Josh came out last week to fix our Kenmore refrigerator compressor the day after we noticed our refrigerator was not cooling. When I left Josh a voice message he returned my phone call the same day and gave me detailed information about the LG/Kenmore refrigerator compressor issues after asking for my refrigerator model number. Even though I live on the southeast side of Columbus, Josh still scheduled an appointment with me the next day and was able to give me a cost estimate over the phone.

The day that Josh came to our house, he called me 30 minutes before he arrived and arrived on time. He was able to fix our refrigerator within a hour and was very professional. I will definitely use his services again if needed in the future.

This is the best company ever and I am so happy I picked them and you will be too. My refrigerator kept stopping for short periods of time but long enough to keep ruining my food. The second time I called a company and left a message but they never called back. Since it started back up, I let it go. The third time I called Shamrock and Jamiee was so pleasant and concerned and scheduled me right away. Josh called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time.

He was so friendly and knowledgeable that I wished I had called sooner. He fixed the refrigerator right away and gave us tips for keeping it in good shape. I will never use anyone but Josh if I need an appliance repair.

I can't be happier with the service I was provided by Shamrock. Our refrigerator had been going in and out for a few days and when it finally didn't cool anymore we hired this company. I called first thing in the morning when they opened at 9 am and was sent to voicemail after a few rings. I called back 10 minutes later because I really wanted a local company and the reviews were great and they were able to schedule me within a few hours.

The repair man was very knowledgeable and the price was very fair. Can't say enough good things about this company and I'll be using them for any & all repairs that may come in the future.
