So far so good. The status of my business TNT's Construction LLC is PENDING for the BBB Board of Directors Final Review to be Acreditation. My business has Officially been open for exactly 6 months as of 02-17-2022. I am super Excited to be a BBB Acredited Business

Very dissatisfied with service I received from Timothy smith law firm located in Hoover, Al. He never followed up with my case. Haven't heard from him in over a year

The BBB should have a higher Google rating. It seems most of these low scoring submissions are actually reviews of a particular business, not the BBB itself. My experience with the staff at this BBB was fantastic. This is a staff that manages the difficult task of advocating for the consumer as well as the business owner(s) in a fair manner. They are helpful and friendly.

Alatech Home Inspection Service was awesome. Mr. Larry Brooks was very professional, he took his time and checked everything. He saved me plenty of money by letting me know everything that is important to know about a house, which you do not see just walking through. I will hire him for my next inspection. The process was easy to book him and he was on time.

My business has recently been attacked on google and a complaint to the bbb. I submitted 10 pages of my documentation for their review. It was very time consuming but well worth the effort, they decided the complaint had no merit and closed the case. I chose not to respond to the negative comments on google and could produce hundreds of positive comments from satisfied customers since i started in 2004.

Most of my work is from very satisfied customers and referrals. Sadly, negative comments stay with you forever and most satisfied customers don't take the time to post post positive comments. Maurice turgeon, the semi-retired electrician.

Horrible experience with Apex Roofing (Pelham). Apex didn't do what they promised, nor did they heed my request. We were selling our home and they left supplies and mess for days, making it much more difficult to properly show our home. Apex advertises that they are great at picking up all the roofing nails. WRONG! Nails were everywhere and we picked them up ourselves for several days. Apex Roofing never fulfilled key items listed for repair on the contract. Months later, after I sold my home, they ask for an additional financial supplement payment that totals over $5000.

Without any previous notice they send me a first-time Invoice with this additional amount. And they send it days before Christmas (and they give me ten days to come up with the $5000.00). This was for a roof that was put on in April. I'm so shocked I keep thinking this has to be a misunderstanding. But to date (this is going on right now) it's more like a bad dream I can't get out of.

My roof was damaged by hail back in April. I just wanted a new roof. My insurance company came out and said the fair cost to replace it. Apex said they could do all that Safeco Insurance had listed for even a bit lower than the Safeco estimate. All lies! Read the Apex contract carefully. It says down at the bottom they can add a supplement fee (I guess for any amount they want and without notifying you in advance of why and for how much).

How can someone be charged multiple thousands of dollars more than the signed contract with no notice or explanation. How can their cost be a third higher than what the insurance company says is fair and what they themselves said they could do it for? I will never use this company again. If you can't keep your word you have nothing!

The Better Business Bureau Serving Central & South Alabama office is not interested in protecting customers from fraud. They have a company listed as an "A" rated company even though they are a fraudulent company. I reported this to them, with proof, and their reply was "Your review of Oxford Auto Outlet has been evaluated by Better Business Bureau staff.

We were unable to accept it for the following reason: The review is not about an interaction with the business." This BBB office if culpable in helping this company rip off people.

Best Bargains for Good Reviews I could find. Are you getting horrible negative reviews on Google, Yellow Pages or Bing it's because anybody can leave a review with them. Not the BBB they review all good or bad reviews so that as an Accredited member you can choose what is posted for the world to see. I have a company that sales Flood/Salvage Vehicles from Hurricane insurance claims!

We dry them out clean them and try to get them running again. We would for sure not still be in business today if it were not for the BBB THE Better Business Bureau giving us an A+ Accreditation Rating the monthly dues are affordable BBB's A+ Rating is only $450 a month I would have taken a C Rating I was in so much trouble due so many customer complaints on the internet.

I am So happy the BBB IS around to help us. Our reviews are 1.5 stars on google with almost 60 negative reviews, 0.5 stars on yellow pages with 36 negative reviews and I don't even want to tell you how bad our bing reviews are. Here is the truth selling flood damaged cars I mean sure it is probably one of the lowest things that you could possibly go into business doing but the profit is so high you know and with the BBB standing behind you that is all you need.

Hey now they want their money but boy they will make you shine. Another plus is they will take a credit card right over the phone love that option. Thank You BBB for helping us keep our doors open.

Road Runner moved my household goods in October 2017. They caused significant damage of my household goods and floors. When requesting repair they have not responded to my numerous call from November 2017 to February 2018. The damage they caused is extensive to my furniture and floors.

Did not complete project and almost looks worse. Was told they would have our property looking as good as it did before pond across the street busted through pipe and flooded our property right by our house. They were all in our yard and driveway for weeks. I let it go because I had signed form that they could leave machinery on our property, before work started. Later when city called to find out when they would complete someone told mayor and council I had signed release. Very disappointed in work done.
