Keyed Up Fence

My neighbor replaced fence with this company. They piled the dirt for post holes on my lawn. I asked workers multiple times to please pick up dirt from lawn as not to kill my grass. Worker promised he would next day. They did not. I am now buying new sod to fix lawn. Extremely unprofessional. Will tell everyone I know not to use this company.

The owner emailed me at the time I signed the proposal and told me they would need 6 weeks to start construction. I sent payment on 05.04.21 and expected to start installation by 06.15.21. Two weeks later, the owner filed for the permits then left on a two week vacation. The city called me to tell me the permit had been filed incorrectly. I emailed the owner urgently and she called me back a week later after I followed up.

She then told me that they were going to need another 3 weeks for permitting and an additional 6 weeks to start construction for a total of 9 week. Now i'm not starting the fence until early August! On top of that, they demanded I pay by check which they got in early May and they NEVER CASHED IT. One of my checks was just floating around their house for weeks. These people are completely disorganized and will waste your time. STAY AWAY.

We had a privacy fence installed in a very challenging location. The work they did was fantastic.

I definitely would not recommend this company. Came out to give a quote mid-November told me they could have the permit pulled and the fence done within four weeks. Constantly had to send emails to find out if the permit was pulled, how things were going, when were they going to start. Kept getting excuses they were behind and everything. I was very patient.

Finally got a start date four months later and the night before they were going to come the owner calls me and tells me that there's a discrepancy with the survey and where I want the fence put that it's not my property. This was news to me since I've lived in the home for 24 years and I have had additions put on my home and other work done and no one has ever stated that that wasn't my property and there's already an existing fence in place.

When I questioned him he then proceeds to yell at me to tell me that it's my survey and basically I don't know what I'm talking about. Even if I give him the benefit of the doubt and say that I don't own the property he's had the survey for 3 1/2 months he just thought the night before was a good time to look at it. Definitely would not recommend this company.
