I contacted True Plumbing via Yelp initially yesterday and Wendy, the office manager, was super quick to respondto my initial contact. She was great in answering my questions by email (and then by phone when I had to hop in the car). I really appreciate that Wendy was able to set me up with an appointment the same day, or next day, at my option. I took the next day appointment.

I chose the 10 AM to 1 PM window and your plumber, Stephen Jones, contacted us by phone early and showed up half an hour EARLY, very nice! Stephen took a look at our problem (garbage disposal) and figured out what was wrong. The spinning mechanism had basically broken and it was an old unit (unlikely to be able to find replacement parts). Stephen suggested it be replaced with a new unit (that he'd brought with him) and we agreed that was the best plan of action. Pricing was consistent with what Wendy had told me as a likely price range if the garbage disposal did need to be replaced. Stephen replaced the garbage disposal and was wrapped up with the whole job in about an hour or less.

He was quick, clean, prompt, and did great work. We're super happy with the service from True Plumbing and Stephen Jones! I just wish they dealt with reverse osmosis systems, but no such luck!

We had a constantly running toilet and after calling our Home Warranty company who gave me a plumber who "did not service my area", decided to call a local company and pay out of pocket. I am really glad - Ramon and Tom gave me a couple of options and I went with the toilet replacement as it had been a sluggish toilet since we moved in 18 months ago and it was probably 15 years old.

I am so glad we went this route - love our new toilet's efficiency. Ramon and Tom were very professional, knowledgeable and had the total replacement done in less than three hours (including getting rid of my old toilet and buying the replacement). Would not hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Kyle and Tom came out yesterday afternoon. I called for a same day appointment. They came within a few hours to replace a valve in my guest room shower. They were clear and detailed with their estimate. They got the job done quickly for a fair price. They even cleaned up after themselves! I would definitely recommend and use them again.

I needed a new bathroom faucet. I got an appointment with True Plumbing with-in 2 days and a 3 hour window of time when they would arrive. The plumbers called to confirm their ETA. Ramone did a great job. I'm very pleased.

We had a leaking toilet and needed a new wax seal and caulking to repair it. Brison was the plumbing technician that came to fix it. He was timely, professional in describing the cost and in fixing the issue quickly. Brison is also a very pleasant young man.

Here we are about 4 years later and we had True Plumbing fix an issue with the sink in our new home. Great customer service and really friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Will be hiring them for more jobs in the future. Feels great to have a go to plumbing company now.

We had a leak at the water meter connection meter box. Jones and Phil were great to work with and did the complete job quickly and efficiently. Appreciate their quick response and positive attitudes.

Jason was absolutely the best! I originally called to get my tankless water heater flushed but at the last minute had him do a few additional things. One of which was truly a life saver, right when he walked in my front door he smelled gas and quickly found where it was coming from a closed the gas leak! Who knows how long it was leaking because we typically have our windows open. He also replaced a shower head for me. Overall a very good experience with True Plumbing. I plan to call True Plumbing/Jason again if I ever need further work done.

I did a quick yelp search for a plumber in our area and sent True plumbing a request a quote- they got back to me with in mins and had a team here the following day. Fantastic customer service, and the team that came was professional, very friendly, on time, and very helpful. I highly recommend!

Jason at true plumbing is amazing! he went WAY above and beyond my expectations. He replaced the hot water heater at my Airbnb and was so wonderful about getting it done for me around the check in/ check out of my Airbnb guests. he left the area cleaner then he found it. This is my second review of True Plumbing because I am reviewing the second job they did for me. I'm sure that Yelp will find a way to show you my earlier review of a simpler job if you care, which you shouldn't. When I bought this house it had a 10-year-old whole-house water purification system in it. I contacted the manufacturer who said that I ought to replace all of the filters after those 10 years.

