My team of painters, Carlos and Lalo, were thoughtful and thorough with my kitchen painting project. They agreed to my requests for laying down plastic everywhere as I had just had new carpet installed and wanted to try to keep it clean. They explained every step of the process and what to expect. I was not disappointed. They used quality Dunn Edwards paint and left me some for touchups. The team cleaned up after the project and the finished job looks so professional. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone wanting a quality paint job.

The painters were pleasant to work with, professional, detail oriented and most of all wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the result.

Wow, five stars is not high enough. Keith did the estimate and spent twice the time as two other companies. He then explained every step they would use to WARRANTEE their work. Their estimate included paint sealant over old chalky paint and foundation sealing (and pulling back and replacing rocks) that other estimates ignored. Communication for scheduling was outstanding and offered updates/reminders, and they adjusted the schedule mid-painting to accommodate my three-days of jury duty. Finally, Eric led my painting team.

The house looks like a showcase, and when I wasn't there Eric took photos of primer and sealant to show me around the entire house. In the end, the team even replaced my planters and put the rocks back around the foundation neater than before they started. These guys cost just a little more, but you get A LOT more.

Chris came out to do an estimate on my house. Not only was he professional he was also very knowledgeable filling me in on things other people may have not, pricing was a bit high for me but he has tried and has been working with me on it. This man is an asset to your company and hopefully you guys can retain and hire some people people like him. Left with a smile on my face and just thought I'd leave the review so you guys are aware.

Recently I chose Arizona Painting Company, to paint the exterior of my house. I chose them because a friend spoke highly of their work, not to mention that they were highly rated by the BBB. Well, dont believe everything you read and hear! I purchased the GOLD package, which is a 3 layer process, with a 10 year warranty. After 1 week, the paint started peeling off of my front patio. I'm certain 3 layers wouldn't have done that!

There is also bubbling in several areas, that I'm sure would come up easily. To make matters worse, they painted the garage door the wrong color. When I spoke to the field manager regarding this issue, he said he would have to check our contract to make sure that was accurate. I imagine that most companies now are hiring any subcontractor, just to get the work done. It's a shame that more people dont take pride in workmanship! Please dont use this company to paint anything! I was willing to pay more for less.

We are very happy with our experience dealing with APC and despite the few bad things we encountered, we would still highly recommend them. THE BAD: 1) my sister was home while they painted the doors yet the crew failed to knock on the door & ask her about opening the doors so they could paint every inch of them; which means there were strips left unpainted (see photos) 2) we found a discarded paint roller in our front lawn (luckily before we mowed the lawn!) 3) the crew threw trash into our green organics bin 4) although the foreman said he would send pictures daily, he never did THE GOOD: Everything else!

The communications between us, the estimator and office rep (Chris & Cara, respectively) was superior. Heck, Chris even answered my first e-mail at 8 p.m. then proceeded to call me immediately to discuss further. We had a lot of questions, and one or both of them were quick to respond. The quote / invoice were pretty straight forward although some sections contradicted each other - I suggest you read it thoroughly, a couple times, and call out anything that doesn't make sense.

For example, one section may have said the pop outs were the body color but another section said they were the accent color. You do have a walk through with the foreman before they even begin putting up the sheeting so everything should be made clear then, but it's appreciated to have the paperwork details consistent. After the invoice was settled & signed, APC was able to schedule us within a month's time.

Although they allotted an entire week, it only took the guys three days (not counting their return visit to make touch ups discovered during the walk through). To my recollection, there were only two guys on the crew (George and Danny, I believe were there names). So damn, they were fast! The financing process was pretty darn easy, too. They offered a 6 mos same as cash, 12 mos same as cash, and a 5-year plan with a 6.99% interest rate. Our house looks great, practically brand new - and we are extremely happy with the APC team. I had an estimator (Riley) come to my house and tell me they were sending a crew to paint my interior. No crew showed up, one person who did do a nice job of painting my interior (Melvin) The estimator also told myself that they could get behind my 85 TV. They did not. I spoke to (Derek) who said over the phone that he and someone else were going to come back over and paint behind the TV.

