DO NOT USE. THE BEAT ME OUT OF $450 after I got carjacked at gunpoint and needed my locks changed. They came and put bathroom door knobs on my gates and said they would be back to fix the situation in the morning. I have called over and over and they keep hanging up. I wanted the name of the tech, who obviously is NOT a locksmith. All that needed to be done was a cylinder change. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY BROKER TO PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. I NOW HAVE 5 doorknobs I will never use. They robbed me as I was being robbed.

Our doorknob to our bedroom broke on a weekday night leaving us no access to our bedroom and bathroom. The locksmith arrived in about 30 minutes and was friendly and professional. It was a difficult task to fix given how the doorknob broke and the locksmith tried everything in his power to address the issue without breaking the door. He was able to fix the issue and it was $170 well spent! We'd absolutely use them again if something like this were to ever happen again because it's not something we could have fixed ourselves.

I locked my keys in my car and I called multi-lock to help unlock it. They gave me a time estimate of 35-40 minutes, but it actually took 90 minutes, and when I asked for a discount because he was late he said no because "this was a emergency and everyone is an emergency". On top of it all, he wasn't wearing his mask correctly and I had to help him unlock the car.
Terrible service for double the price far more so than their competitors (Eco Smith Locksmith) (I know this because I called them first and chose multi lock because they told me they could get there faster).

Called for after hours service. Technician gave a thirty minute arrival time. I explained that should he not arrive on time I would call another service. He did not arrive on time nor did he call. I called him back at exactly 40 minutes. He replied he had asked the service to assign the call to someone else. Multi lock call service seemed to know nothing of this exchange. Poor service, poor communication and lack of professionalism and etiquette. I gave one star because a service answered the phone. CANNOT RECOMMEND MULTI LOCK LOCKSMITH

The tech called back and showed up within an hour, not bad for a Sunday. He made a functioning key, which I appreciated. However, he charged me a LOT for his service, I was sick as a dog, so I wasn't thinking clearly. I've gotten other quotes since, they are about 50% higher than other people. He wanted to be paid in cash, and his receipt doesn't even have a business address/phone number etc on it. Also, I've taken that door off my truck several times, and so it seemed loose when I inspected it later.
He never bothered to install 2 of the 3 mounting bolts (the two you can't see, conveniently) and. dropped them in my driveway right where my tires pass through. I found them a few days later, I was lucky I didn't have a flat.

My house has seven separate keys which I used to lose all the time. I was getting so sick of running around looking for them, that I decided to search for a solution on the internet. I read about Multi-Tech Locksmith's master key offer, and decided to call. I have been a satisfied customer ever since - having only one key for any house door is quite the relief!