I bought a replacement kit, and figured I would install it myself. How hard could it be? When I set out to install it I realized that the original filter had been installed incorrectly and that replacing the primary filter would require cutting copper pipes. I knew it was time to call a plumber that could do the installation. I know how to cut copper pipes, but I'm not so good at reconnecting them afterwards. Based on my prior good experience with True Plumbing I called them.

They sent out an estimator who looked it over and gave me an estimate and scheduled an installation when I accepted the estimate (it was fair). The installer was very professional. He did not speak scornfully of the installation he was replacing. He just replaced it. I sat nearby and watched while he worked, but I figured that since I was paying by the hour I shouldn't pester him with questions.

The result was exactly what I wanted, done in exactly the way that he said it should be done. I've attached a picture of the finished installation. I'm sure I will need a plumber again for something. I'll call True Plumbing.

Quick response in Yelp's quote system yielded a visit for service. Brison is nothing less than amazing. Knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, and very patient with all our questions. He quickly fixed a leaking toilet due to a wax seal failure, and replaced the cartridge of a leaking shower. We also had questions about the settings of our rapid water heater and Brison showed us how to set it. Highly recommended!

So, let me start with the good. The company is responsive and arrived within 24 hours on a leak I'm experiencing with my property. The plumber provided his assessment and remediation action. The plumber did refer me to a restoration company, which I found very helpful. The bad, Vincent was the plumber that arrived and did not have leak detection equipment. Instead, he spent about a half hour listening to the leak, inspecting the exterior of the property, taking a call from another customer, and checking the water pressure only after I asked.

His assessment was based on a guess. The ugly, I was charged $125 for this, and I was not even made aware ahead of his visit that I would have to pay anything in excess of the $25 gas charge. Also, I asked for a written estimate, and I was told that the company would send it later. Really? I was pretty upset with this experience, especially more so when I had another plumbing company come out and perform an even more thorough inspection for free (I was only charged for the leak detection, which they let me know in advance how much it would be), without asking: checking the water pressure, checking the water meter, listening to both interior and exterior, and that company came prepared with the leak detection equipment.

I asked if this was common, and he said it is if your customer states they have a leak. I mean, it's night and day. UPDATE: I had Travis, the owner, reach out to me and apologize. Based on the cost not being shared upfront, he promised there would be no charge. I really appreciate this type of customer service. I think it's important to keep this whole review out there so that others can see the high integrity and humility that Travis runs his business with. I know it's not easy dealing with customers, and I appreciate Travis going out of his way to satisfy the customer. Thank you!

A leak showed up on our bedroom ceiling. A pipe above it had a leak. We called True Plumbing and they came out the next day, on time, and fixed the leak quickly and the cost was quite reasonable. We will definitely call them for our next plumbing problem.

I hired True Plumbing multiple times and found the company to be very responsive and overall the work is good quality. The pricing seems fair for a company that has more than a one-man show. If you can get Mike Terry he is one of their best technicians. He fixes problems and goes well beyond "the minimum." He has a nice personality and is easy to work with. Wendy does an excellent job at coordinating jobs and bidding.

We did have one problem with a technician who did a sloppy job and Mike Terry needed to come back out to fix the issue, but I believe that was more of an aberration than something that occurs very often. I continue to recommend True Plumbing to friends.

We've had two different plumbers from True Coming come for different jobs so far, and both were prompt, friendly, did good work, and were honest. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the first plumber from True Plumbing who came previously, but he did a great job and really fast work. Brison was the one who came today and I was impressed by his honesty -- he could have charged me for the job, but instead he only charged me a minimal service fee and informed me that the work we needed done was still under warranty by a previous plumber from a different company who had serviced our water heaters before, so we should be able to get the current problem fixed at no cost since it's still under warranty. I really appreciated his honesty, and will request Brison again for future jobs.

I've used True Plumbing for the past 5 years every time I've needed a plumber. They are always on-time, clean-polite, great responsiveness at the front office too. They let you send pictures of your problem, links to videos I made, and then tell me the exact cost before they ever come to fix it. Each time the price turned out to be exactly what they quoted me on the phone.