They also were given my wife phone number to call Wednesday the 11th of May. That never happened nor did they show up. I would not recommend this company that I had used in the past with great satisfaction. They have gone down hill in customer service and are willing to promise anything to make it right when they do not come through.

We have a 50 year old home and wanted to breathe new life into it. Giving it a new paint job was at the top of the list. I researched several painting companies before choosing Arizona Painting Company. After choosing our colors, we noticed the body color of the house turned out much lighter than expected. When I brought this to Derek Bonenfant's attention (our Project Manager) he was quick to offer to tint the body color a little darker so it would be closer to what we were hoping for. Derek's crew went to work right away and when they were finished we couldn't believe the transition!

Dare I say, it looks much better than any of the other homes on our block. Our neighbors have asked who our painters were and we were quick to share Arizona Painting Company's name. Their exceptional customer service and professionalism should be an example for ALL companies to follow.

Contacted Arizona Painting Company for a quote to paint my home in 3 colors. They came out and gave me a estimate that was very reasonable with the extra work they would be doing that other quotes we had received were not providing. They were scheduled to start in a month and when time was getting near they called and said they had a opening and could start a week early and I gave the ok. Jesus Sandoval was the lead foreman on the crew and he and his team were awesome.

They were prompt and respectful of my property and explained everything they were going to do from prep work to paint application to clean up The job was completed in 3 days and they did outstanding work. When they were done and took me on a final inspection to make sure everything was acceptable and explained the warranty. I highly recommend the team and the Arizona Painting Company.

We used Arizona Painting Company for our exterior painting job and are glad we did. Daniel Soto and his team skillfully did an excellent job and painted the entire house in three days, as well as stucco repair and spackle replacement on the patio and front entrance ceilings. I went with Arizona Painting Company because I thought they were the best in town. The finished product is pretty good. I have been still cleaning up paint drips on my floors and counters since they finished last week. I think the communication needs to be a little better. They should tell people ahead of time what exactly to expect their house to be like.

I didn't know we'd be totally out of commission with our house under plastic and paper for a solid week. I had to tell the lead painter what colors went where. He didn't know I had a 3rd bathroom that was to be painted. I had to let him know. The other painter was brand new and I understand learning, but when you spend 6000 dollars to have your house painted, you expect very professional work.

Every spot I showed the painter, he basically tried to say it was like that or one of us bumped it with something, which we did not. Also, they ran out of one of my colors and finished, but I have many spots in one bathroom that are not even close to being thoroughly covered. I am missing one wall outlet plate which I had going into this. I noticed a couple wall plates djdnt get all their screws back in. My door to my garage doesn't close properly now. Most of these are minor things but when you spend that kind of money, you just expect a thorough professional job.

I have never had such a positive experience with a contractor. These guys were on time, professional, polite and clean. My house really looks completely transformed-highest quality work. Sean came out this afternoon to look over our property and give us an estimate. He was very friendly and professional and took the time to explain the whole process to my wife and I. We received the estimate from him before he left (rather than days later like other painting companies). We are looking forward to seeing our house with the new paint done by Arizona Painting Company!

The price was fair, the work was performed well and they were here when they said they would be. They cleaned up when they were completed and hauled off their trash. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I have used this company before and knew they were the ones to come back out after a great first experience. The quote was reasonable and they gave me a discount for being a returning costumer. On the day of the start date they called and said their team was sick and was not able to come out. I was very upset because I had already booked a non-refundable hotel for me and the kids to stay at since the house was a disaster to prep.

They didn't start the job for four days later. The outcome was worth it because they did a great job and the team was very sweet! The manager did respect my concerns and communicated well throughout the process. So even with the hiccups their costumer service made up for my frustrations and I would still go back and use this company!

We had an amazing experience with Arizona Painting. I can't imagine a higher quality job is even possible. They were meticulous from start to finish. I had the exterior of my home painted by Arizona Painting Company. The estimator they sent was very pleasant, no pressure, answered all my questions. The estimate they emailed me was very detailed, spelling out exactly what they had agreed to do, quality of paint being used (no water) etc. When I called and told her later that we were going to go with another company that was a little cheaper, she negotiated with her manager to use an upcoming seasonal special to get a matching price.

