Due to a shared entrepreneurial spirit Terry and Tony decided to combine their talents to create their own heating and air conditioning company. With Terry's heating and air conditioning experience and Tony's background in business they believed they had what it took to create a successful business.

Terry brought 13 years of experience to the new business. He gained valuable residential and commercial experience by working for various heating and air conditioning companies as well as a local sheet metal union shop.

Technicians and Customer Service reps have been very professional, but in April we purchased a mini split unit that still does not work properly and no one has been able to provide us with a plan for resolving the issue. We are told a supervisor will be calling and no one has. In May we replaced our house heat and air unit and a couple of weeks after install it stopped working.

The technician has replaced two relays and we are scheduled for the third relay to be replaced on Saturday. At this point I have lost confidence in the system and still have not received any call from a supervisor or manager so that we can develop a plan to resolve these issues. We have used Airco over the last 10 years and have always had great service, but this latest experience is really disappointing.

I contacted Airco because our upstairs A/C wasn't working and I was wanting a price quote on a new unit. Jaime came the next morning, gave me a good quote. I told him I had hired another company to service the unit very recently and he suggested his company doing a free second inspection to make sure we needed the new unit. That afternoon, Greg came out and found that something had been disconnect in the unit outside for the upstairs and our downstairs unit the fan was moving backwards and was extremely hot.

We could have had to replace both units if it weren't for the honesty of these two gentlemen. It was a quick fix and both units are working great. Thank you Airco! I would recommend you to anyone!

We've used this company for years, usually without a problem. When they installed a new water heater they should have put a shut off valve to the water supply line to the refrigerator, but didn't. Had their plumber came out & he told me that should have been done with the water heater install, & then charged me $500.00 for two hours work. The work was satisfactory, but $250.00 per hour was terrible for something that they should have already done.

The technician that came out was Steve. Without a doubt the nicest and most thorough of the six total that came to give an estimate. I wanted to use your company because of the quick response and how quickly they could get our hot water tank up, unfortunately my dad was the one that paid and he went with another company that was owned by a personal friend.

Otherwise it would've been this company hands-down to replace my water tank. Again, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Steve. Kind, professional, personable, funny yet still to the point in a way that I understood it.

In all. the initial time, effort, customer service scheduling and overall Airco customer contact representatives, put up a good sale pitch and consulting act (smiles and all) to get the business, however, the end results and lack of "tentative-sincere-honest" follow-up and follow through left us with. "No Comment!"

Nick was early for our appointment to give me a quote to install heating and air in our old house. He wore a mask, was professional and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and prepared a detailed estimate before he left. Photos of the attic and a walk around the outside of the house helped me understand what would be involved. I appreciate Nick and Airco!

I've used this company on several different occasions in the last 2 years and I'm 100% pleased! I've used them for washer, dishwasher, and AC repairs. Their technicians are always knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and on time! They diagnose the problem quickly and confidently. I never feel like they are trying to "gouge" me on parts or labor. they seem honest and fair in their pricing and services.

The office staff is equally impressive. Always quick to answer the phone, extremely courteous, professional, and their tone says they care and want to help! This company is now my "go to" company for appliance and AC/Furnace repair and service!

This company is great! I called them yesterday after 5pm to get an estimate for a water heater. The representative was very professional and scheduled for someone to come that evening. The estimator made it to my home within the hour. He estimated a price lower than what another company estimated plus the estimate was for a water heater with a longer warranty.

We scheduled the installation for the next day. On installation day, they called just after 8am stating they were ready to come within 30 minutes. They technicians were polite, professional and quick. They installed my water heater in less than 2 hours. The other company said installation would take 4 hours, with a higher price and for a tank with a lesser warranty. I highly recommend Airco Service.

I called Airco Service yesterday morning about error codes on my system. They got here about 10am and they didn't leave or stop until they were done! That was about 6pm. Then this morning they called to tweak my system remotely. AirCo is simply the best! Thank you all!

We had Airco install a new AC/heating system for us last year. They put in an extra vent in our living room and put the second cold air return were it should have been in the first place. They also routed the dryer vent away from the AC unit. They did a good job. We love our new system. We are finally cool in the summer and warm in the winter with lower utilities.

