Not complaining about the service but I feel that my tech was dishonest with me about pricing. I provided 3 transponder keys to my truck that I wanted to be duplicated and was quoted $10 a key. I was charged over $150 for simply having keys copied without them being programmed.

I am giving it 5 Stars ONLY because of David. He communicated well with us and was very understanding and extremely helpful. My car and my Apartment door the locks needed to be changed but I only asked him for my car, but he seemed so concerned that the person ehh stole my keys might also come into my house if I didn't change my locks, so he offered to also change the locks on my apartment door. I highly recommend if you need someone to care about your problem as much as you and to also communicate with you really good, ask for David! I am very satisfied!

So, I waited 2 and a half hours for my lock tech to show up. He was nice, but smoked a cigarette in front of me and I don't appreciate the smoke at all. He was actually very quick picking the lock. It took him less than 3 minutes to unlock my car door. No complaints there. But he charged me 383 dollars for the job. I've normally paid 80-175 on the high end for regular lock pick services.

He handed me the slip after he started working on the door and I actually broke down in tears because I wasn't expecting it to be triple what I budgeted for. Overall, I get he was skilled in his job but that is an outrageous price. I'm not happy and will never recommend this service

Called Bulldog after they closed and told them what happened to me with another company, Scottsdale Locksmithing. Long story short I was in somewhat of an emergency and when nobody else could help, Bulldog came out. Tomer is the guy that helped me out. He was funny, collected and obviously willing to help me way past business hours. He charged me $200 less than the other guys, and at the end of the day I saved a ton of money. Couldn't be happier.

Seemed a smidgen pricey ($85 to get into the car), but the customer service was fantastic. From the S.O.S. phone call, to the signing of paperwork, it was all said and done in less than 30 minutes. The owner was super friendly and arrived very quickly. We were into my car in less than 5 minutes. The best part was that he inquired as to what type of insurance I had and urged me to look at my policy to see if any roadside coverage was built in to the plan, and told me to file a claim if I did.

Unfortunately I didn't have that coverage but I thought it was really stand up of him to tell me about all types of coverage he recommended. I would definitely use this business again, but hopefully I won't have to;)
