Palace Pools

Super expensive. I believe there are better options for repairs. mine was to a pool heater. 1400 bucs a year ago. I went to use it last week. Same problem

My pool is finally finished. I LOVE IT! It's exactly as I envisioned. It took 9 months from breaking ground to pool school, which is twice as long as it should. I know COVID! Start was pushed back 5 months because COVID! My biggest complaint, besides the time, is lack of communication. I did bring that issue up with Mike. Overall I would recommend this company.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value absolutely horrible service. they took my money and canceled the contract. not professional in my eyes. would never recommend.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with our pool/spa. Palace pools helped us design our dream pool/spa. From layout drawings in 3D to finish selections palace pools professionals were right there answering questions. They had plenty of samples on hand to make our decisions easier. Construction can be trying but Mike, and all the crews were friendly and helpful during and after completion.

I signed my contract with Palace Pools July 2020. All I can say is WOW! I knew this was a big investment we were making and we wanted nothing but quality. Palace Pools exceeded our expectations! The sales person Tim was amazing. He took the time to meet with us to design a pool that we absolutely loved! After we signed the contract they went over everything with us so we knew what to expect.

During the entire process they had great communication with us. They always answered any questions I had and the entire staff is very professional. Mike the owner of the company even stopped by to inspect the work done. That just shows the pride he takes with the work they do. Sam was amazing! He always answered any question I had and did so making me feel like a valued client. Al who did the pool school was incredible.

He thoroughly went over anything I needed to know after our pool was completed. Even after the pool was done, the entire staff told me to please call if I have any questions or concerns. Palace Pools by far exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a professional company that guarantees their work and take pride in the quality of work then Palace Pools is who you want. I included a before and after picture for you to see the amazing work!

Seem to have the same issue as everyone else. Over promise and under deliver. Watched 3 pools go in my neighborhood this week from different companies and they all signed around the same time as I did. Promised to break ground in February and be swim ready by June. Now I keep being told won't start construction until June. Staff if very friendly but no one seems to be willing to solve the problem.

Will be happy to revise my review if i could just see some progress instead of excuses. All of these other pool companies seem to be making it happen. So what's the real problem?

We signed the contract July 2020. We were told (covid going on ) that they would start in 4-6 weeks. Kept getting pushed out and they finally started months later. The excuse was always covid this and covid that but meanwhile when we signed covid was going on so the excuse to me was invalid! They were awful to work with and communication was absolutely the worst!

Our pool was finally completed about 2 months ago. Took almost a year! The whole thing was just a nightmare! I will never again use this company nor will I recommend them! I get that things happen but to take almost a year and just the worst communication is not okay!

Had Tim and Lisa come out to survey our property on Thursday, April 15, 2021 for a new pool construction. My husband and I spent approximately and hour and half discussing what type of pool we wanted etc. They requested we meet on Saturday (2 days after they were at our home) to come to show room to review "our tropical oasis" in their 3D program.

They both assured me the 3D program would bring it to life for me and I would be able to see exactly where the property lines end and how the pool would be situated in our back yard. During the Thursday visit, they requested that we decide if we wanted a screen enclosure so they could include this on the Saturday meeting. We told them "YES" that we wanted the screen enclosure. Tim took pictures of our property and said they would use them to create the 3D view of our "tropical oasis".

Fast forward. My husband and I arrived on Saturday excited to see what design they had created, but when we arrived, there was no 3D "tropical oasis" of our property. Lisa was there by herself and explained that she needed Tim there to assist her with the program. He had the pictures of our home on his phone and had not uploaded the pictures into the 3D program. Lisa called Tim, needless to say Tim showed up an hour after our appointment and walked in the office and look and my husband and I and said "what do you need"?

He appeared upset that Lisa insisted he come in. Bottom line, we had cleared our calendar for Saturday to attend this meeting (which we didn't request, Tim and Lisa pressed the issue of meeting on Saturday) and drove an hour to get there and they were not prepared. This was a total waste of our time and very unprofessional of your staff! They should have notified us Saturday morning they weren't not prepared and we could have re-scheduled! I DID NOT get to see my "tropical oasis" they had promised! I will ensure I share this story with anyone I hear that is seeking a professional pool company!

Absolutely horrible communication from sales manager to inside staff. We met with Tim in mid- December and was promised a quote by the first of they year. we are still waiting. If you can think of the excuse we have heard it, even after speaking to a manager this week and a promise that we would hear back by close of business - NOTHING. If this is the customer service before they have even started working I can't imagine what it would be like if they had our check in hand. Save yourself the time and frustration - choose another pool company, we sure did.

