Beehive Cleaning

*Note: Photos do not reflect work done by Beehive. Please read entire review* I hired Beehive come clean the carpets in my new house before I moved in. Everything appeared great except for a stain that was still left by the back patio door. I messaged Beehive to make them aware of this missed section and requested that they correct this. I received a message back stating they would come back to clean this for an additional $75 "pet treatment" charge.

I informed them that this house does not, nor has it ever, had pets in it. I have been in contact with the previous (and only other prior) owner of this home. They did not have any pets in the house. That stain was merely dirt tracked in from the outside. Beehive insisted multiple times that it was a pet stain. After telling them once again that it could not possibly be a pet stain, they changed their story.

Apparently the previous owners has also hired Beehive to come clean the carpets back in January, and they believe that after two attempts at cleaning it, that stain wont come out. Well, I decided to take a pass at it with some Resolve spray and a little elbow grease. I'll let the photos speak for themselves.

Beehive bought my regular carpet cleaning company and answered the request to clean my carpets without letting me know Dustin has sold his business. I assumed I was still working with Dustin. He charged $150 to clean all my carpets. Beehive charged $316. I wish they would have let me know about the sharp increase in price, that Dustin was no longer with the company, or in the very least sent an estimate. I was expecting a small increase but certainly not double. I will not be calling them again.

I love this company. Very professional. They are efficient, quiet and thorough. I have used them in the past and I am a repeat client. I will use ten again. I highly recommend them! I am a repeat customer. I had team 3 out and they did an exceptional job cleaning. I had a medical emergency when the team was at my home and they helped me get help, including going outside and guiding the paramedics to my home.

It all ended well and I am so thankful this team was at my house at this time. They also deducted the time spent with me getting help because they were not actually cleaning during that time. They were wonderful. AND my home was very clean when I had the "Paramedics " over for their visit.

Communication was awful. I had to text continually to get confirmation and the reply was always "okay". This was for a move out so I don't know the condition of the house after they cleaned. Hoping it was good enough for the new owners Service: Moving clean

This service cleans my house, cleans my windows, and I can only rave about the service! Kathy is the best as well as the whole Beehive team. They are always on time, professional, and friendly.

I gave it a 2 because they at least responded to me. I used this company to do a move out clean since I was selling my home. They are super expensive but I thought, well if they do a great job I was ok with paying a little more than usual. NO! Apparently inside windows are not included in a move out clean.just FYI. I told the lady on the phone that I have 5 kids so I need walls cleaned where little hands were so pay special attention to the walls. Nope, no walls were cleaned, the bathtub was half cleaned (maybe got distracted?) Not sure but whatever they did clean half of the bathtub with was so strong that it ate my grout and I had to regrout the entire thing.

It seeped out of the grout for 3 days stained the tub too. Neither medicine cabinet etc or drawers in either bathroom were cleaned, the garage wasn't swept out the kitchen had major issues the fridge had gunky stuff on the handles (remember I have kids) the sink wasn't cleaned the cabinets were not cleaned on the outside, the island wasn't touched, no drawers were cleaned.

I'm not sure what I paid for, anyway I call and complain they send someone back out (which is why I gave it a 2 instead of a 1) and when the ladies came back out, everytime I would point and show them they had to call there office to see if it was OK for them to clean.seriously? Way too much of a headache even my agent was upset we had to have it re-cleaned which put our date for listing on hold, it was a nightmare.

I own 2 businesses and I will not call or refer this company. I did pay my 475 because I pay my bills and that's the right thing to do, but I am not happy about it. And will NEVER use this company again. Sad

We used Beehive cleaning to clean our new house before we moved in (move in/out service). I was able to book with short notice- came next day! Beehive sent a team of two and they even had the notes of the areas I requested to be cleaned. Great price, professional and great service. I will book again if I need another cleaner.

Adrian was our window cleaner and also did the power washing. He was very polite and professional in addition to doing an excellent job on the really bad windows. I love Beehive. I have used them for years. They do a great job for a reasonable sum. Terrific value. The only time in years that i thought a touch of extra attention was needed cleaning, they came back the next day and attended to my concern. Done! My windows in my house always looks great after they come! My carpets lopk great and animal smells are gone. I just realized that they clean skylights too, so I will be calling for that too!

