Eastern Grounds did an absolutely amazing job of designing landscaping for our front beds, cleaning out the previous landscaping and re-planting/mulching as well as putting down some sod around the reshaped beds. They also did a backyard cleanup and stump removal. They were fast, communicative, did amazing work and were reasonably priced. We're already planning our next project with them, and I couldn't possibly be happier with the work they've done.

This is the second season we have had Eastern Grounds Landscaping for our lawn care. We are receiving excellent service and prices are reasonable. They did an excellent job with our landscaping project. New landscape ties, water drainage system, plants and mulch have brightened our front yard.

I have used Eastern Grounds Landscaping since 2014 and they have done a really good job keeping my yard looking neat and well groomed. Their staff is professional, courteous, and respectful. They respond timely to my inquiries about scheduling, billing, and any other concerns. Their employees care about their customers and provide excellent customer service taking ownership and the necessary steps and follow-up to correct issues brought to their attention.

Poor customer service, therefore, deserves no stars (I had to give one to enable my post). I scheduled an appointment with this company 12 days ahead of the date given. A female called me on the phone to schedule the appointment after I completed an inquiry online. The day of the appointment and thirty-five minutes into the appointment time, no one was at my home.

I called the office and spoke with the same person who had initially scheduled the appointment. I was told that I had been "booted" out of my scheduled appointment. She then asked had I received an invoice via email which needed to be paid prior to the appointment. I informed her that I had not looked at my personal emails to know if I had or had not received this email.

Please keep in mind that I had received multiple text messages prior to the date of the appointment to confirm the appointment and spoken to this individual on the phone. Not once was I informed of any fees. My reason for choosing this company was due to the online ratings and the close proximity to my home. Keep in mind that the company website stated "free" estimate. Granted, everyone deserves to be paid for their time but, a customer's time should also be respected.

I had no problem with paying applicable fees when made aware of the need to do so. This company wants to be surreptitious about their fess or do they pick and choose who the fees will be charged too. Buyer beware! False advertisement and poor customer service. Perhaps some retaining and an update to the website is needed.

We are very pleased with Eastern Grounds Landscaping service to our property. We have been impressed by Bill's ability to anticipate issues, and make recommendations regarding own lawn and garden. Over the years, I have used Eastern Grounds Landscaping on several different occasions and each time I have been totally satisfied with their professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness, quality of work, knowledge, and customer service. Getting in contact with the company was easy. Ms. Jamie is a wonderful lady to do business with. OMG, Mr. Bill is phenomenal. The best customer service, professionalism, and such a personable person. This was the best experience I have had in a long time. He told me the plan the same day he gave the estimate. After receiving several quotes from several companies, My husband and I knew right then and there that this was the company for us.

We really just want to say thank you! Now we can go in our yard with our children and make wonderful memories in our new home! Adding to the review I have to give a shout out to Peter and Jose. Bill is in charge, but these young men transformed my yard. They kept me posted on every move they made and handled the unexpected problems with the yard very vastly and effectively. This team did a great job on our backyard. I'm a construction manager so I've worked with hundreds of companies before, but this company definitely stands out as a reputable & trustworthy company, The owner, Bill, came out and gave us a quote the same day and he had great customer service and understanding of what we were trying to do. Gave us a reasonable price and reassurance on how it would turn out.

His team came in the very next day, even during a typically hectic post/pre pandemic summer season and gave our mostly square concrete backyard a huge upgrade. They power washed the wood fence, stained and painted it, excavated along the sides of the fence where we had a ton of weeds and soil, back filled with some plastic and small beautiful rocks to match the fence color, fixed our drainage issues (majority of the issues in our yard were drainage related) and cleaned up after themselves.

Their work definitely drew the attention of our neighbors and we now have a usable backyard for our kids to play in. I'll definitely use them again if I have any other landscaping needs and I've already recommended them to a lot of people I know.

I wish to commend and praise your company for responding to our request to look at a problem originating from work you performed for us. Not only did you come and look at the problem, you called and told us what you planned to do about the problem. You solved the problem and your performance showed how conscientious you are in guaranteeing the quality of your work.

The landscaping work is absolutely beautiful and both Buddy & I are pleased. The crew was awesome, professional and hardworking. I am impressed and would like the same crew members to work on the next assignment.

This place ripped my off when I worked over the winter doing snow removal was told I'd be paid in a week and still have yet to be paid. Please don't contribute to a company that rips people off!
