Hoffman Electrical

Hoffman Electric & AC is turning out to be a wonderful company to work with. I am a new customer. I have had 3 dealings with this company & all of them have been excellent. From the office people down to my technician, Mike Rivera. Mike has done a great job on my AC and he has been professional and has devoted his patience & time in helping me keep my system running well. I am super impressed with him. I will continue to give all my business to Hoffman Electric.

Mike came out and set up new power for two ceiling fans and a new outlet to put a TV in my new screen room. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and checked with me multiple times to ensure was pleased with the results as the project progressed. I couldn't be happier with the final result and would strongly recommend Hoffman Electric and Mike for your next repair or project.

Overall, I am content with my experiences with Hoffman Electrical and A/C. There are areas where the company can and should improve its communication with customers. Namely, when I called, what I felt I understood from the staff member was that there was a $79 fee for a technician to arrive and give me an estimate to repair. When the technician arrived and explained a fee structure that sounded different from that, I called the office back.

At that time, the staff member was clearly impatient with me, as if they had explained this to me clearly prior. In actuality, it was $79 for the technician just to arrive. Then, the technician would tell me what it would cost to diagnose, and then what it would cost to repair upon diagnosing. I get the impression this occurs frequently with customers, to the point the staff is frustrated with explaining this fee structure.

The experience left me desiring more and better up-front communication from the company, and frankly, left me thinking I was a bit nickel-and-dimed due to the piece-meal structure of the fees. I could simply have been told what it would cost to both show and diagnose, as other companies have done. I could have made a more informed decision that way. The responding technician was friendly, understanding, and professional. I hope that the repair stands the test of time.

My outside security lights stopped working. I contacted Hoffman Electric and since it was a safety issue, the repair was able to be scheduled for the same day. Collin Austin was the technician that came to my home and he was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to resolve the problem very quickly. This is the second time I have used Hoffman Electric and had the same positive results and I will continue to use them for any future needs.

Mike and Rolando were very professional and went above and beyond to get my laundry list of electrical work done exactly as I wanted it. They made sure I was 100% happy with their work before packing up for the day, and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend, and will recommend Mike and Rolando by name from Hoffman if anyone ever asks me for a recommendation to get any kind of electrical work done.

Hoffman was professional from start to finish. They were always polite and informed. I received reminders, updates, and detailed information about what to expect. If I had any questions, they were quickly and clearly answered. Mr. Bryant did the installation. His work looks good and is much better than the previous workmanship he came to address. The price, the work, the pictures, and the invoice all agree. I'm pleased with Hoffman and would gladly use them again.

Jason was on time and courteous. He was professional and clearly knew what to do to Repair/replace and get everything to code, following a 4 point inspection. I could not have asked for more. The decision will be up to the buyers. Pricing Was steep but fair. We get what we pay for though. I would recommend Hoffman Electrical To anyone that wants a great technician and stellar customer service.

I needed someone to replace my electrical panel ASAP for insurance and Hoffman Electrical gave me a quote quickly, was on time and got the job done quickly. I am definitely going to use them in the future. Rolando was my electrician and he was very nice, responsive, and professional. They provided good service and with the short timeline I had, they still got the job done, which was a huge deal.

I have never in my life, have experienced someone go above and beyond like Rob did He ran diagnostics on every aspect of my AC unit. He was more concerned about saving me money., then rushing through the diagnostic check He was personable and talked in language I understood, instead of straight tech talk.! Which I greatly appreciated! Customer service is a plus with this company. They REALLY do care how you view their company On top of that, they support our veterans!

I had a great experience with Hoffman Electrical today. My technician Ryan was so knowledgeable and polite. On time, great pricing and even had a few extra parts in his vehicle to update my smoke detector and add in a new switch plate for my new light fixture. I had a new light installation plus a three way switch that was not working properly. Hoffman sent one of their electrical technicians. His name was Anthony. He listened to what we would like to have done and what we would like to have fixed. Anthony gave us the price. We agreed and the work started. Anthony laid down a drop cloth under the work. area.

He measured the ceiling and identified the center as requested. Anthony was the most polite and professional worker I have seen in years. Anthony did a wonderful job and cleaned up all of the construction debris. Everything we wanted Anthony completed and did a super professional job. Thank you Anthony. When i need electrical work done in the future I will be asking for Anthony at Hoffman Electrical.

Nick was absolutely great. Friendly, courteous, and thorough. Everything was explained to me in detail. I was given options and he wasn't pushy. He obviously knew what he was doing and I understood what he had to say. Thank you, Nick.

Nelson was a very nice electrician with great ideas. He was extremely helpful, especially arranging my kitchen lights. Pricing is quite hefty but I n this case you get what you pay for.

I was overall extremely satisfied with Daniel! He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer all my questions and put me at ease for all my electrical safety. I would highly recommend Daniel and Hoffman Electric for your electrical needs. Thank You so much

Amazing service from Mike T. He is always very helpful and does quality work with immediate response troubleshooting. Our attic fan was not working properly, but Mike T with Hoffman Electrical got the job done!

Had a very bad experience with Hoffmann electrical & ac; unprofessional technician and unethical way of quoting higher amount. When contested - left the premise without fixing the problem and keeping the ac unit unscrewed :

Do not agree to their scam. If you call them to fix your electricity, they tell you it'll be $85 to come see what's wrong. If you ask for an estimate of a cost of work over the phone, they tell you they have no idea and it is up to the electrician but if you choose to get the work done, they will take the $85 off.

Calvin from Hoffman Electrical did a fantastic job today. So professional and compassionate at the same time. We would definitely recommend this company.

We had Kyle from Hoffman electric come out and give us an estimate to run power to our metal building and install lights throughout a separate metal boat storage structure. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional.
