I contacted All Pro as second opinion to repair my Sub Zero refrigerator. After the first company couldn't figure out what is the problem. Technician arrived on time, took him about 20 minutes to do a diagnostic and had part in stuck He had original Sub Zero evaporator coil and a proper freon for my build in unit and took him about 2 hours job was completed! The price was reasonable and I am happy costumer. Thanks guys!

Horrible customer service. The lady on the phone refused to take model number before dispatching tech. This is a way just to drive up cost by having multiple visits. The issue is simple. Need new hinges but she would not take model number to tell me if they have them in stock. I do not need to be charged $89 just to be told there will be 5wk lead time

I'm listing in order the following: 1. Timeliness of, technician, diagnosis and estimate 1. Professionalism of Technician 1. Explanation of costs and repairs 1. Concern for customer satisfaction. I would give them 5 stars but I'll wait until a return visit for another repair. We will definitely use All Pro, or LR Appliance should we have another issue. Oleg set a standard for service and professionalism.

Had a terrible experience more than once with this place. The lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude. We had a bad experience with a previous repair company for our dishwasher so I was trying to use someone else to help us. I had asked if we could send someone out to diagnose and see whats going on and she told me I had the wrong number so I repeated what I need done and she wouldn't let me talk.
I hung up reviewed the number I had and called back. Explained what I needed done. She told me they do that. So, I asked if they could help and she told me she's not taking this job right now. I asked if I can speak to a manager and she said "are you serious" and hung up on me. I do not recommend using this place. I have never been more frustrated with someone on the phone.

The only positive is that the scheduler was friendly and the appointment easy to book. The technician who came out actually invoiced us from LR Appliance rather than All Pro, but quoted me $450 for a simple service that I paid $110 from another company a year ago. I declined. Service call charges ($95) are also $20-30 higher than other companies I contacted.

Followup. The repair shop called me back and sent a much nicer repair person to take care of my issue. Took 2 trips but it was taken care of. This is the worst appliance repair place I have encountered. I called for dryer repair. The technician came and pushed through and broke my gate. He diagnosed a broken belt and replaced, which by the way, costed me 50% the cost of a new dryer.
When I used the dryer the following day, the 52 min cycle took 1.5 hours and the second load would not run. I called them back. The receptionist is nice and they came. The technician was rude. Never called before showing up. When I told him that I was not happy because whatever is going on at this point was beyond the broken belt and had I known this, I would not have fixed the belt to begin with.
I asked that he call me to debrief about what is going on after looks at the machine. He just left. When I called him back to see what is going on, he told me everything is fine.

This was not a good experience with Michelle. I called and scheduled she wasn't pleasant on the phone but I over looked it. I then messed up myself-got the call that they would be here in 20 min and I had to get my kids some where. She made it clear that it was very good she called and checked because I was supposed to be here. I apologized. We then rescheduled for a couple of days later 11-2pm.
They never showed. I called and she was soooo rude and tried to tell me it was my fault that we never really scheduled. I'm sure the company might be ok but with people like her being your customers first experience-it will not work. Btw. I just looked at a few other reviews and they are the same experience I had with a very rude receptionist.

Well done All Pro! I woke up Saturday morning and notice my Sub Zero refrigerator wasn't not cooling. I didn't know who to call. Finally I found All Pro and dispatcher booked an appointment for me the same afternoon. When technician arrived he didn't waist his time was clean, professional and most pleasant guy. He explained to me the problem and give me very reasonable price for the repair. He had parts in his truck and took him about an hour and my fridge was up and running! Very happy customer! I will Recommend them to all my friends.

DO NOT CALL THESE SCAM ARTISTS! Look at the responses to the reviews that question them.and also notice they are not in YELP. The receptionist was quite possibly the rudest and most insane person I have ever spoken to. I did some further research.this company are a bunch of scam artists.they will tell you they are certified to work on Wolf and Sub Zero appliances but that is a lie! There is only one company that serves San Diego county that is certified through Wolf.call Wolf if you need service on your appliance.do not call these people.

Thank you Low rates. My Maytag washer stopped workig half way through the washing cycle, so I called this company around 11pm I wasn't plan to talk to anyone. I was very suprised when a dispetcher from Low Rates answered the phone, answered all my questions and booked an oppotment for me first thing in the mornig. Next morning my washer was fixed by them.

Our refrigerator was making a clicking sound and not cooling anything. We got in touch with Russ from All Pro late on a Wednesday, and he was able to come out the next day. Diagnosed the problem, explained what was wrong and gave us our options, then fixed it quickly for a reasonable price and a fraction of the cost of a new fridge. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I highly recommend this company. I had the greatest experience ever. I called a couple of the Subzero appliance repair places and no one could come until next week. When I called Low Rates Appliance Repair the nice lady scheduled me for Saturday morning & stated no extra charge for the weekend, which was a nice surprise.

By the afternoon the technician arrived at my home, diagnosed the problem, pulled the defective part, had the replacement part in his service vehicle and made the necessary repair within an hour. I was cooking that afternoon. LRAR service was very professional.
