Mike and his team were professional and thorough with their work. They take time to explain the details and is honest in telling me what really need to be fix and what is not. However, their service is a little expensive but because I want someone who is professional, honest, and really know what they are doing so I think they are worth it.

Mike and his crew came out to reroute some plumbing pipes around a slab leak. They took the extra time to reroute the pipes up into the attic and down between the walls and run around the back of the kitchen cabinets instead of poking a bunch of holes in the ceiling and room walls. The only holes we have are inside the cabinets where they are hardly visible.

Great service, on time, very professional. Mr. Welch went beyond the initial scope of work and inspected the rest of the plumbing system, as well as the water heater. He took the time to explain what he was doing too. The installation of the shut-off valves and replacement of the faucets in the laundry room were very well done. No complaint.

He came by quickly, looked at our problem and told us we needed a new toilet. He checked all the toilets in the house and the others were OK. He then told us to go buy the toilet of our choice and to call him to install it. When he left after the initial visit he said there would be no charge until he came back to install the toilet, and quoted us a price at that time. Huh?

I had a major problem with this company. First the plumber showed up 2 hours late without calling ahead. Next, they did not complete the job. The owner MC Welch, told me that since I purchased my own sink he could not install it correctly because it was too difficult.
