I've had Gary come to my house to work on my fridge a couple of times, and he's been fantastic. Squeezes me into his schedule on short notice, gets the job done fast, is very respectful and trustworthy, does great work, and all at a very reasonable price- I have nothing negative to say at all. I definitely recommend this company, and I think the company should count themselves lucky to have Gary working for them.

This was the second time I tried this company and it was excellent both times! Gary from 1-877-Appliance came to my house on Friday to check on my washing machine. He called to give me a 30 minute notice and showed up right on time.

Gary came to my house today to fix my refrigerator. He came on time, diagnosed the problem very quickly and gave me a fair quote. I was lucky that the parts I needed were in stock, so he came back within the hour and fixed it.

I would not ever use this company if I were you. They are a big rip off. I made a service call to them and they sent a technician out. He examined the problem and told me that parts and labor would be 216.00. After he installed the $7.00 part he informed me that his labor charge was $130.00. I told him I wasn't going to pay him $130.00 for his labor charge because the top sheet that I initialed for him to do the repairs was not what the carbon copy in which he wrote something different on.

I informed him that if I had known upfront that his minimuim labor charge was $130.00 I would not have consented for him to do the job. He said ok and removed his part and replaced my old one on. I went online and found the part for $7.00, had it shipped in two days. I replaced the part and the dryer is running like new. From 216.00 to $15.00 (include shipping). Do your homework before allowing these guys to just rip you off.

Called and maid an appointment. They called me when they were on the way to confirm and let me know that they will be here in 30 some minutes, i like that because i forget things :)) Knowledgeable tech, found the problem right away and had the part to take care of it on the spot.