Fantastic operation! Easy to schedule and very attentive on time! Did an extremely thorough cleaning and didn't have to be guided or supervised. Jen and Norma are very kind and professional and will be on my book's routinely from today forward! 5 Stars all the way!

Beehive Cleaning service does a wonderful job! I just had them do my bathrooms and tile floors and they look great. The cleaners are also very nice. I will use them again in the future.

Fell short. 2 stars for the customer service. The customer service was fantastic and I loved their scheduling. I received email and text confirmation as well as a text when the cleaners were on their way. Unfortunately, they did not clean my house well enough. I paid for a move out cleaning and the quality of the service did not meet my expectations.

I keep my home pretty clean but we were wanting a deep clean. The toilets weren't completely cleaned, the sink wasn't wiped clean, and I found many things not to be dusted. Additionally, we also paid for our tile, grout, and carpet to be cleaned and this was even worse. They cleaned the tile so quickly that they left a dirty border all around my home and around corners their machine didn't get to.

It was extremely lazy and unprofessional. The van the workers drove also leaked oil all over my driveway. I contacted the company and they sent someone back out to clean my driveway and to clean the tile again. The worker told me their machine doesn't get all the way to the edges but they could use another tool to do that. Not sure why this wasn't done the first time around. For nearly $700, this home should have been spotless. Will not be using them again.

I have been using Beehive Cleaning for carpet cleaning for several years. Recently I had them back again, this time I had them clean the carpets plus I had them do their move out cleaning package. They did a great job and the final cost was a bit less than their initial estimate. Now that I know about the full range of services they offer, I will certainly be using them again for more jobs in the future.

Team Two did an amazing job. We needed a move out cleaning of our property prior to selling. They left nothing untouched. When reaching out to schedule they responded same day and had me scheduled in less than a week. Will recommend and use again from here on out! Thank you Team Two!

It's hard for homeowners to clean windows in the AZ dry air since you have to work so fast to do it right. Eric and Adrian worked fast and efficiently, and their results were outstanding! The windows in the sun were hot (even in February), and they cleaned them several times in order to cool them off and get them just right.an effort much appreciated. Beehive is a great value and we will definitely use them again.

I would not recommend a place that hides individuals such as Joshua Lara who laughs about a 12 year old little boy being gunned down by police or call humans blacks. How can you trust someone like this to come into your home. I have four children I would be afraid of what he might do when he is in my home. Lara is an open racist

I'm only giving 1 star because there isn't a way to give it 0. Had a FULL house cleaning scheduled after some construction work in my bathroom. Just to give an idea, they "cleaned" my 2100 sqft home in about 1 hr. Absolutely disappointed!

This company is amazing I saw the work they did on a few house that I worked at and I have had them at my old house in Apache junction and our new house in queen creek. They are honest and super nice

Our home builder hired this company to clean our house after a week worth of repairs. We packed up all our belongings in boxes, that were stored in the garage and a front room. There was only furniture left. We have been in a hotel for the week, while the construction was going on. We stopped by our house, on the last day of repairs, when Beehive Cleaning had just arrived.

The house had construction dust all over. Two hours later we were told by the builder rep, who was at the house with them, that they were done cleaning. Came home to a house that was still covered in construction dust. They didn't mop, dust furniture, clean counters, clean bathrooms, clean windows and so on. They vacuumed the carpets, although they still have drywall debris on them and we think they might have vacuumed the tiles.

There is still dust/debris on our tiles, walls, light switches, furniture, counters.basically everywhere. Very disappointed. I'm not sure what they were hired to do. Our daughter has been on breathing treatments due to allergies and now she's stuck in a completely dusty house coughing while we clean. The whole reason we weren't in the house was due to dust that would occur during repairs. Disappointed in our home builder as well, but that's whole other review.

I unfortunately had higher expectations for the service we scheduled. We were looking to have our home deep cleaned in preparation for putting it on the market. I scheduled Beehive Cleaning through Yelp thinking I would be paying for their 5 hours of service at $175. After talking with the representative I was under the impression that the Yelp price was incorrect as I was told it was $65/hr instead.

After paying the cleaners more than I originally intended, I got home to prepare for our open hpuse and found multiple areas that were ignored by the cleaners. For example: Dirtier windows than when we left, countertops were not wiped down, putting things back where they were before the cleaning, etc. I was very disappointed and sorry to say I would not recommend them.