The painters, Daniel and his partner, showed up on the days they said they were coming and within the time frames specified, and did a nice job not only painting the house, but sanding down and filling in a very weathered beam over our garage. Can't ask for more than that. Thanks!

I currently had them out to paint the exterior of my home 1/31-2/3/22. I decided to use them as their staff was nice (although a bit pushy during my researching phase and when scheduling) and offered financing. First issue was I orignally scheduled my project to start 2/2, but I kept getting emails that my start date was 1/31/22. I would call and the receptionist would say it was typo, but the calls/emails to change it continued even after I explained there was a scheduling conflict until I finally gave into the change.

Second issue was on day two the painters were late (arrived at 11am). I understand things happen, but they didn't call me until almost 9am, gave a story about their truck yet sounded half asleep. Third issue was I have a light fixture that runs dusk/dawn on my garage wall. Prior to the job, it worked, but after it ran continuously and I had to remove the bulb.

When I called to report that issue it was a nonchalant attitude of sure have them look when they put back the weather stripping but don't expect much. When the painters returned it was a "well we don't remember if it was off prior to taping it up and the job and we're not electricians" and left. I called the office back but was told call an electrician.

I felt like since I was financed that I didn't matter as much as someone who gave them 4g up front. EDIT on 2/15: A manager finally called set up anpointment. The concerns were handled as the painters painted over the sensor. This visit could've been avoided if the crew just took responsibility on 2/4 of their error.

We have used Arizona Painting Company for interior and exterior painting projects for over 7 years. We appreciate the quality of paint products they use, and the teams or individuals always produce a quality result. Tony completed a rather tricky water damage project for the ceiling in our great room, and we are very pleased with the result. He brings a lot of experience to his work, which we appreciated. We would request him again.

Earlier this month I had a Tucson team come out to paint my kitchen cabinets. I have a large kitchen and a LOT of work needed to be done. Lalo and Jose were outstanding. They took three full days to prep the area - removed all doors, drawers, hardware. Covered everything before sanding and painting, covered everything in the garage which was their work station. Thursday and Friday they painted and replaced everything - all in the right places.

They cleaned up every bit of sheeting and debris. They were professional (as were all members of the team and staff), courteous and friendly. I am very impressed with the quality of work, their work ethic, and the pricing for a very big project. I have more work to be done and they are the FIRST company I will call when I'm ready for it to be done. Outstanding all the way around! Thanks everyone!

Two painters accomplished a rather large and complex railing and wall painting job. Leo and Katlyn were very reliable and stayed with the job to deliver a first-class outcome. APC is fortunate to have them. While not reflected in this rating, the office staff who schedule and communicate the color selection process leave a lot to be desired. They seem to have very good protocols and procedures, but the non-painting staff seemed to struggle to follow them. Fortunately, Leo and Kaitlyn straightened things out and all is well that ends well.

Juan & his team are painter/artists! I had A LOT of stucco & crack repair, it turned out great! Very professional, courteous & communicative throughout the process.

Went as far as signing the contract. When the called to schedule, they wanted 50% down and then charged a 2% fee for a credit card. I've never had to do that for a paint job. I don't like crooks. What is really irritating is that the 50% down AND the 2% charge are buried way down in the lengthy Terms and Conditions that they supply in the Contract. Should be on the FRONT PAGE.

**Update**: I am THRILLED to update my review and say that AZ Painting has resolved ALL issues with our cabinet painting project! To their credit, they kept the dialogue open with us, they inspected and researched the problem areas, and they truly worked to thoroughly resolve the situation. They repeatedly apologized for any offense or disappointment that we experienced.

Our technician, Jonathan, is a true professional and we appreciate his attention to detail. I am attaching updated pictures of our cabinets to show the final results. AZ Painting has regained my loyalty!

