SoBellas Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. Appliance was later founded in 2008, with the goal of changing service one customer at a time. Serving El Paso and Las Cruces only as an Appliance repair company.

The Air Conditioning and Heating Service was incorporated later in 2010, for the El Paso market only, with the same goals in mind. This led to our name change of SoBellas Home Services. Offering heating, cooling and appliance repair was a little confusing for our customers with a name of SoBellas Appliance.

Both Julian and Travis did an amazing job. To start they were on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it with in an hour. Very professional, polite knowledgeable, respectful, and fast. Sooo thankful for helping us getting our AC working again. I even became a permanent costumer and now they will be servicing my A/C twice per year to make sure it's clear and running perfectly. Saul B. did an awesome job. He took his time to explain everything and was very professional. I had multiple HVAC companies come to my house and their fix was just to add freon. Saul took his time and inspected and gave me a correct solution to our cooling problems. Thank you Saul. We are ready to have a cool summer inside our house.

I was very pleased with their work. They fixed our ice maker and something went wrong. I called and they immediately set up an appointment to get it fixed. Julian R. came out and he did a wonderful job. He explained everything to me and was very professional and friendly. We have used them in the past and I would highly recommend them.

Carlos and Travis were extremely knowledgeable, professional and capable. Carlos in particular responded to the initial call and was able to identify the issue and begin repairs. Joe A and his team were punctual, courteous and professional. They were available within 24 hours of my call. They wore masks and shoe covers in my home, which was much appreciated. The work was done efficiently and I was satisfied with the result. Service:Stove & cooktop repair

I had an awful experience with Sobella's appliances. I will spare you the long, drawn-out story, but in short--I called them to fix my dishwasher, and they broke another part during the repair. I have tried several times to get Sobella's to come fix the part they broke, but they refuse to do it. The lady I spoke to on the phone was patronizing, rude, and very unhelpful.

I was told the only way I could speak to the person in charge was through email. I sent him several emails, and he would not even respond until I contacted the Better Business Bureau. When he finally wrote back, he still refused to fix my dishwasher. Be aware if you use Sobella's appliances you will have unskilled technicians and awful customer service.

I can't believe any business would treat their loyal customers in this manner. My husband and I are business owners, and we would never want to lose future business or have our name tarnished over a few hundred dollars. Look for another appliance repair place. Don't waste your time or money with Sobella's.

Called for an issue with my Dryer on a Saturday afternoon, they had a tech out by noon on Monday. Saul was quick and efficient, gave me the quote and didn't try to upsell me on the warranty, it was included in the price. Paid a fair price based on my research, I would absolutely use again and recommend to anyone in need of appliance repair.

First the technician Julian was in time. Secondly he was very professional and took his time to explain what he was doing and what was the cause of our washer breaking down. He explained to us in detail what he was doing while figuring out what was wrong with our washer. Plus gave my wife some advice to prevent from this happening again. Then without asking Julian he not only repaired our washer he connected our dryer as well!

He then preceded to make sure that our washer and dryer were in sync with each other to work correctly! Then he made sure all was clean and ready before he left. Over all my wife and myself were very satisfied with the work Julian had done. And the customer service was very good when the initial call was placed. Thank you.

Julian R. came to our home and spent time with us explaining the process of converting our swamp cooler to Refrigerated Air. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. He checked back with us throughout the process. Carlos' team arrived on time and worked very efficiently to remove the old system and install the new system.

They were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job of explaining everything and were helpful at showing us how to download the app for the Smart Thermostat. I would HIGHLY recommend So Bella to anyone looking to convert to Refrigerated Air.

We had a very bad experience with this company. We went with SoBellas as they had good reviews, however their technician came out to winterize our a.c and made a HUGE mistake by draining our water into our home instead of the drain. He was atleast honest enough to admit to his mistake but that was the only honest part of this whole situation. They caused thousands of dollars in damage and did not make things right and they had plenty of opportunities to do so.

The water went through our ceiling upstairs and through our floors which caused damage in the ceilings downstairs as well. They had a water restoration company come out only to tell us that indeed there was 100% water in the walls and, floors and ceiling and to provide us with their professional estimate and what exactly needed to be done in order to extract the water.

We waited hours until late that evening with the water restoration company so that they could start the water extraction process, however SoBellas never got back to anyone and the next day decided not to go with the water restoration company since their estimate was over $4,000.00. SoBellas refused to sign the contract with the water restoration company to get our home repaired correctly and well it has been a very stressful and time consuming experience.

I asked if they could use their insurance or bonding and licensing to fix this and I was told they did not want their premium to go up. They did not want to deal with us anymore and told us to get it fixed through our home warranty even though they are the reason why our home is damaged. They only wanted to do things their way which was not really the right way as it is our home and we did not want it to be poorly repaired by taking short cuts and just trying to fix it in the cheapest way possible.

Maybe they are good if no mistakes are made, but if something happens to go wrong, this might happen to you. After asking so many times to get our initial fee of $216 back, Juan finally agreed to refund us but they never did that either and completely ignored my last email yet again. They did not keep their word nor do they try to make things right with their customers.

Not to mention that with all the stress they caused, management took over a week to even back to me through email. We are all human and mistakes happen. But as a company it is your responsibility to fix your mistakes by using your insurance to get it done the right way. After all, that is what insurance is for.

I would give them less than one star if could. All correspondence was done by email so I have in writing what I wanted and what they told me! I have a vacant property that is part of a decedent's estate. I told them there was evidence of mice, and I needed them to come and check the range to be sure it was working. After much back and forth, I was informed by Peter Ojeda that "We do not clean appliances but if you are worried that it's not going to work properly, we can send a tech to make sure that it does." I agreed and was told there was a $95 service charge. Technician arrived, talked to the office manager, and was told not to touch it. So I'm supposed to pay $95 for nothing? I don't think so. I want to spread the word so no one else gets taken by this company! IOMO, they're crooks.