Overall I highly recommend them. They have replaced my water heater, fixed a leaking shower cartridge valve, and also a leaking shower drain. Each time it was affordable and thorough with no flaws in the workmanship or materials. I am a DIY guy but plumbing is something that is always best to hire an expert. True Plumbing staff are definitely experts! Stephen has been my plumber to come out on the last 2 visits. He's pleasant and very knowledgeable and efficient. I would additionally say that if Stephen is the plumber they send to your house, you're in great hands.

This five-star review is long overdue, as True Plumbing has been our go-to plumber for years now. They have, I am certain, worked with every piece of plumbing in our condo at some point. They have helped us troubleshoot, maintain, repair, replace, and avert potential disaster. And they have even helped us in the midst of disaster, after we experienced a leak under our kitchen sink last summer, referring us to the best businesses to work with. (This ended up being a $30,000 kitchen restoration, covered by insurance thankfully, but certainly no minor event!) Our condo is about 20 years old, so much of the plumbing is coming due for servicing/repair/replacement.

True Plumbing has been our reliable partner in keeping everything current and well-maintained. Stephen and Brison are usually the ones to come out. I absolutely love these guys! Their work is impeccable, and they are just fantastic humans in general. It is incredibly reassuring to know we have the best team looking out for us. I have referred True Plumbing many, many times to friends and neighbors. I look forward working with them again in the future!

Our laundry room shut off valve needed replacing. We requested a quote and had a response almost immediately. They were able to replace our valve the following day. They arrived on time and we're very courteous. Good value and excellent service.

We needed our gas shut off valve to our fireplace replaced. I saw the great reviews on yelp for True Plumbing. I called and Melissa answered. She was so friendly and helpful. It was so easy to make an appointment. They even confirmed the appointment a couple days before. Today Andy was our plumber, and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did the repair in a timely manner as well. I would recommend True Plumbing to anyone. great Customer service.

True plumbing was able to come out pretty within a day. Got my issue diagnosed and repaired in about 2 hours. Bryson was a pleasure to speak to and seemed knowledgeable in his craft. Pricing is competitive, had another company wanting to charge double. I will be saving True Plumbings number for any future needs.

We had a bad smell coming from our wobbly toilet. Brison came and saved the day. He called ahead (and offered to come early if we were available, we were). He was ultra polite and professional. He wore a mask. The bathroom was clean when he left. And most importantly, he fixed the toilet wobble and seal--and smell is already improved! He showed us the process (including pictures) and reviewed for signs of water damage with us. Also, in the end we paid less than I anticipated. For next plumbing needs we will call True Plumbing and request Brison. Thanks!

Our H2O heater went out the week of xmas. I called Melissa and she was able to get us scheduled same day. Travis was our tech and he could not have been better. We've had True Plumbing come out twice before and had great service and experience so when we had a major leak from the main meter service line, we knew True Plumbing was the one to call. From Melissa who answered the phone to Stephen who did the work to Dave the GM, the process was efficient and we couldn't have asked for more. Stephen was very professional and friendly and answered all of my husband's questions.

It rarely rains in SoCal but the 2nd day he was here it was pouring rain and it was cold outside. Stephen worked through this adverse weather condition trying to get as much of the work done so that we can turn on the valve that supplies the water into our home. We really appreciated Stephen's diligence in getting the work done as quickly as possible. We highly recommend True Plumbing.

I take giving 5-stars super seriously, but they earned every star. The customer service from the initial call to the technician coming out were amazing. We bought a new house and asked them to come out to do a once over, they had a good price and quickly scheduled it. They gave us some great advice, and even handled follow up questions with such kindness that they're forever my only plumbers!

I had a ton of follow up questions, and Travis helped me through every one today, taking as much time as I needed to work through understanding. Hats off to True Plumbing, especially to Travis!

These guys are so awesome. Was quoted $5k for a water heater replacement, and went to get a second opinion. Cost was less than half, they came next day, installed it plus a toilet in about 4-5 hours. Can't recommend enough.