Arizona Painting Company did an excellent job on the exterior of my home and the cinder-block privacy wall. I needed to have stucco repair in addition to the house painted, as well as the cinder-block privacy wall. When I first called, the office staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, I was able to set up an appointment for a free estimate for the job I wanted to be done.

The estimator came to my home and was professional and courteous, listening to what I wanted to be done. The appraisal was sent days later, with very reasonable pricing, and I was able to book the service to coordinate with my schedule. The crew of Jose and Jesus delivered such high quality of service, professional and friendly, keeping me apprised of all that was done as the job went on and Jose listened to and responded to everything I expected of the paint job they were performing.

The project manager stopped by to check on the progress of the project as well. Jose and Jesus arrived promptly every morning and worked diligently all the way through, cleaning up at the end of each workday. They completed the job, and my home looks spectacular, and I could not be happier! I highly recommend Arizona Painting Company, they are the best out there!

The crew from AZ Painting Co was fantastic. They showed up on time every day and took pride in their work. Unfortunately, the first crew got benched after having taken ill so a second crew was sent out to finish the job. That transition had a few minor bumps but that's to be expected. We're very happy with the end result. Our house needed a lot of prep work; the foundation was chipping, the previous paint job was thrown on quickly just to sell the house - they had their work cut out for them.

Now that it's completely finished, the house looks brand new! I highly recommend going through their paint consultant if you're overwhelmed with deciding on colors. We couldn't be happier!

I recently had two jobs completed by Arizona Painting Company. The first was the interior of my home and the second was an epoxy job for my garage floor. I was not very happy with the interior job and let the company know about it, unfortunately, they sent the same guy to touch up and fix what I was not happy with. He didn't do a very good job the second time around.

I would still like to highlight the responsiveness of the office as well as the estimator, Travis, who were courteous and professional from the start. Despite not being fully satisfied with my interior job, I'd still like to leave a 5 star review and commend Robert and his crew on the garage epoxy job they completed. Robert was friendly and communicative.

His crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves and I had no issues throughout the entire job. I was beyond happy with the job they did and recommend them to anyone looking to epoxy their garage. Not only did they get the job done quickly, they also kept me informed of what they were doing and made my garage look amazing!

My wife wanted her kitchen cabinets painted white from the original plain wood color and we scheduled Arizona Paint to do the job. Jonathan and Terrence pulled all the cabinet hardware, sanded and prepped the kitchen, laundry room and both bath rooms and painted them white. The transformation in all rooms was AMAZING! I posted a before and after pic of the kitchen on Facebook and our friends and family loved what they did.

I can't say enough great things about this company! From start to finish it was an easy and smooth experience. I had both exterior and interior jobs done from them and plan to use their service more next year. Sean in sales was focused on needs, expectations, and made suggestions instead of trying to upsell services. I was a person and no just a sale. From start to finish they were prompt, professional, and extremely informative throughout the process. They started our job on time as promised and finished on time as promised. Had the exterior of my home painted along with my master bedroom and bath to the tune of almost 10K. With that price tag, I would expect top notch customer service but honestly it was lack luster. I had to submit approval to my HOA which I feel should have been handled for the price we paid. We contracted for an accent wall in the master and this was confirmed prior to the start of the job.

The painters arrived without the color for the accent wall and told me there was no accent wall included in the contract. They had to contact the office and go pick up the accent color after they had already started the job. Additionally, interior painting is definitely not their forte. The paint lines for the entire interior job were not crisp. I've done better paint jobs myself.

Paint was spilled on my carpet and a floor lamp was placed over it to cover it up. The covers to both fans were broken in the bathroom. My doorstop is missing and the hinge on my master bedroom door was broken. There were paint spills and smears everywhere. The inside of my shower was covered with paint and footprints. The light fixtures were left covered with paper and tape.

I had to bring a ladder upstairs to remove it. The entire workspace inside and out was left messy and dirty. I spent 3 hours cleaning up afterwards. I was several hours into clean up before I decided to take pictures. Here are just a few. I left a voicemail message this morning and still waiting for a call back.