I have never used an appliance repair service before. My dishwasher just stopped working on Wednesday and I called this company on Thursday. Unfortunately for me they had nothing available on that day but would send someone out on Friday. Well they sent Joe A. to my house, he was polite and very pleasant. He had my dishwasher working within minutes.

Bad wires were the culprit of my dishwasher, he re wired it quickly and efficiently and was on his way. Cheaper than I thought it was going to be and was happy about that. I highly recommend this company and if you can get Joe A. you'll be quite satisfied with him. Thank you SoBellas, hopefully I won't have to call you soon but if another appliance breaks you'll be the first to know.

The tech was lazy and did nothing for $95.00 but move food around the freezer, claiming the vents were blocked. 6 hrs. later the freezer broke down and the fridge the next day. Over the weekend and nothing we could do but go out and purchase another appliance. We loss over $600, in food and the cost of this so called tech. to come out and do nothing. No testing, nothing. They offered on Monday, but why then, we had to purchase another appliance by then. The worst.

Wow! Talk about highly recommending this company! I called around 12:30 to enquirer about the company. Spoke with Juan who was very helpful and who took the time to answer all my questions. We agreed to schedule a same day appointment since there was an opening. My appointment time was scheduled for between 1-5pm with a call from the technician, once he knew the time he would arrive. Jesus called about 15 minutes later, said he was in the area and could he drop by earlier than scheduled!

Imagine my surprise and pleasure that Jesus would call me so promptly. Jesus arrived ten minutes later and worked on the maintenance for the heating system. Jesus even took time to show me how to program my Nest thermostat! I could not be happier. Jesus said, as part of the maintenance plan they will also change out my filters. Life is great. Thank you, SoBellas for a great job. So heartwarming to know there are still reputable companies, who employ hardworking, efficient and caring employees. Great job, everyone.

Mike C. came out to check our furnace and package unit. He called before he got here and he was friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and gave me some recommendations concerning filters and CO 2 monitors. I will continue to use Sobellas. I highly recommend them.

Julian was great! Even the receptionist guy was awesome our Ac went out 4days and they were able to schedule an appointment. Julian the tech has great customer service he was patient with us dealing with our insurance did diagnostics test and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them for any issues you have including appliances! Julian was quick did his job and we were back home enjoying our AC.

I basically payed $95 dollars so they could tell me we cant touch your air it's too rusted. They said but you can still run it it's just going to keep making that loud noise. A week later our air gave out and its 100+. All they offered was to upgrade too a new unit which on a limited income is impossible and that was the whole reason for calling to fix the swamp cooler we had. $ 95 dollars is alot of money for a business to charge and when they cant fix your air and all they can say well upgrade to something that costs more than the quoted $2000.

My elderly mother needed her Swamp Cooler fixed and I figured we could use Sobellas since I was working in Austin. I sent her the money and I thought the work would be reasonable. The technician called to schedule the work and said he was running late. I was ok with it but he never showed up for the work. I called him several times yet he never answered or responded back after that day.

I ended up flying in from Austin to fix the swamp cooler. And when Sobella called me to charge for the work, I informed them of what happened. I ended up having to talk with several managers until they told me the charge would be forgotten. Almost 6 months later, my mother gets a letter that they are still charging her for the trip. And threatening her to take further action against her and possibly her home. Seriously?

Against an 85 year old? So I called and I was irate because the lady told me that they have GPS info of the technician showing up and that the charge still stands. Again, seriously? He didn't service the unit and my mother was there all day. I will never use Sobellas again and I will definitely now make sure that everyone I know hears about the horrible experience we had and continue to have with work not being done along with some of the worst customer service ever possible from a company. All against an 85 year old elderly woman. Talk about abuse.

Carlos was awesome from Sobellas! He has been out several times to our home for fall and summer maintenance! This time was for fall 11/9/19. Always very friendly, above and beyond helpful and does an excellent job when he comes out! Thank you Carlos and the Sobellas team! Very professional company from the initial phone call to the service technicians coming out!

Very late review but I used this companies services back in 2016. The technicians that came out were helpful and educational. Thankfully my AC problem was a simple fix but I have no doubt had it been a bigger issue they would've been very professional and helpful in what wouldve needed to happen next. Thanks again

Brand new a/c install and needed repair right before the season was out. Season just starting and guess what? They said out of warranty and we have to pay out of pocket. Had already purchased warranty on washer and dryer and they claim they couldn't find the parts for it. Guess what? They said too bad we cannot fix it or replace it. If I could, I would give them ZERO

While their customer service isn't bad, Sobellas grossly overcharged for my refrigerator repair. The technician charged me $150 for a 10-15 minute repair with no material costs. I will definitely not be returning to Sobella for future appliance repairs.

I used SoBellas today for a repair on my stove and I've to say the service was Outstanding from the time they called and when the repair was completed. Paul was the repair man and he gave one of the best customer experience I've had when dealing with contractors. Paul set the expectations and from the start and let me know what the process was going to be and when it was going to get completed.

Very Professional Service Call and completed the job without any problems. I will recommend this company to anyone who is experience a appliance problem and needs service quickly and professionally done.

Used these folks today to repair my air conditioning. Jose and his assistant David called to confirm they were coming and arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly. They didn't have the part needed on their truck but made a quick trip to pick it up and installed in my unit. Turned unit on and everything worked fine. So far a satisfied customer. Part has five year warranty and labor for one year.

Do not use this company, waited 2 weeks for a part to arrive that was supposed to only take 3 to 5 days, got one excuse after another. Paid $175 to diagnose and for part and finally had to request a refund.
