The person that came over did not take down the spider webs and when he sprayed inside he left puddles of the spray on our hard wood floors. I called and complained and were told they would send some out to fix the problems. That person did not do it either. I called and complained again and was told they would send someone out at no cost to us. A week or so later we got a bill. We call and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. We will never use them again and do not recommend them to anyone!

Owner Dave Oxley is so knowledgeable of causes and controls of insect abatement. Kern County is ripe for various types of insect problems. Dave continually keeps abreast of new and improved ways to make your home and business less or completely absent of infestation. Happy to have his services in my insect attack arsenal.

Oxley Pest Control gave me a very competitive price. I enjoyed working with Mike. He performed a comprehensive inspection and was friendly. The tent was removed early Saturday morning and we arrived shortly after. I quickly noticed some damage in a couple of places screen door ripped off the top hinge. Globe to porch light knocked off and broken. When I spoke to Oxley about standing behind their work and providing me with compensation for the damage, they declined. Oxley suggested we were the victim of a possible robbery and that their technicians would have reported any damage So my bottom line is being happy for a low price and being glad for the reminder that "You get what you pay for."

Trying to get them to return for service when they say they will impossible! They ask children for payment and hang up on you! Unless they control the conversation. I suggest get back to controlling ants roaches fleas ect not your customers not only do you loose me but i have 6 kids that have had your service glad you can afford that kind of loss not sure your just spraying water cuz my ants never left!. Was trying to work with our vet spaying yard and pets at the same time but it's been two months since i've seen them.
I called they said wait 10 days for their spay to work? I waited called back on a Thursday and they said Monday. no show Following week they talk to grandson 10yrs old asking for service fee mind you. and left. I pay & paid them when i actually saw them or when they came out as scheduled.! Now, the gal in the office tells me i'm yelling mind you i'm 70 and wear a hearing device. That's what i call rude lousy service!

Have not and will not use this company & I hope others don't either. This company prides itself as a "family" business to appeal to local customers. But have shady principles. The owner personally interviewed my fiance, spent the majority of the interview bashing Kern Mosquito & asking about the products and procedures they have as that was my fiance's former employer.
At the end of the interview offered him the position and gave him a tour, walked him out with the promises of being their "19th employee" to completely ghost him. We later found out the interview was solely to get inside information about Kern Mosquito. We are in the middle of a pandemic and my fiance let Dave know he has a newborn and nine year old at home and was only interested in the position if it was a stable full time position, he was told this would be a career for him when in reality he was only used as leverage for drama between 2 companies. I would not give my business to someone who unethically uses people for information, especially during a pandemic when people are already going through enough.

I cannot recommend Oxley Pest Control enough for their service provided! We had a possum underneath our house and they were able to trap it within 24 hrs! They were professional from the time I called to make the appointment to the service person who came to take care of our problem. He was aware of just exactly need to be done and backed that up with proven results! Call them if you need help with unwanted critters!

I have use their service for years. even have them do my termite tenting last year. Their prices keep going up. I understand the cost of everything is going up and they have to adjust. The last billing statement I received from them was for the old price which I already sent them a check for the new price. It was cashed and then this month I received a statement from them saying that I am two statements past due!
I have all my records to show they've cashed all my checks which on last one I've overpaid! And now they're charging me finance charges! Of course I tried calling him and I couldn't reach anyone! Tried chatting with them on their website and all I got was somebody will get back to you. very disappointed! Will be looking for new service company.

Service technician's are great. But the office can't seem to keep the books straight. They overcharged me $70.00 and could care less when I called them (3 times) I cancelled my service. And they couldn't have cared less about that either. Business must be good to just write off a customer like that. And I'm out 70 bucks. That's just bad business and I would avoid using them. But I must say that they were very polite when they told me to F-off and took my money.

I have been so impressed with not only the results that we have gotten from our pest control with Oxley's but the customer service as well. It is impeccable. Our service technicians always take their time and do a thorough job. If we ever have pests pop back up between services, it only takes a phone call to Scooter or Dwayne and they are on top of it getting someone out to respray! We have used other companies in the past but have never had the level of service that we receive here. I won't ever switch from Oxleys!

We moved into our new home a few months ago, only problem was there were roaches. Oxleys pest control did or first service right before we moved in and we still have yet to see a roach. As the weather started changing we noticed spiders coming out in our yard. we contacted oxleys and they came out as soon as I needed them. it's been 2 days and once again they don't fail. We finally made a contract with them and I can gladly say I'm very pleased.

I met the owner Dave Oxley at a morning meeting with a room full of people and mentioned I had a spider problem at my home. After a short conversation he said let's head over there and I'll take a look at it. Dave spent a fair amount of time looking over my property and educated me on all the bugs i had and said he could have my house sprayed ASAP and his company would come back every other month to them keep them a away. I highly recommend Oxley Pest Control.

We have been clients of Oxley's for years and have a monthly contract. They do excellent work and get rid of my cobwebs and bugs in my house and always show up. If there is a problem they will come back out. I don't have spiders and bugs anymore. I recommended them for reasonable costs and friendly diligent employees.

Terrible service. Old guy comes out with a one gallon spray can, spends less than 5 minutes spraying around. Misses several key areas. Asked him politely to hit those areas and he has an attitude with me and lies to me saying he did. Asked him to hit the baseboards and cabinets inside the home. Guy has an attitude with me again. Bugs aren't dead because the guy didn't spray. Called Oxley to come back and they give me the run around trying to stall and delay until the next scheduled service.
Finally called to tell them I wasn't happy with their service (I was firm but polite) and the girl on the phone hangs up on me. Unbelievable! I really wish there was something positive to say about Oxley but their service is so poor all around, the only thing I can say is they take your money but that's about it.

The service provided is absolutely awful. Job was always subpar and when I called to complain issues were never resolved. I cancelled service and one year latter received a debt collection letter for a month of service I never received. Stay away from this poorly managed company to save yourself massive frustration.

We have had Oxley's for about 10 years. They are very personable and will go the extra mile to meet the needs of my property. I live in an older neighborhood and have had issues with possums and rats, Oxley's has always been quick to get rid of them. We have bimonthly service and do not have issues with bugs especially in the hotter months. We are beyond happy with their services!

My tech, Chris E., is fantastic. He's professional yet friendly and is always willing to help should I have an unusual situation (centipedes in my garage that came out of nowhere!) I've also had ant issues in between my regular spraying and all I have to do is make a call and Chris comes out to solve the problem. We have used Oxley's for more than 15 years and three houses. The same service person has been keeping our home bug free for at least the last 5 -10 of those years. The landlord where I work is on her 3rd pest control service and though she has given up switching, I tell her how she could avoid all the service problems she has by going with Oxley's.

I have never signed up with their services, they did service on their own, when I inquired about the charges and refused to pay for something I have never signed up for, they started making threatening phone calls to me and told me that Mr David works for Lord and I will have to pay anyways. How non professional and making use of the name of Lord in the name of incompetency. I am thinking of calling of some services to deal with these emotional black mailers
