GREAT QUALITY, GREAT WOOD, GREAT DOORS. I HAD ALL MY CUSTOM BOOK DOORS MADE THROUGH PARAMOUNT THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB EVERYTHING IS CUSTOM AND THE QUALITY OF EACH DOOR IS JUST AMAZING, THEY EVEN PRIMED MY ALL MY DOORS TO MAKE IT EASIER TO PAINT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM VERY HELPFUL ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD I FELT LIKE A PRO WHEN I WAS DONE THANKS AGAIN PARAMOUNT WINDOWS & DOORS!

Our experience with Paramount was more than disappointing. For a cheap window they may be okay but definitely not, if you are wanting a high quality solution. I went through Ganahl dealing with Paramount. I was working on a historic house built in Brea in 1921 so the glass pattern was crucial to match the existing french door and window patterns. The Ganahl rep drew everything up accordingly and we submitted the order. Weeks later I went out to review the dormer window and it was completely wrong.
After much back and forth, the owner accepted the design as he was under a tight schedule. When I visited the Paramount plant I emphatically stressed the importance of the rear door (glass) pattern we were still waiting on and that IT MUST MATCH OUR DRAWING! When the door was finally delivered the panels in the door didnt even come close to matching.
They gave absolutely no regard to our request. All they had to do was (to) call me when they saw that their product did not have the same configuration as the drawing we submitted. Also, the glue they used to secure the panes was over applied throughout both items, causing the painters extensive time to remove which the owner had to pay for. In the end their price wasn't much different than the high end window manufacturer.
In short, Paramount might be "an option" to supply windows for a low end structure but definitely not for a property that you want to be proud of or one that requires an intuitive management team.

My Mom and I went to paramount Windows & Doors to buy a custom Bay window for my room, I wanted it oversized and made out of red oak wood (I am really into speciality woods) and I was surprised that they offered specialty woods, and with such a fast turn around. I tried going to TM COBB and they didn't offer the special wood I was requesting nor did they have the quick turn around Paramount had.
They said it would take 3-4 months. I highly recommend this place to anyone that likes the best quality and the best turn around time. :) Russell was super helpful when I went to see the warehouse. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
