Rondy's replaced a shattered shower glass panel, which they had originally installed 15 years previously. It cost more than $400, took a long time to arrive, and was not what we ordered. When the installer arrived, was when we were told what we wanted was no longer available. So we had to accept it. Soon after, that panel shattered as well, for no reason we could discern.
I went to Rondy's to complain and was told there was no guarantee because "you just never knew what to expect from tempered glass." I asked them to get back to me with a new quote, which they never did. I was made to feel unimportant, at best, a nuisance.

I called they said they would call me back in a couple days. This was last Monday. On Thursday, I called and told girl no one had called me. She said the office manager was on phone, but would call back in a few minutes. It is Friday 5:20 p.m. still no one gas called. They are closed Sat. And Sun. So very poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend. Very disapointed.

I had to ask for someone to come out for an estimate multiple times before it was finally scheduled. Was told to expect an estimate later that week. Nothing came. Contacted the estimator who came out and was told it was turned into the manager and he'd follow up. It's been 2 weeks now. I had a big job with lots of windows and doors. I've give up.
If they're unreliable on follow through now- then customer service is not important enough to do a good job later. Im not chasing a company to give my business to. They either earn it from the start or they don't. These guys won't get mine.

I have a 12,000 sq ft home. I need windows replaced. I had called and left a message, ok, I waited a week, no call back. I called and spoke with someone that said their guy would call me back. I waited another week. I called back, I was transferred to the guy that was supposed to have called me back. We spoke, we set up an appointment for him to come out.
He never showed. I called the company that very day, asking if their guy was still coming. I was told I was totally on the schedule. Never showed. Never got a call back from this unreliable company. STAY AWAY

I do like to give local companies business and have used them in the past. I would use this company for only small glass replacement I requested a quote to reglaze on two large 8'x6' and 3 smaller windows with 1950s grid style glass and when the representative came to the home he quoted me 3 days 3 men, which I thought was way too much man power and labor he was clearly over bidding the job, they said they would call me with the quote.
I had to call them a week later and asked about the quote they said they would have someone call me that day so a couple of days later a office manager called and quoted me $13,000.00 and I informed them I had 2 other quotes $9,000.00 less he wouldn't even think about it and seemed to busy. It's to bad I wanted to use them as I'm a long time resident of SB it seems they are quoting high when they get a little busy I won't be using them for large anything jobs and cannot recommend them

Very over priced window service for residential.had a bad experience with a installer named Brett Beloat.very rude and told me to go to one of his competitors because I told him that I felt that if he gave a estimate already for a certain price that he shouldn't have to raise the price.because he said prices go up in December and January. I felt he was trying to get as much as he can out of me.
Very rude and unprofessional and what a unpleasant experience.will never go there again and I recommend no one go there as you be over charged. Thank you for reading my informative post

I am a previous customer and had several glass on windows replaced as well as glass on a wide patio door. Also had a screen door custom made for my patio door. Problem IS, installer didn't make sure the screen door latched to properly lock. I worked far from home and would often stay with sister, so didn't notice the error immediately. I've called several times for the correction, all the time being ignored because they were very busy in Lake Arrowhead. Covid came, so I waited and have reached out a couple times with more work for them to do and am told lastly by Amy that she's getting to it and will get back to me right away. They're pretty much just servicing San Bernardino County, though I'm closer than Chino would be for them.still waiting.
Bottom line, trust these reviews. Millgard windows referred me to Rondys as their dealer. Will be calling Millard and letting them know about this and asking for another authorized and REPUTABLE dealer. All is in John's hands and this place is a JOKE! By the way, I have all my notes and will be contacting BBB.

I have to give 1 star in order to be able to give a review otherwise I would say zero stars. I am not one to EVER leave a bad review but this was the worst treatment we have ever received from a business I was trying to "give" business to. We had an employee come out on a Tuesday to give us a quote on several windows we needed replaced. The employee came in the morning and said he would send the quote later that day.
We never heard from him so Thursday we followed up and was told they would send it later that day. Still no quote. On Sunday my husband called the owner instead of the employee. The owner John said to my husband. "It's Sunday morning! Why are you calling me on a Sunday? Don't you know we are open Monday to Friday?!" He yelled at a customer asking about their quote?
Not one apology for how long the estimate was taking. What kind of business treats potential customers this way? Major thumbs down for this business. Needless to say we have taken our business to another small business that knows how to treat their customers! Never have I experienced something like this!

