Your company was contracted thru CMK Construction, who is doing the remodeling of my bathroom. I have to say, your tech Richard was fantastic! He was professional and knowledgeable. He made sure we were aware of why he was here and what he had to do. He was a pleasure. While Richard was here, the person over seeing our bathroom project stopped by to see how things were going. Apperently the supervisor from CMK construction had wanted Richard to preform some electrical work that would have not been with in code. Richard refused and insited he had to do all electrical work as per code.

It was so refreshing to see someone stand up and make sure he was doing things right. When Richard was done with doing his work he made sure he cleaned up the area he was working in. Because of Richard, if we should ever be need of electrical work in the future, we will definitly be calling Erwin Electric.

Really good experience. Responded to my online inquiry next day, provided a fair estimate and showed up on time. Travis, who was the electrician that handled my installation, was friendly, knowledgeable and I really appreciated that he was willing to help me out with some odds and ends beyond the scope of the installation project. I just watched one of their drivers run another car into oncoming traffic because he refused to merge properly. Then he tailgated me for the next 2 miles because we were on a 2 lane no passing road. This is a horrendous representation of your business. Also it takes like 15 prompts to get to leave a voice message. Which is entirely too many.

We remodeled our kitchen and great room last fall and Erwin Electric installed the under cabinets lighting, pot lights, electrical switches, etc. It was a pretty big project and they did an excellent job! Communicated to us every step of the way, and even gave suggestions. The remodel turned out beautiful and much of how it turned out was because of the lighting. Would recommend them to anyone. Really appreciate all their hard work.

This company sent out a technician that could not even install ceiling fan, had to give up installing a video doorbell as he couldn't figure it out, and caused electrical issues I had to have another company come to fix. Also when they came back to try and fix a kid that seemed high lost his phone in my attic and fell through the ceiling of my garage.

They did give my $ back ultimately, but it took a lot of energy and time. Would avoid unless they have new techs. If you get one named Jose be very careful. No time to to put in further time and energy to the incorrect responses from the company. People can judge on their own and I hope they are doing a better job.

Wow, very good service. Their Electrician Anthony did a wonderful job placing and installing a complicated chandelier in the kitchen. He was meticulous in his installation. Glad he crawled into the crawl space to place the lighting centered in the kitchen. Will be using Erwin's excellent service again very soon. Thanks, Anthony. JS

Can't say enough positive/good things about our experience with Erwin Electric! I would hire them again without question. Alex & Julie were professional, with attention to detail & courteous when they came into our home to hang a new chandelier. I highly recommend them and this company.

My microwave hasn't worked for several months. I will use Erwin for all of my electrical needs moving forward. They were quick to get me on their schedule, provided professional service and were reasonably priced. I had tried another company and while they provided the same level of service they were unable to fix the problem. Alex had it resolved in under an hour.

Always great when you use a company where their employees are complementary about who they work for. I recommend Erwin to anyone who is looking for electrician who you can trust.

Used Angie's list to teach out to reputable contractor and the electrician was excellent. Mike installed my fan within an hour and absolutely made me a return customer when that time comes.

Answered the phone on first call, was able to come to my house within 1-2 hrs. Fixed the issue quickly.

From the ownership with Robin & Doug, to the management with Sean, to the technicians like Brad, this is a first class operation. The day before Thanksgiving, I called Erwin Electric at noon because my 2 year olds' room wasn't getting power and rather than put me on the schedule for a few days in the future, they coordinated a technician (Brad) to come by my house on his way home to help me out. Honestly, it's nearly impossible to find service like this in any industry, so I can't say enough about how impressed I am. To top it off, the rate was very reasonable and less than what I expected.

Very happy that we decided to go with Erwin for our job. 200 amp upgrade with 100 amp and spa sub panels, ceiling fan box, and misc repairs. A very friendly and helpful team. Most of the work was done by Brad and Travis. They are excellent electricians and take the time to do it right as if it were their own house they were working on. Everything they did works perfectly and looks professional. James and Eric were also helpful in getting things scheduled since the timing needed to be coordinated with other contractors.

Coodles to Erwin Electric and their incredible staff! My Church was in need of some lighting upgrades and they worked with us every step of the way. They gave us good, sound, advice, and didn't try to take advantage of our lack of electrical knowledge. In fact, they offered several cost savings suggestions that saved the Church money. They were timely in their response, and the professionalism of their workers was top notch!

The workers were very respectful of the Church while working inside, took every precaution to protect the interiors, and did a great job in cleaning up behind themselves! On a scale of 1 - 10, I would give them a 100.!

I want you to know that the electrician you sent, Ted *, handled very professionally the transitional wiring from the electric service to the Sentry unit. He was thorough, competent, and polite to our customer and to us. It was a pleasure working with him and we would welcome working with him again should we have other installations to do in your area.

Disappointed! Asked for appointment/service call to obtain quote to be sure we would know what to expect and told on the phone an hourly rate and nothing more. Job took twice as long as it should have plus other electrical systems were left NON-functioning.
