AG Gutters

I was in Chicago to help a friend around her house. Josh is great! He did a thorough job of cleaning the gutters, and checked around them carefully. He showed us a few things that needed to be fixed, and did a good job repairing them. His prices are very reasonable. He comes when he says he will, and gives a good estimate of how much time and what a job will cost. I would recommend him to anyone!

Gave Josh a call and he came to clean the gutters the very next day. He arrived early and was very nice and professional. He serviced the gutters and then pointed out some other issues in the system that needed attention. The pricing was very reasonable and I plan to give him a call next time we need the services!

They were so polite and told me what to do till they could get out to me due to the weather they can't work with the ice but they gave me suggestions and advice until it was safe to work

I have them come out twice a year to do my cleaning I love there work and would suggest that anyone who needs gutter work done to call them

Go with your gut(ter) Don't make the mistake I did by not calling Josh first. When I needed new gutters--like I do with most home repair projects--I got multiple quotes. I went with the cheapest quote. Something didn't feel right from the start but a) the quote was 20-30% less and b) the work looked good. Several weeks and a few rainstorms later, we found black mold in the basement.

The crew that installed the new gutters on the (relatively large) roof of my building cut corners. literally. Except for two spots, they installed downspouts that were meant for a much smaller roof. Where they did install a larger one, they left incomplete work hidden behind shrubs. they never connected an elbow or downspout extension. As a result thousands of gallons of water poured directly into my (100+ year old) brick foundation for several heavy rains. Fixing the damage caused by going with the cheapest quote cost me an additional $40k.

I could have a new roof and gilded gutters for that. And the original gutter company had vanished by then. Long story short, a friend introduced me to Josh and I've not had gutter issues in years. Not as cheap as the other guys (was also not the most expensive) but, learn from my mistake. you get what you pay for. He's responsive (even answered the phone himself), professional, honest, takes pride in his work and I'm happy to refer him to others.

Had issues with excessive debris in my gutters. Spoke to AG who came out, explained to me in detail what was wrong and gave me a very reasonable estimate. They were quick and very easy to deal with. This was my first time needing help with my gutters. AG made the process extremely comfortable

I called AG for some minor repairs to my gutters and a fall cleaning. Josh answered my first call and we scheduled an appointment for three days later. He arrived on time, calling me about 20 minutes beforehand to let me know he was en route. They cleaned the gutters and made the repairs within about an hour and a half. The pricing was very fair and they cleaned everything up when they were done. I could not have asked for more. Thanks.

I called Josh because of these reviews. I found he did a good job of qualifying.made sure I knew if he put a ladder against my house it was going to cost me. I hired him So far I have had him back to fix what he missed the first time. Now it has rained again and i still have leaking corners. I wont call him back. I hired him to do the job and he did a poor job.

This place did a really great job on fixing and cleaning up my gutters. Everything was done quickly and the employees were very professional. AG Gutters got everything done at a very reasonable price and I will definitely use them again.

I needed a job done on my gutters. Talked to Josh on the phone at AG gutters and schduled a date for an estimate. No one showed up on the day we scheduled, I called a few times and left a message. Never got a call back from them.

I needed a job done quickly to prepare for closing on a sale. This company took advantage of me and robbed me of over a thousand dollars, did not complete the repairs (they put a mesh over a gutter that was filled to capacity with tree debris and hoped I would not notice) and did not return phone calls when gutters continued to leak. I wish I had had time to shop around more and get bids from real professionals, but I was on a tight schedule and went with the first person I called. Josh obviously sensed this and used it to his advantage. A sketchy operation. Would not recommend.

Called AG Gutters about installing new gutters on my garage after the great reviews on Yelp. The guy that answered the phone (at least someone did answer the phone - that was nice) told me they were no longer installing new gutters for the season (!) and only doing repair work. Bummed. I asked for a referral to someone else and he said he could take my name and number and get back to me but didn't have one to give at that time.

I was disappointed. I called another company and the guy was stoked to come out and give us a quote and didn't see a problem with installing in the fall. Weird experience.

Repaired some sagging gutters, rerouted another, and cleaned everything. Great work, clean, fast, efficient. Absolutely no pressure; straight & honest. I would hire them again.

Josh came out to give me an estimate of the work (for moving some downspouts on my house.) Once he saw what I wanted, he told me about the various methods for colors and materials. Within a couple of hours, the work was done meticulously. All debris and excess materials were removed, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with the work. I'd definitely recommend AG Gutters for anyone who needs this kind of work done to their home.

AG Gutters came out to repair a leaky gutter and fix the gutter drainage problem. They guaranteed the work that if the gutter leak or drainage wasn't fixed they would come back. After a couple hard rains the leak was fixed but the gutters still didn't drain completely, better but not perfect. I was skeptic when calling them back, but they scheduled a to come out again and worked to get the drainage fixed. Gutters completely fixed and draining. I am more than pleased and happy with the work they did and the responsiveness to come out and complete the job correctly.
