Desert Tile & Grout Care

Desert Tile & Grout Care is amazing! We thought we needed to replace a number of our tiles, but were wrong. Josh stated that we had grout haze from a home that has soft grout. This generally happens when too much water is added to the grout. He told us how to clean the haze and what products to use on the tile in the future. He also advised to longer use a steam mop.

We will have them come back in future to clean, paint and seal the grout to solve this problem. We were so impressed with their service, that we are going to recommend Desert Tile & Grout to our entire community!

Just completed my second tile cleaning and sealing service with Desert Tile. All around was a great outcome in each service and high attention to detail. The slate on one service has been renewed with a shine that holds a clean slicker look. On the second natural stone it was renewed and much of the damage from years of neglect (not being sealed) was corrected and restored.

Josh and his team are outstanding to work with. Saul, Damian and Jon were the team that came to our home to do the work. They took the time to actually show the different colors of grout on our floor so we could make an informed decision. They were very patient to make sure we got the best color for out floor. Josh's company does amazingly good work! His team recently cleaned, re-sanded, and finished multiple outdoor patios that are made of pavers. The stonework originally was installed 14 years ago but now looks brand new thanks to the great work of Desert Tile & Grout Company.

Where do I start. From start to finish Josh and his crew did an AMAZING job! From the first time I met Josh and the getting a fair and reasonable estimate on my Saltillo tile that is a very specialized job! His crew showed up on time, was very patient with my wife and I as we chose the right grout colors to being respectful, helpful and all the way around 5 STAR service!

The Saltillo tile looked like a whole new floor and looked restored and we were so happy with the results! If you want professionalism, customer service and an excellent job at a fair price then give Desert Tile and Grout a call. You will not be disappointed!

Desert Tile & Grout Care did an excellent job cleaning, sanitizing, and color-sealing my parent's 800+ square feet of tile. The price was really reasonable, with a discount since the home was empty. The 2 men who did the work were friendly, professional, and hard-working. They painted 4 different colors of grout so I could pick which color looked best, and gave me good advice on which looked best. The grout lines blend in so well with the tile now. They even took care of the cracked grout lines along the floorboards!

Josh and his crew are top notch! We had mismatched, dirty looking grout and tile in a new home we purchased. Josh was on time, friendly and professional when he came out to do an estimate. We scheduled a time for his crew to come out (the very same week) and they arrived on time and were also very professional. Jorge showed us a variety of grout colors to choose from while the rest of the crew carefully moved our furniture and even took pictures so they could put it back exactly where it was when they were done.

They finished right on time and Jorge texted me pictures of the completed job when they were done. The difference from before and after was night and day!
