Called and got a plumber to the house promptly after hours @ $150 an hour rescheduled for the morning 8am. Gave them a courtesy call at 8 am to make sure we were on schedule got an answering service so i left a message with a return #, address and where to park. @ 9 am i called the secretary said i made no appointment and had no tech to send out til 10-12noon.

Their office scheduled the appointment for us, and one of us made sure to take the time off of work to be at the house. It covered a 2 hour possible time frame. However, no one came during that time.
