Tow truck arrived in 10 mins. Had to give card info to secure. It cost a pretty penny but given gas prices and today a holiday, the service was exceptional in that there was no wait and technician was on point. He arrived at shop minutes after we did-25 miles from Oakland to SF. Hijacked catalytic convertor, smh.

Had locked my keys in my truck. Found towing falcon on my phone. Called them and lady was very helpful and nice. She said technician will be There within 45 min. He arrived sooner got door opened and was extremely polite and helpful. Will recommend them to anyone. Also was affordable.

Excellent roadside assistance and fast. My car broke down late night yesterday and they got to me very fast. Professional friendly and great price. Truck driver was very polite and got me back on the road quickly. Totally recommend this company.

My day went great until I tried to start my car and nothing happened, My car was dead! I had to get to my next appointment and there I was stuck with a car that was not going anywhere. I called the Towing Falcons and was answered by a nice dispatcher that assured me that help will be there soon.Sure enough, sooner than the time they promised me that their driver will be there, he showed up. Jimmy was very nice, professional and helpful.

He determined it was the battery that went dead (it was pretty old), he changed it and in no time I was on my way, and was even able to make my appointment on time! Thank you Towing Falcons, I will recommend you to all my friends!