I called the representative to let her know about my experience and still don't feel they tried to earn my customer loyalty. I really wanted to love this service. Sorry Yelp, I cant give more than two stars.

What a disappointment. When the cleaning team was still here I was unable to really review their job because the rug shampooer guy had already started in on the carpets. At first glance I thought they had done a good job, and I even complemented them and tipped them quite heavily. I am back this morning for my community manager walk through and am totally disgusted with how the kitchen area was left.

There was some kind of disgusting smeared paste which I assume was oven cleaner on the faucet and on the rinse sprinkler. There were some kind of brown polkadots (again assuming shrapnel blobs from the wet cloths used for cleaning the oven ) splattered all over the sink backsplash, the wall, the outlets, the blinds I had just cleaned and the window I had just washed the previous day.

So I just finished wiping all that down myself this morning. I had also asked for them to wipe down the kitchen cabinets and Regina told me that yes they always do that anyway. Well she must've meant with a dry paper towel, because nothing was clean. There were spots, sticky stains, drips, spills and all the standard stuff you expect to see on the fronts of cabinets.

The ice and water dispenser was a mess. The ice dispenser spout had not been wiped and was sticky both dispenser push paddles were dirty and the backsplash was also dirty. The bottom half of the refrigerator freezer still had water spots and splashes on it. Underneath the sink had not even been wiped out and had standard debris. The kitchen island was still dirty especially in the corners of the molding.

Keep in mind that this was a vacant house cleaning job. There were no people to bother them no furniture to work around and no obstacles to deal with. I am 65 years old and just retired last week, and the last thing I wanted to do is show up today for a community manager walk-through and have to clean up the kitchen myself in a panic before she showed up! The good news is that the rug shampooer did seem to do a good job. That is where the third star came in otherwise it would have only been two stars.

I hire beehive cleaning sep 2016 to do biweekly cleaning, they did fine. March of 2017 I moved out from one location and ask to do move out cleaning, which is they did, and did awful work. I called and nicely ask to come back to clean things they missed, they did it and destroyed blinds not only break them, took valence off some how and never told us about it.

The company owner nick not returning calls, my landlord left voicemail to talk about it this situation, they ignore our calls. That's not how professionals handle business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The staff here was super nice and friendly. They showed up on time and did everything I asked. The cleaned my tile and carpet. The tile looks completely different cause there was so much dirt built up.

After 13 years in Property Management I have finally found a cleaning company that is thorough, and responsive with competitive pricing. Nick and his crew are professional, punctual and easy to work with. They have tackled some pretty large cleaning jobs for me, rescued some carpet that I thought didn't have a chance and made my homes sparkle again.

These guys are awesome! They came with only 1 day notice and made my apartment carpet look better than when I moved in. I am super happy with their work.

Beehive did a great job cleaning my carpets. They applied a stain protectant & just last week my 2 year put it to the test-- she snuck a red Popsicle and let it melt all over my living room carpet. I nearly had a heart attack, but a wet rag removed all the red from my carpet. With 5 kids & lots of friends are carpets take a lot of wear & tear & I think they still look great- thanks to our friends at Beehive!

Beehive cleaning does great work at a great price. I have used them for carpet cleaning and window cleaning. The owner and his employees always act professionally when in my home. Beehive cleaning will always be my first call for any of the services they provide.

I have used them twice in about 6 months. The first time was when I was moving out of a rental condo. I had lived there for a couple years with 2 dogs. I checked with my landlord before, since I figured it would be coming out of my deposit anyway.

FANTASTIC! We had our carpets and all the tile floors and grout cleaned in our home today. The person that showed up was very professional, on time and careful. He was very thorough and made sure to get all the excess water from the carpets. I have NEVER had a cleaning company do such an amazing job on our floors! The carpets in our rental home are cheap and the owner had never had the grout cleaned. Beehive was able to make the carpet look almost like new and I had no idea that our grout was actually supposed to be tan NOT black! I highly recommend them.

Keith has help us out 4 times now, at different locations and he and Beehive are great to work with. Quick, affordable, and their work was amazing. Our carpets and floors look almost as good as new.really!

Had them come and do our carpets about a year or two ago. Despite contacting them multiple times about an item they admitted to damaging they never follow through with reimbursing me. Not very professional.
