Highly recommended! Another company that came in for a home consultation did not even bother sending me a quote. The Global Alarm people got a home consultation scheduled fairly quickly and got the quote done quickly as well. The day of the installation they showed up on time (even earlier) and got it done the same day. They were very helpful and answer all the questions we had. They came back when the cameras had a problem. Ed and Nick were great. There is no BS 3-year contract like other companies have.

After having someone try to open our door during broad daylight, I started doing my research for a good home security alarm. After reading some reviews and talking to some folks I ended up with David at Global Alarms. From the first call they were very professional and easy to work with. Very disappointed. Actual price for system was over double what was quoted. Either sales person didn't know what was actually needed (even after in home review), or wasn't honest on the quote, but neither is acceptable. They also programmed a sensor incorrectly and then expected me to pay for a service call for them to fix their error.

Reached out for corporate solution - only needed simple door release and intercom - when i called and asked if these types of things were covered by Global Alarms they said YES!