I called today to see if they have what I need. I don't know much about the window terminology so I described best I could for " view window that goes above the door". At the end I asked if they have something like that. His response was " Me? In my possession? No! I have to order it". So.never mind. I am so sorry to bother you.

Rondy's was on time and professional. They special ordered my glass same-day they measured, and installed the glass same-day when the shop received it. Called at least 10 places and Rondy's was one of the only companies to call me back, and they were cheaper than any other company that called me back. It was a patio door that I broke so Rondy's also offered to help securely plug the huge hole that was left from not having any glass.
The people I spoke with on the phone, and the gentlemen that were in my home were all professional. Strongly recommend Rondy's Glass if you want your glass issue handled right.

About a week ago, my husband went by to ask if someone could come by and give him an estimate on solar screens. He was told that someone would contact him the following day to set up an appointment. Well, 1 week later he still hadn't received a phone call. So he went by the store. The manager couldn't find the paperwork so he looked it up by the address.
He found out that the guy doing the estimate went to the wrong address, (Drive instead of Avenue). Since there was no such number on that street, he threw away the paperwork. No phone call, nothing. The manager told my husband someone would come by the next day at 3:00 to do the estimate. My husband said that he would take off early from work to be there.
The next day, nobody showed and no phone call. My husband called Rondy's and the girl who answered the phone told him that they were too busy and nobody could cone by. He had an appoint! Again no phone call, nothing. My husband took off from work to meet this person. They told him they could do it the next day. My husband told them, NO THANK YOU, I'll take my business elsewhere. Seems like there is a total lack of communication at this business.

A few weeks ago, Rondy's Glass installed a beautiful permanent glass enclosure for our reception area. It is non-invasive, beautiful, and we have received so many compliments from our clients stating that it's the nicest one in the entire area. They measured and installed and had it all completed within one week (installation only took one morning.) We have been using this company for over 20 years for all of our window and glass needs.
This is a family run company and they know all of their clients by name and always help us in times of need. In the past we have had broken windows and they have installed new windows within the hour. I highly recommend Rondy's Glass!

I called yesterday to get a quote for some windows I need repaired. The woman that took my information said that someone would call me back to set up an appointment. I had not heard from anyone, so I called back today. She informed me that they are busy and backed up from the holidays. I still don't understand why she could not set up an appointment for an estimate. I have used their service in the past and this experience was much different.

Poor service We took a door in to have a new piece of glass installed. They said to give them a full day. We took it in on Monday late in the morning thinking they would do it the next day. My wife didn't want to take a chance of breaking the glass in the truck on the way home so we paid them $50 to deliver the door when finished. Wednesday about closing time, I called them to see how the door was coming along.
She said it was finished. I asked if they would be delivering it tomorrow (Thursday). She seemed confused and put me on hold. She came back to the phone and told me that she would try to get it delivered on Friday. They seem to run a really loose shop and their one day job is turning into a 4 day job (at minimum). There's no telling how long the door has been finished and sitting in their shop.
It sounded like they didn't even realize they were supposed to deliver the door (although they seemed to know about it when they charged us $50 for a delivery 12 miles from their shop). I will not use Rondy's glass service in the future.

I'm wondering about something else. Did you by chance see amber/yellow glass that is in the high cabinets in my dining room? Do you guys have the snowflake glass that you put in my windows in the living room or does it have to be ordered from Milgard? If you have it, I'm wondering if I could order 4 pieces of the snowflake glass to replace what is in those cabinets.

I would like to thank you for donating mirrors to Mountain High School over the years. The mirrors you have donated to us have been used in our art class as you may know. The glass has been used by the students for glass etching's for gifts during Christmas time. The donations your company has made have helped me to acquire a new hobby and possibly a secondary career.

Had a male answer the phone by saying hello? I thought I had the wrong number. Since the person did not say the name of the company. I guess that's not the standard anymore. I ask the guy to set me up and appointment and he takes down my name and number. Said he will check the appointments and get back to me.