We also have our summer/winter service done with a yearly new filter replaced. They text with reminders of appointments and a picture of your service man. The service is thorough and friendly.

I called Airco and they sent out a repairman, all I needed was a new blower motor on my unit. The repairman was there a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes. I'm a Senior and a Widow and stated that to him and asked if they had any kind of discount for Seniors or Vets. No. I was more or less at their mercy since I don't know anyone where I live. $768.69 was the charge.

I had asked other Heating places and they said it was to high. Reported this to them and they said they felt justified with the charge. Believe me, I would freeze before I would ever use them again.

They are not the cheapest but good. The only thing l was aggravated at was the coil went out. This cost me over 2,000 dollars. Then a little less than 5 years that coil we n t out. That cost 800 dollars because the part was under warranty. I have2 vehicles that are older than that unit and never had a coil go. out. Family that has u its older. than this and no such problems.

I replaced the original unit because it now er had been efficient. It was put in 1960. To my k knowledge it. never had a coil problem and l never had one. This unit has now had 3 coils

I don't recommend this company for a few reasons. Yes the tech was nice but nice doesn't fix my dryer. I paid $350 for a heating element in my Samsung dryer and he said no warranty on the part which sucks but I needed it done so I said ok. Well they must have given me a faulty heating element because my dryer doesn't get hot. My clothes dry but I. have to then run again for 40 minutes to get the wrinkles out because it doesn't get hot enough to dry and get the wrinkles out.

Now it looks like I'll have to have another tech from another company come look at it. I also called and they sent the same tech to double check his work which he didn't even look into the dryer he just went outside and.

We always get 3 bids for projects for home improvement. Yesterday a Plummer stop by to give us a bid for moving an outside facet. He was very courteous and gave us good feedback! Airco's plumbing department is excellent! Waiting on another bid before we decide. Strong consideration will be given to Airco! We have used them before Thanks!

I own a Ranch in Big Cabin. When my furnace went out Airco Service responded within hours to trouble shoot and determine the problem. Then ordered part and fixed within days! I was very impressed with there professionalism and service! Would very much recommend them!

Airco service is great. My hvac tech, Chase, is amazing. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he's also respectful and understanding of my concerns. I use them for plumbing as well. Compared to a few others I've tried, they're more knowledgeable and honest with their suggestions.

I've used this company a few times. I had a hot water heater installed in 2020. That was well done and completed extremely quick. I've had 0 issues. I had a full A/C with 3 ton, furnace and duct work done. The unit has been awesome. They're people are all very professional and totally respectful to homeowners. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Pros: been an airco customer for years. Never disappointed. They always say they're not available when we have emergencies, but then call us when they have cancellations that day. Cons: we used to have a bi annual Maintenance contract with them. But then they stopped coming? I'll have to follow up with them.

We scheduled Airco to perform a "tune-up" on our air conditioning system. During the tune-up the blew out the condensate drain line and must have also cleaned out the pan a little, because when they blew the line out it "flooded" my floor drain with debris and clogged it. I didn't realize this until I started to get water seeping under my new flooring in our living room.

In the 1-1/2' drain there was probably about 1-2 inches of debris/silt in the bottom of the drain, clogging it. I called Williams Plumbing to look into the back up and explained to me that the drain was clogged and they snaked the drain and pushed the snake to its full 75'. The Williams technician told me that it drained as soon as he made it through the p-trap, but kept going just in case.

I contacted Airco HVAC Manager, Amy, and she was insistent that there was something else clogging my drain. So after spending thousands on my new flooring (LVP), I get to spend another few thousand on pulling up the flooring, drying the slab and reinstalling the flooring but replacing pieces that break because the connecting teeth sometimes break (I've been told by the manufacturer). Luckily we installed LVP and not wood. Please make sure that the technician checks and cleans the drain if you have them clean out your condensate drip pan/line.

Pics 1 & 2 show a prior installation with exposed wires and piping. Pic 3 shows access to air handler, furnace and coils. Pics 4 & 5 show the new installation with recovered piping, and well dressed conduit for wiring and BTW the system operates brtter than ANY before it at half the sound level. I have not seen the a-coil replacement, as I am still awaiting the final report from the company.