I wish more trade companies were like True Plumbing Another company, without actually seeing the proposed work, gave me an estimate that was more than 3 times what True Plumbing delivered. They were quick and reasonably priced with good problem solving skills! That's the kind of plumber you want! We had them come out twice. Once for a broken water heater. The guy replaced it quickly and gave us some tips. I could sense that he genuinely wanted to help. Another time it was a leak from the wall that I shared with my neighbors. True Plumbing was able to come out quickly and said a leak detector was required and they couldn't do anything yet, but they didn't charge me for coming out either!

I recommended them to a neighbor of mine, and she liked their work too. It was for a pipe leaking. First a contractor said he would need to open up a big chunk of the wall. When True Plumbing guy came, he said he could just fix it from what had been opened already from just one side! That's someone you want - to get the job done minimally invasive.

You don't want a giant hole in your drywall. The cost of patching up a wall can sometimes be as much as fixing the leak, or even more. You want someone who's good and accurate with diagnosis, act quickly and not charge you an arm and a leg. And True Plumbing did just that! Also, I thought one of the plumbers looked pretty cute LOL. Bonus. I hope they are well compensated and the company does well because it's so hard to find a trusted plumbing company.

Discovered a leak coming from my water heater one night. Called True Plumbing the next morning, and they set me up with an appointment that afternoon. After I sent pictures of the water heater, I received a quote over the phone, and the price remained the same, save for the addition of a new stand for my water heater. The best part about the call was that there was absolutely no high pressure sales tactics or upselling. Stephen was the gentleman who came to install the new unit, and he was great.

He did the work quickly and efficiently, and took the time to explain the starting procedure for the water heater to me twice. I wouldn't hesitate to call True Plumbing again in case of any plumbing emergency.

Hey guys, this is a shoutout for Dillon & Rudy who did a superb job at our home installing 2 new water heaters plus a pressure regulator etc. They were were timely, highly communicative, very polite. They will discuss & review items with you until we are all on the same page (I find this quality true on all levels with this company, from the office folks to the manager, Dave Hurtado who responded to text messages promptly.) Cast all of your plumbing fears aside - True Plumbing will come to save the day! After receiving and outrageous quote from another company that had me in tears - I came across True Plumbing on Yelp and called them out for a second opinion and WOW am I glad I did. Dave their estimator came out and was incredibly professional, well spoken and let me know the true issues I was having verses the unnecessary upsells the other guys were trying to sell me on.

He wrote me a quote that day and I immediately called to schedule! A few days later Terry and Brison came out to fix my pressure regulator, install a new toilet, fix the line to my ice maker and replace a handful of corroded valves. They were both super friendly, respectful of my property and left me feeling completely confident all the work was complete. Great Company!

True Plumbing came and roughed in all my plumbing for my kitchen remodel and moved my laundry hooks up from inside my garage to inside my house which included running a new gas line! Great, fast service. The guys were great and took very good care of my home! Thanks again!

True Plumbing was great throughout the whole process of re-piping my home! They answered all of my questions patiently (and I asked a lot of them). They completed the job in 3 days as quoted and cleaned up so we'll that my house was cleaner than when they arrived.

We had to re-pipe our house. The workers did a great job. It took four days to complete the job. They covered the work areas in plastic to keep the dust off our furniture and bathroom counter tops. I highly recommend the company.

We've had True Plumbing out twice now. First visit, they replaced our water heater. On the second visit, they rerouted a hot water pipe around a slab leak. They are very punctual and professional. They provided estimates in both cases, and came in at or under both times. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy plumber, these are the guys for you.

Michael is an awesome plumber and has been able to take care of the most troubling water issues in my house and yard quickly and efficiently. We solved several leak issues in one appointment. He was able to help me find the right part for my severely leaky faucet when I was near giving up on it!

My kitchen sink had a really deep clog, and it was getting frustrating because I couldn't fix it myself.