In the process, signed contract in September 2020 and no communication, we were told when we gave them the down payment that they would break ground after thanksgiving or early December, then they pushed it out to January and then maybe March. Now they are saying mane late April to May, and with no type of communication. Very disappointed in how they don't care about customer service.

We heard some horror stories about getting the right pool company and went with Palace based on the experience of a few close friends. Great experience with Palace! Our early conversations and material selections with Kay (owner) were extremely informative and comfortable. Sam (project leader) was amazing through the whole process. He set realistic expectations about the process and was so accessible any time we had questions.

Excellent communication throughout the build. No overcommitting and underdelivering. You could always tell there was more of an interest in great quality versus getting it done as quickly as possible. The pool came out exactly as we hoped it would and there was zero stress in the process!

If you are like us, and did your pool company research before deciding on a pool company for your design and build, then please stop to carefully read all the wonderful things we encountered with this company, and to also note there is not one single negative thing I have to say about this company. First of all, we met with Tim, their sales person.

We found him highly reliable and dependable. He showed up on time for every single appointment, he returned every email, phone call and text in a timely fashion. We found him extremely personable and friendly. He really took the time to sit with us to understand what it is that we wanted in our design, and then worked on the initial design. Afterwards, he sat with us and carefully reviewed the design, and spent countless hours helping us to edit and make the modifications in the design to completely ensure the design was exactly what we wanted, right down to viewing countless images of pool colors with us to help us select the perfect pool color.

He has a wealth of knowledge in pool design and gave suggestions to help us design our dream pool- and nicely within our budget! He then sat with us and meticulously went through the pool contract line by line so we understood what was in the contract. We then met with Kay -one of the owners- to help us choose our pool tile and decking, and finalize the design.

She literally has the patience of a Saint! We sat for hours choosing, discarding and rechoosing the tiles and decking. She kept telling us there was no rush and she had all the time in the world for us to choose exactly what we wanted so we would be perfectly happy. We then worked with Sam -the construction manager -through the rest of the process.

I was so impressed with the frequent emails we received, keeping us well informed and updated throughout the entire process. The emails covered what we could expect as the next step. He returned countless emails, phone calls and texts. Anytime I spoke to him, he knew instantly where we were in the construction process without having to check a file. Sam is super friendly and goes out of his way to make sure we were perfectly happy with everything.

There were so many people we met through Palace Pools. People would frequently come onto our property throughout the construction process, and every single person stopped to introduce themselves with a warm handshake and friendly smile. They always told me what they were there to do, and to ask if we were happy with the design so far. A huge shout out to Glenda -who works in the office- for her friendly disposition and to Daniel the Foreman, for always stopping to say hello.

We are beyond ecstatic with our gorgeous blue pool, our spa, the decking, the LED light changes, and how everything single thing has turned out, and will be continuing with Palace Pools for our weekly pool service.

Absolutely 100% recommend them. Our pool was just filled and every bit of the process was smooth. I am so very satisfied with everything from when we planned out our estimate to filling it up. I stumbled across this company when pricing out pool companies and im so glad I did. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with them. Added bonus, they were under our budget. Fantastic company!

I really can't say enough good things about Palace Pools! They built my pool about a year ago and I couldn't be happier. Worth every penny! Upon interviewing several companies, I knew right away I wanted the personal touch that only a smaller company could provide.

Very disappointed! After waiting two weeks for Mike to call me back on a pool repair he made an appointment to come see my pool. That morning he called and said he could not come. After I took time off of work to meet him.

I researched a lot of pool companies and Palace was the only one that wanted to build what I wanted to build. They never tried to sell me a cookie cutter or pick from this design pool and as we went along they built what we asked for; we got the waterfall, lions heads and planter and have a beautiful pool on our lake front lot.

Palace Pools is a 5 star company. Mike installed our pool and spa 16 years ago. The pool has been an excellent addition to our home over the years. Any time we have had a question or needed his advice or assistance he has been there right away for us.

I met with Mike this month and he took one look at the stains in my pool and had them removed in 24 hours. It was like my pool had been remarcited! I am so excited because my own family ownes a pool company out of the area and could not come up with a solution.

Very honest and willing to always answer any questions or concerns that arise. They constantly update you on the progress and deliver exception results.