I am happy to update my review. We ended up emailing the owners to let them know, directly what the issues were. Promptly, we received a call from one of the owners Doug. Doug took the time to listen to our concerns and after speaking with the other owners, they agreed to come out and repaint the interior of our house. Maria and Rafael came in and did a stellar job, they are great ambassadors for Arizona painting company.

They were efficient, friendly experts at their craft. Checo came out to ensure the job was going well. Had a great conversation with Checo, another asset to Arizona Painting Company. In the end, Arizona Painting Company stood by their work and did the right thing, we only wish it didn't take such drastic measures to get them there.

Arizona Painting Company repainted the entire interior of my new home. The entire process was simple from start to finish. They sent out an estimator shortly after I first contacted them and were able to schedule the painters a couple days later. The painters were professional and paid attention to detail. They kept in good contact with me throughout the project since I wasn't on the property when they were working. Estimator did a nice job listening and creating quote. Office staff really customer service focused. The painting crew I had was not interested in quality workmanship or communicating with the customer at all. The prep for the project was not great. The clean-up even worse. They would leave without letting me know if they were coming back or if they thought they had finished the job.

The project manager came by early in the job but didn't walk the job with me until I called them back the next day to fix areas where the paint was curling off both the wood and the brick. The painter left again without walking the job and I had to send pictures of the areas not done to the office to get someone to come back. Then someone called and said that if there was any other problems I would have to address them through the warranty. Part of the bid was to remove old lattice and they left staples and pieces of the lattice on the roof, walkway, and lawn. Just tired of trying - lesson learned.

This company did an excellent job. We used four different colors. They carefully taped all areas so the paint did not end up on the wrong part of the house. They were kind enough to come out and fix the problems that were caused when they came to paint our home. They removed the tape and tarps from our home and they were kind enough to come out and power wash the driveway when the paint ran all over our driveway after it had rained. Joe was kind enough to offer to reimburse me for the items that were ruined after being left out in the rain.

I can understand we are so used to the Arizona sun but it's always best to be safe than it is to be sorry. We are happy they came out to fix what was wrong but I just can't seem to justify a rating anymore than "average" based on our experience. I just don't think the experience with Arizona Painting Company was "Good" nor "Great".

This is the third time we have used Arizona Painting Company for paint jobs-the reason they are reasonable, efficient and very good at what they do. The quality of work is excellent. When our job was originally quoted it was expected to last 3 days. Rudy and his team did an excellent job in prepping our home and started early the next day. Rudy made sure communications were all on the same page and that we were happy with the job. Needless to say, the job was completed in 1 1/2 days. All trash was removed from the property. This whole process was made very easy by the company. We will continue to use them for our painting needs.

Our house looks fantastic! Arturo and Juan were very professional and fast. They completed our house in under 3 days! Much faster than the four days originally predicted. Brian the supervisor was professional and provided me with great customer service when questions arose.

It couldn't have gone better. Unfortunately, we had little choice in the colors we selected since our HOA only approves certain color schemes. I also had to wait for our HOA to approve the application.

We did have some scheduling issues not because of this company but because of the builder so they worked well with rescheduling us. But the painters decided not to cover anything up! Paint everywhere!

The house looks great, amazing job. My only complaint is about all the drywall scrapings and bits of glass I had to pick up, some paint got on my grill and the plastic bags floating in my pool. Small complaints, but the paint job is spectacular.

The foreman for my job was Dave and he did an outstanding job. My house had not been cleaned or painted since it was built in 1989 and he made sure to take the time to do everything right. It took a bit longer than expected but that was because Dave was more concerned about doing the job right and his attention to detail.

This is the second time that we used Arizona Painting Company. Last year they painted our house and block walls. This time our RV garage. Great job by Jose & Julio. They were a pleasure to work with.

There is always a lot of tension when readying a house for sale and it is worse when you live 2600 miles away. The interior walls of my house needed painting and having heard Mac & Gatos praise AZ Painting so much when I lived in AZ, it was a good time to see if they were correct.
