Locked my keys in my car around 12:45 am and immediately called this place as it was open 24 hours. The tech called me back and told me it would be 25-30 minutes max... a hour later and I still don’t hear anything so I call and call and keep getting the run around that they can’t get ahold of the technician now either and to keep calling back every 10 minutes.. at this point it’s 2:15am and I have to call another lock smith to help me. The original technician finally calls me at 2:45am non apologetic just asking if I want him to come still. What a joke and waste of time.

We are so thankful for Locksmith John Cruz!! He responded quickly & professionally to our emergency. He was at the house less than 10 minutes after i called & had us back in the house quickly. He work very hard to avoid having to drill out any locks. He also gave some good tips & reminders for staying safe & avoiding future problems. I will be calling him first if I need a locksmith again.
My neighbor accidentally got locked out of her house while her 6 month old grandson was sleeping inside. She was obviously very upset & worried. John was calm, quick & compassionate about the situation. Thankfully the baby was still asleep when we got into the house. Such a great experience with John today. I highly recommend him.

I called and asked for a mercedes key to be made, the mantold me they didnt do mercedes key yet but because i called and shared some remarks on the social media like the ad suggested that they would find someone to make one for me.If they follow through this would be exceptional and they will have just earned a lifelong customer, if not they would be a scam and will be back on all my social media sites blasting them... As for now I feel confident they are going to do what they said.
