The technician arrived promptly and was very professional and courteous. He seemed very knowledgeable about the issue with our tankless water heater and fixed the problem and gave us a good suggestion. Garrett came and was very professional and was able to fix the system and did a excellent job. In record time and had the air conditioning up and running within a hour. Firstly, if I could leave a zero star review and still be able to give a review, I would. We had an appointment between 3:30-5:30 that turned out to be a no show without even so much as a call. We rescheduled for the following day that was also rescheduled for the same time as apparently we couldn't get it first thing in the morning since they already missed the previous appointment.

The next day comes around and this time the electrician decided to show up but at this point, sits in his van in front of the house. I opened the door, waved at him and then waited. And waited, and waited. He claimed to have called and knocked on a 2 story house. We have 3 dogs that never made a peep. We have a working doorbell that never rang. After I poked my head out 3 different times and waved to signal that I'm here and waiting, he never came in.

When my son went to go see what he was doing, he was driving off. Never serviced our air conditioner. We get a quality text and that's when we called the company. We're told he called only one of the 3 numbers, supposedly knocked though none of the dogs or us heard, and then left with a quality text on the right phone numbers, though he supposedly called?

We have had a 50/50 with this company, but as supporters of local businesses, we tried to be understanding. At this point we are done and will not be recommending them to anyone.

I called Bert Black Service and they were able to schedule the service very quickly. Jason and his co-worker arrived today. They were on time and fixed the glass shower door. Great work and excellent prices. Would recommend! Service: Shower installation

We had a pipe freeze in the winter weather and when it thawed and was leaking under our house. BertBlack technician came to our home on short notice, got to our home before his estimated time, and had everything fixed and water restored to our home within 40 minutes! Excellent service. The setup of the appointment was easy, I was able to add notes later for my technician to see. Steve Cook came out in the early part of the time slot. Just had my heating checkup. Especially want to say thanks to the tech--very friendly, very professional, willing to wear the mask with no comment or eye rolling. Liked that he went through each component and told me how it performed after the check. Been using these guys a long time. Generally excellent work, although probably not the cheapest folks in town. I've gone elsewhere on occasion, but I always come back!

Since making my service appt, I received several very helpful automatic notifications via text. Ex. confirming my service request, reminder a couple of days in advance of my appt and the morning of AND I was really impressed when I received a notification informing me of which technician would be coming out to evaluate my HVAC with HIS photo! The technician was very professional, courteous and helpful. After writing up and paying, he sent a digital receipt with the notes from the service call to my email address. Definitely WILL use again.

My system is less than 3 years old. My air went out on Friday June 18. A serviceman arrived at 7:30 and was there til 10:30. He said he would come back Saturday morning with the part. He called and said he couldn't get the part til Monday. The temp in my home was 95. My kids were visiting me from Chicago, needless to say we were all miserable. I could understand if the unit was 10 years old, but I resent paying $846 for a unit so young. The serviceman was very sorry and understanding. No one ever called me about a service policy. I feel your company SUCKS. I will never use you again.

I contacted 3 companies to come out and give me an estimate. Out of the 3, Bert Black was the best. Not only in terms of cost, but in service and professionalism. The repair man arrived in a timely manner (he also called ahead to make sure that the appointment time was still valid). He performed the work efficiently and was very polite. My experience with Bert Black was a good one.

Bert Black Services Company installed a new American Standard gas package unit at my home and were very professional and courteous. Kenneth and Bob were extremely knowledgeable and made sure everything was installed correctly.

Bert Black was hired to perform multiple repairs by the previous owners of my home during the closing process for a total of $3800. The various repairs included hvac ductwork sealing, dishwasher replacement, plumbing work, etc.
