These guys are really exceptional plumbers. Didn't care for the unprofessional behavior when my cards were frozen. Worked with them for 5 years personally and with my employers. Within 15 days of completed sewer drain cleaning I was called 10 times for payment. I had provided two different credit cards on two different days that were both frozen and flagged for fraudulent activity shortly after being provided.
The last call I received was from Jeff himself asking for my whereabouts to personally collect a check for the $250 invoice. Didn't care for that at all considering I was cooperating and continued to try to pay the bill. In summary, they do good work but didn't care for that treatment after all this time and no prior payment issues.

I called with a plumbing issue and they squeezed me in later that same afternoon. Jeremy came out and was able to identify the problem within minutes. He made the repair and gave me tips for troubleshooting in the future. The response time and service was excellent, from the time of first contact to the completion of the job. I would highly recommend.

Our sump pump went out on a Sunday evening. We called thinking they may be able to fit us in the next morning. They showed up within an hour of our call and had a new sump pump in and running within about 30 minutes. I have never been so relieved or grateful for after hours service since the weather was supposed to be rainy for the next several days. The technician was polite and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone! We will definitely be using them again! Thank you!

They installed a slip line into the sewer out into the street. I was told this would get rid of my tree root problem that was clogging up drainage from my home. About $5000 service charge, and about 4 years later the problem resurfaced. At least I can use the clean out that was installed so I can use foaming root killer for maintenance? I called them about this, the receptionist told me they would call me back. I never heard from them.

I've used them many times. They might not be perfect, but they always come through. I've had to use them for emergency services multiple times, and every time they show up right away and fix the problem. Their rates have always been reasonable. Complaints about their scheduler seems to be a common theme here, I've had some issues with her as well. But I come off like a jerk sometimes too, what matters in the end is that the work is solid, the price is fair, and in an emergency you're there top priority.

Very happy with Jeff's Plumbing and our technician Andrew! We had him install the plumbing for a basement bathroom, the toilet, and the shower drain & pan. He was on-time, professional, and cleaned up wonderfully. He gave us helpful tips for finishing up the rest of the bathroom, too. Highly recommend this company!
