I am so impressed with the service we received having had to have toilets removed and reinstalled while new linoleum was laid. Nick was extremely professional, friendly, always on time, and expertly did the work. He explained everything he had to do to keep us informed. Kelly Plumbing is now our go to for future needs. Horrible service. Do not recommend. They came to fix my backup sump pump and all they did is replace the battery with one my current system is not compatible with, then sent me a bill for almost $300. I'm will be taking them to court. Also, they did not wear a mask or take any safety precautions in the middle level of a pandemic.

I've hired Kelly Plumbing for three separate jobs. They do excellent work, are very thorough, have always been able to get the job done quickly, and are fair with pricing. They will continue to be the first ones I call when I need a plumber.

I had made an appointment for a single project. When the technician arrived, I asked about 2 other things I needed to have done and when I could make another appointment. He was able to rearrange his schedule and get all 3 done in 1 day. I was very impressed with the work he did, how he made extra time for us and his great attitude! Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

I have a 100 year old home and when trying to replace a new toilet, quickly discovered that this was beyond my limited skills and we called Kelly Plumbing. Glad I did. Our plumber had to break out all the tools to remove the old flange and assembly and then re-do everything for the new toilet to fit in place. We couldn't be happier with the end results and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I hired them to replace 4 shutoff valves in my home. Kelly called in the morning to let me know when he would arrived, completed the work within the estimated time that I'd been given, and left everything as clean as when he came. I would hire them again.

This company is ran by 2 individuals, both of whom are very professional and kind. They were able to come out the same day to install a sump line diversion into the sanitary sewer. The job was done quickly and is of high quality. UPDATE: Had them do a second job at our house and they were, once again, professional and kind. They finished the job well within the estimated time and made sure to give updates along the way.

They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we approved of everything that they did. We will be using them for any other plumbing services that we need. I had originally knocked off one star for having a wide estimate range and for the invoice taking a while to arrive. Looking back on it though, . I think it was an expectation in my head that they had never promised to deliver, they even did the estimate over the phone, so I can't hold them to an unrealistic situation. 5/5 is the correct rating for these guys.

I was pleasantly surprised to have such a reasonable cost to fix my plumbing system. I was equally surprised at the punctuality of Kelly Plumbing as well as their courtesy and neatness.

Came in the afternoon and had a new line from the sump pump and new hose running outside, instalation in under 2 hours.