Fantastic experience with Airco from start to finish! Jamie our salesman was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and helped me understand what was needed. There ended up being A LOT more work needed than expected. Ben Goodwin was absolutely amazing! He is such a hard worker, professional and just a happy guy. He is truly the face of the company. He educated us and answered every single question we had.

He spent a lot of time making sure everything was perfect and he is truly the sweetest guy ever! I probably will only want to work with Ben in the future. He just went above and beyond and I can't thank him enough. He did an outstanding job. Honestly, Ben needs to be promoted! Don't lose this man, Airco! That'd would be a HUGE mess up on your part. #justsayin Anyways, everything so far is perfect.

I had Airco come over for a plumbing problem. Turned out the plugged toilet flushed ok and didn't need service. I also had a dripping kitchen faucet and it leaked at the base. The repairman said he could fix the drip but he would have to charge me. He than said I would either have to purchase a new faucet or get parts for the one I have to fix the leak.

So I paid a basic charge and ordered a new faucet. When it got in another repair man came over and told me he could install the new faucet but if he had to turn off the water there would be an extra charge. I had arranged to have my heating and air put on an annual service. The heat came first. The "serviceman" came in and told me I was only signed up for one service so I had to pay again to get my second unit serviced.

He comes downstairs and told me the thermostat battery was dead and he couldn't service it and if I had batteries he could but I woule have to pay a charge for him to put them in. I said I didn't so he said he had some but he would have to charge me for them. After a he came down and said that a fly wheel on my unit wobbled but since my unit was still under warranty it would only cost me $300 to fix it.

I think it only needed to have the bolt tightene and it would be fine. Then he tells me I need to move the downstairs thermostat from the hall to the living room. Last week they came out to service my air. This time my upstairs unit has no freon in it so there must be a leak in the house. We replaced both air units 4 years ago. He then said they could fix it for around $3,000.

They came out today (they came out this summer and replaced our AC/heat blower) and said that their was a safety switch engaged. Heat worked just fine until the blower was installed. The service guy was beyond rude, refused to answer pointed questions, and then refused to give us an estimate until next week. Their advertising states it differently. Very unhappy customers. $200 to flick a switch that was most likely engaged when their tech installed the new AC/heating blower. VERY UNHAPPY!

Worse experience I've ever had. We had a New AC unit put in July 2016, used it about six weeks the first year, 2017 it quit working they charged me a fortune to fix it, 2018 started it up for summer, it stopped working again another outrageous amount to fix. 2018 again it quit working they said it was a coil gone bad but later found out it leaked the coolant. 2019 again coolant leaked and yes we had to pay more. As if 2020 wasn't bad enough, yes it stopped working again, coil went out, the coil was under warranty but the labor to fix it is $1043.00. SHAME on YOU

We had put off replacing our a/c unit for a few years. We finally had enough money in savings to pay for most of it, and figured since we're not going on vacation this year we may as well take the plunge. So glad we did! We had an estimate on a Tuesday, the unit replaced the next day, and two inspections a few days later (one for the rebates, one for safety).

Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional, and wore masks when inside our house. The price point we chose included the a/c unit replacement, furnace replacement, a touchscreen thermostat, and a 10% discount on maintenance for the first year. Install took 8 hours but my husband and I are both working from home so not a big deal. The rebates helped on the price, including a tax credit.

They offer a payment plan, but I think the rebates do not apply if you do the payment plan (might double check with them before proceeding). We went ahead and paid in full. Very thankful to have replaced everything before it got super hot, and we have already saved money on our energy bill!

Spent $30,000 one year ago on a complete new HVAC system for our house. Bought the annual maintenance agreement for several hundred dollars and we haven't heard from them since. We finally got a call from them wanting us to renew our annual maintenance contract. Yep, that's right. They wanted me to by another year of maintenance that they never honored.

If they spent as much money on quality service as they so on TV advertising, they might make customers happy. I'll never do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Wow! Brian was professional, courteous, very technically knowledgeable, and explained what was going on with my heating system in layman's terms. He was exceptional and was thorough! I will continue to do business with Airco service because of him. Honest, knowledgeable, customer service oriented. I'm highly impressed!

