Was very fortunate they had a cancellation and were able to fit me in. I didn't have an immediate need to fix my refrigerator, just happened to work out. Very professional when scheduling and at time of service. Were transparent of what was wrong and how to fix it. Will most definitely keep them in my contacts for future reference. It all started out pretty professionally but our experience turned into one of the worst appliance repair nightmares we could have imagined. We called El Paso Appliance Repair and requested a technician to come and check out our dishwasher in November 2021 because it stopped working. It was determined the machine needed a new motherboard. We prepaid $158 for the new part to be ordered.

Two weeks later, the technician came to "try" to install the new motherboard. In the almost three hours he was at our house, he broke the top panel clasps, scratched our stainless steel door up (he removed the door and took it outside and placed it on the pavement - my husband took pictures) and left without the dishwasher being repaired. His boss, George, the owner of the company, came by a couple of days later to try to make the repairs.

We told him about the scratches and showed him our pictures and he said that he would pay for the replacement of the door - $100. After George left, we were hopeful that the dishwasher was now functioning. NO it was not! It leaked and the top panel fell to the kitchen floor every time we opened the dishwasher door. We placed towels on the floor to absorb the water leaking from dishwasher for a few days until the dishwasher stopped working again.

Not trusting the integrity of the "repaired" dishwasher or that our dishwasher would "ever be the same", my husband and I decided to buy a new dishwasher. We spoke with George who agreed to now refund $258 to us (representing the upfront cost of the new motherboard of $158 and $100 for the scratched door). He also volunteered to pick up and install the new dishwasher and haul off the old one.

The day before he was to do the scheduled install, we found out George hurt his back. We felt bad and conveyed our well wishes. It is now January and we really wanted our new dishwasher installed and arranged install with another contractor. Of course that install added another almost $200 to our cash output. Since the install, we have left numerous messages with George and his company to arrange for the $258 refund that we were promised and our calls and requests have all been ignored. Our simple repair ended up costing us over $1,000 because we chose El Paso Appliance Repair. DO NOT USE THEM.

On time, professional, knowledgeable and affordable. Our washing machine broke and George was here the next day and was able to quickly identify the issue and fixed it. Highly recommend.

I received fine service from El Paso Appliance Repair. George Smith, their service repairman, was very gentlemanly. He had a kind winsome attitude. He initially came to remove lint from my dryer. That done, I identified a need for repair to my washer. A part(s) were put on order. Later, communication with regard to the part, its arrival and subsequent repair was expedited professionally thanks in part to Gabby, who mans the office's phone line. She is a conscientious communicator.

We have used El Paso Appliance Repair for many years. They set up appointments promptly, show up when they are supposed to, and do excellent work. I would highly recommend!

I have used George for years now. Every time I need something he is willing to come and fix it. He is prompt and reliable. I have never had a problem after he has fixed something and would have to come back. I would highly recommend El Paso Appliance Repair for any appliances you may have.

Great service, even better people. They came by to upgrade my electric panel and did a fantastic job in the time they said they would get it done. Price estimate was on point and accurate and did not go over the budget I had in mind

George and his wife (who takes calls) are very friendly. They lack professional follow-up with any communication beyond the initial service call. George ordered some parts for me and said they would "take a while." I understand that everything is backed up because of the pandemic, but after months of waiting, they did not follow up with me to say, that they are aware of the order still and that things were backed up.

I would try to call and see where my order was. I would be told, "I'll ask George and get right back to you" and never get a call back. I had to keep calling. Finally I was told, "George told you it would take a while." They then offered me the part number to order myself on Amazon, which was helpful.

I have always had speedy and reliable service from Superior El Paso Appliance Repair. This company has fair prices and is respectful of your home. I highly recommend this company!

George just left the house and even though there were a few delays with the parts being ordered, they were super cool throughout the process! If you don't wanna break your bank buying a new washer and dryer, give these guys a call. Gaby is super nice on the phone and they know their stuff! Y'all are my go to appliance shop going forward! Update:12/11/20 A belt in the washer slipped out of place a couple of days ago and we called up Gaby right away! George dropped by this morning and repaired it free of charge!

Our only complaint is that he wouldn't take our money when Priscilla insisted he at least charge for the visit. Next time take our money George cuz you know we're gonna call again if we have issues. Thanks a ton El Paso Repair Appliance!

My washer started to make some noises so I gave them a call yesterday and they came this morning to check it out. They were helpful and gave me some tips on maintenance and care of my unit after helping me out!

El Paso Appliance Repair-West repair was great! They were very friendly and honest. He didn't try to sell me services I didn't need for my Samsung refrigerator. The cost was very affordable and he came between the time window I was given.

They fixed my fridge and just in time for Thanksgiving! They were on time and helpful. They also did a little extra maintenance to help it last longer. I highly recommend them.

Excellent work. I've used these guys twice and been very pleased both times. Their work is fast and done on the spot. Transparent as well- they'll show you what's wrong and how they can fix it without too much of a dent in your wallet. i hate calling repairmen for things around the house as I am pretty handy but when things get too technical, these are my go-to guys.

WORST REPAIR SERVICE EVER! Their tech came out to look at our fridge and diagnosed it with a broken fan motor in the freezer. Gave me a part number to order and said to call when it got here and they would be back to put it in.
