These guys helped me with an appliance repair when I was renting a place in Austin, but wasn't sure if they'd come out to my new house in Leander. I was talking to one of my neighbors in Lockhart about issues I was having with our dishwasher that I couldn't sort out (I'm kind of a DIY guy.) She told me that Austin Appliance Masters had helped her with several appliance repairs and suggested I call them. I did, and she was right - they were great! Super friendly and the guy who came out knows his ****. Plus, he didn't mind me looking on and asking questions to learn a bit. Definately would recommend this company

Called to see about having a leaking washing machine repaired, and informed the gentleman who answered that there was a dryer stacked on top. The immediate surly response was "Do you have a way to unstack it?" If I wanted to move and repair things myself, I would have already done it. The entire point of calling a professional is that the professionals act professional, do the work correctly and professionally, and hand me a bill. Next time try something like "Oh, there's a dryer stacked on top? It'll cost you $X more unless you can unstack them yourself in advance."

When my mom needed an appliance repair at her townhouse in Bee Cave, I asked around and few different people I know recommended Austin Appliance Masters. I called and they were very helpful and professional on the phone, so I had them go to the property. They arrived on time, called me and explained the situation, quoted me what I felt was a fair price and got the job done quickly. My mom was very happy, her refrigerator is working normally again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing appliance service.

These guys were great! We had an issue with our washing machine which they were able to diagnose and fix in a single visit. While they were here I asked about an issue we've been having with our ice maker and the tech was able to show us what was going on and explain how we could get it working again. It was a simple fix that he could have made more complicated than it was and I would have never known. As it was, he didn't charge us for the 'advice' and now we have ice again! AND a washer that isn't leaking either. Definitely recommend Appliance Masters!

Ya gotta love serendipity sometimes! Our refrigerator wasn't cooling properly so I was looking to find a company to do appliance repair near me when I saw a truck in front of my neighbors' house with "Austin Appliance Masters" on it. I went over and talked to the tech who said he'd come over as soon as he was done. He did, and he was very helpful offering a suggestion to try resetting the system before spending a bunch of money on a repair call. And. it WORKED!
So not only was he friendly and helpful, he saved me a significant chunk of money (especially since I thought I might need to buy a whole new fridge!) I'm super impressed and give James at Austin Appliance Masters 5 stars without hesitation and would recommend them in a second!

After calling a few other appliance repair companies in the area with no luck, Appliance Masters really came through for me! Tony arrived right on time and was able to repair my leaky washer in a timely manner. I'm so satisfied with this company that I'm already recommending them to all my friends! I can say with confidence that if I need another appliance repair in the future, I will be using Appliance Masters again. They showed up when they said they would, were able to fix my washing machine problems, and when I went to check on their work I found the work area spotless. They are an affordable service with great knowledge. I highly recommend them!
