This company told me that they were 2 weeks out - but instead of allowing me to make an appointment, they told me I could to call back in 3 weeks to make the appointment. Terrible customer service- do not recommend!

Don't waste your time dialing this number! Apparently their are no techs to repair appliances even though, allegedly, it's the business they're in. They just kept repeating they have no techs to service my refrigerator. I asked today or forever because I didn't have to have a same day appointment. They just kept repeating " We don't Have a tech to service your refrigerator at this time".

If I didn't know I was talking to a live person I'd think it was a recording that she just kept saying it. Move on not worth the aggravation! Wish there was a no star option!

The tech was very professional, fast, and provided friendly service but the repair was a little pricey. A ten minute service to replace the drain motor on my samsung front load washer cost $210 minus the $69 diagnostic fee.