Ty We had a leaky toilet flush and we called airco plumbing service to replace the Mansfield toilet flush valve. My husband already have the parts but we don't have the proper tools to use in order for us to install it ourselves that's why we called airco plumbing service. And we need it fix before thanksgiving. The guy that came in was very rude and seems to be in a hurry.

He told us that he will not be able to fix it because the parts we have is not compatible with our roller and the toilet and tank we have is not available anymore and the whole toilet and tank should be replaced. And when we called their office he changed his statement and said that he will be able to replace but needs to get the parts in 12th in Harvard but will charge us with $260.

We were so upset that we declined. So the guy that came in charged us $80 of diagnostic only which we already know what's the problem already. He only wants the money but don't wanna do the hard work! To make the matter worst my husband just went to ace hardware and bought the tools he needs to replace the valve. And tell you what! We were able to install the parts we got and it worked! The parts that the guy said it's not compatible with our toilet worked! He lied out of his laziness! What a reap off! We will never use this company again!

I had forgotten that these guys put heat and air in two of my prior houses. Today, they put in a hot water tank. I had it done through Lowe's, I recommend going straight to AirCo if you need a hot water tank. The technicians were very nice and knowledgeable, they did a good job. They removed the old hot water heater.

Can we give zero stars? Beyond disappointed. Never will have our business. They came out quoting us thousands of dollars & we had someone else come out and reconnected one wire and cleaned up the unit and it was good to go.

They arrived first thing this morning and other then a short lunch break they worked until the job was complete. Since I was expecting a 2 day install, the early completion was a nice bonus. We have used Airco Service to service AC units, install a new hot water tank, fix drippy faucets in places, and install new faucets in other areas. I am so impressed with the customer service. They are on time, communication couldn't be better. We have found a service company we will always call. When we called this morning to report a backup and needed service as soon as possible, they were here within the hour. We love these guys! Special thanks to Rick, Charles and Clint!

Two different techs misdiagnosed problem with heater, one just left without any notice.their estimate to replace system was way overpriced, got a new system for about half of what they quoted!

It was time to replace our HVAC system and Airco Service took great care to make sure that we understood the whole process. TJ and two of his coworkers were very professional and courteous throughout the three day installation. They cleaned up after each day before leaving showing superior customer service, and on the last day, made sure that there were not any unanswered questions. Great Job!

Great customer service and transparency. Had a coil leak. They fixed it and then later that evening it started to leak water out of the vent. They came back immediately to fix it. The next morning they called unsolicited to schedule someone to come out and re paint and drywall the ceiling were there was a little bit of water stain. Very impressed with their honesty and great customer service. Highly recommend.

In the worst heat of summer, Chenal Htg and Air has come to my rescue when my unit went out completely! They worked in the awful confines of my attic without complaint, politely returning me to a cool and comfortable home. They come to my rescue whenever I need them and I would not use anyone else!

I have used Chenal Heat & Air for a number of years and have been very satisfied. I build my homes to high energy saving standards, many of which are Energy Star certified and several that have been certified to NAHB Green or LEED standards. Chenal Heat & Air has been able to meet the high standards required to achieve these performance levels.

I chose Trane brand because of positive reviews on-line and what friends and family had said. In Jan 2014, Chenal H&A installed a two part heating & air conditioning unit in my home. The owners and the employees showed honesty, promptness and professionalism whenever I called, no matter the time or day.

We have been using Chenal Heating & Air for a couple of years now under a regular maintenance service contract, and have been very pleased with their customer service. Just recently, our old ac unit started blowing hot air (of course, it's July!), so we gave Chenal a call, and they came out right away.

No one likes to call a heating and air company! It usually mean you are hot, in need of a repair immediately and this also means you are at the mercy of the heating and air company. Chenal Heating and Air is a very professional, honest and quick to respond.

AWESOME! I called them to come out last week when my AC unit stopped working. They came out the same day and were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I have had the same system since I moved into my house 12 years ago and the technician showed me what was wrong and explained all my options and how each would affect me and my family.
