Elite Painting & Waterproofing

The owner is borderline nuts, real nice in the beginning but if you question on quality of workmanship—the crazy comes out. I would not recommend this company.

This company was painting at the condo I was staying at. They got overspray all over my car. When it was brought to their attention the painter told me he would power wash it off. When I came back I found my car full of scratches like it was washed and scrubbed with a scotch brite. The company has ignored our calls, made excuses for the behavior, blamed us for the paint, and have refused to make good on this.

Please allow this review to serve as a reference for Elite Painting. They painted the exterior of my home and it could not possibly look any better. I am so proud of how my house looks that I will from time to time just walk to the street and stare back at the house admiring their work. The work was done in a timely, professional manner with completion and clean up on time. The cost for the work was extremely fair and reasonable. I have no reservations in recommending Elite Painting for consideration for any painting work you may require.

Fabulous job painting and doing Stucco Repair on the exterior of my home. The owner of the company even came out and inspected the job. Great customer service I will definitely use them again.

Elite Painting company painted the buildings of Regal Palms. We were impressed by the quality and attention to detail. I would recommend Elite Painting to anyone who is considering a large or even small job. Their staff was friendly and always had a can do attitude. They had as many as 9 painters working at all times to complete the project quickly and safely.

Very quick estimate and service on a smaller job. Great communication and prices fair which were the factors getting the job done. We had a bunch of stuff around the property and they loved everything aside. House and garage now look amazing.

I called this company to give me an estimate. When I spoke with "Jamie" he said he would come out but didn't bring my phone number or Address and failed to call me when he got back to the office to inform me that he was unable to meet the scheduled appointment. He promised to come out on Monday so I call Monday and spoke with who I think was the owner who wanted my engineering report (which was an estimate) and I did not want to give them the report because I wanted a fair bid.

The owner got upset with me and refused to give me an estimate and "passed on the job". 1) Poor customer service 2) Poor communication 3) Poor attitude when speaking with customers 4) Poor knowledge of their own business (if they know what they are doing they don't need my engineering report they can send their own specialists out to determine the same thing)

Elite Painting & Waterproofing have worked at Carrollwood Country Club on many exterior and interior painting projects. We have shared a working relationship for over a year and I have used their services repeatedly. I find them to be very dependable and professional, and their prices are very competitive.
