This is a great company with excellent customer service! My technician was Shaye and he was very professional with a pleasant disposition. That really goes a long way in business during these times. This review was before the owner called me to rectify the mistakes of the company. He offered a discount for the inconvenience and since the last repair I have not had any problems out of my television. It's not about getting it right all the time, it's about the actions you take to rectify your dissatisfied customers and Service Care did a great job. I would definitely consider them again for any appliance or electronics repairs.

They took our $85 diagnostic fee but we still don't know what the problem is. The technician diagnosed a faulty fuse as the cause for our in wall microwave oven not working. After obtaining a new fuse and replacing it (less than 30 seconds work), then turning the breaker back on to check, the microwave is still dead. The service care folks want another $85 to continue diagnosing the problem.

Micheal Wilson was an excellent technician. His arrival and service was quite prompt. There were difficulties in the repair yet he stayed diligent until the job was complete and successful. I haven't tried my unit yet, so I don't know if it works. The personnel at the service desk were very helpful and friendly. The person that waited on me when I picked up my unit took time to help me with another problem. Based on today's environment where customer service is a thing of the past, I would rate you well above average. I would recommend your service to others.

Third update 1/19/14. After reading my reviews, the customer service manager contacted me directly to apologize and offered a full refund of our service visit. He genuinely seemed to care about our experience and was concerned that his technician wasn't able to diagnose our problem appropriately. He made sure I knew he would be speaking with the technician directly to make sure this situation wouldn't happen again.

I was in need of a new screen for my laptop and contacted Service Care for the repair. It took a little time to get the part, but that was due to the research it took for the technician to find one at a reasonable price. I was very pleased with the entire experience from the price to the professionalism of the technician and the friendly customer service people. I would have no problem recommending them to family and friends.

Although my technician tried very hard to eliminate the banging and thumping noise on my new LG washing machine, he was unable to completely fix the problem. As I noted to LG on the website requesting service, I used the troubleshooting feature which indicated a water enabler/regulator might be needed.
