My husband and I requested services for our residence a few weeks ago.we went back to Banks because we had services through them before. Manuel was our tech and did an excellent job in 2013-2014 so we decided to call the company back.this time our experience was different.our service over the phone agreement was for $71 every other month in which if we see bugs or spiders, earwigs, before the next service is due.they would still come spray again.well. 2 weeks after the initial fumigation we were still seeing.bugs here and there.
I went to call the company to setup an appointment, and realized I never received any type of invoice, receipt, paperwork.smh. I called the office.the gentleman I spoke with said the technician that services my house hadn't called in for his messages yet but as soon as he did he would let him know to call back before the end of the day. I waited 2 days before I called back.and I let the gentlemen that answered the phone know my situation.he said he would have someone call me back by the end of the day again.so I waited.
I did get a call from a different tech named Carlos I think.we scheduled an appointment for this Monday June 12th at 830am.he never showed up! Here it is Thursday night and I haven't received any type of attempt to contact me to reschedule.or even apologize at that. We Will be definitely requesting a refund and taking our business else where.

Joshua, my service man, does an excellent job each and every time. He always does what ever is necessary to give us very good service. He never short changes us on service. He gives 100% complete service always. If every service person does this, it is no wonder Banks is a leader in the best in the pest control business.

Horrible service horrible customer service. Theysend out a great technician on their first time out who goes above and beyond and as your year contract expires they care less and less. It came to a point where I was outside clearing webs myself the day after they claim to have serviced my home. And they still charge you for it. Horrible service. Thomas after informing him of the horrible service comes up with the idea that I should stop service.
Great idea Thomas sure I can find a quality pest control company who will actually complete their task. And no worries I will pay for your service even though there is no evidence of work being completed. Leaving a bill at the door does not qualify as a service. Glad I no longer have to deal with them
