Terrible experience from start to finish. Signed my contract in January and fence didn't get put up until June. First permit got denied and no one even let me know. Then they blatantly told me via text that they forgot to resubmit the permit. more time wasted. Permit finally got approved and they still never told me. I found out all of this because I kept going to the city myself.

I would absolutely NOT recommend. The customer service and communication was awful. Oh and let me not forget that they made me draw the fence on the survey for the HOA myself. Literally used my Apple device to draw dimensions and fence. Ridiculous. Please don't waste your time.

Critical: Punctuality It has been 2 months since we signed the contract and paid over $3000 deposit, but still no fence. The worst part is we don't get any communication from them, they don't return calls or respond to emails. We wish we would have used some other company Service: Aluminum fence installation

I have a vinyl fence installed, The product has been great for some time but due to storms the fence has been knocked down and reassembled several times. I've been trying for over 2 years to get Mossy oak back out to my home to inspect my fence, replace some panels, confirm its structurally sound. I've yet to hear back. The initial install and product were great but as soon as they had my money they do not respond, answer phone calls or answer messages on social media. I need a new company that can come out look over my fence and make it ready for hurricane season.

Great experience from start to finish by hiring Mossy Oak Fence. From sales to installation we could not be more pleased. Pricing was very competitive, the materials are high quality and the installation team was very precise and took the time to speak with us and answer questions during the install process. Additionally, the time frame expectations were reasonable and completion was right on target. Thanks to the Mossy Oak Team for a great experience.

I may change my review once the work is actually done. It has been 2 months since I paid a 50% deposit on 100' of fence replacement. They finally called and scheduled for 5/6. I made arrangements to take a day off from work, adjusting my schedule and appointments so I could be here during the install. At the hour they were supposed to show up, I get a call from them saying most of their installation crews have called off and they wanted to reschedule.

So I rescheduled for today (5/13), again moving appointments and my work schedule to be off. And of course at 0830, I get a call saying there is a problem with the installation team and will probably not make it today. And if not, they say definitely tomorrow guaranteed. I am out of town tomorrow. I do have cameras surrounding my property as well as many 'before/existing' photos of my property in the event something were to happen or get damaged while I am not here.

At $42/ft, I did not expect this kind of poor performance and scheduling. I have retained counsel to determine if they cannot meet their schedule to see if I will be eligible for a full refund.

I went with Mossy Oak because the salesman was great. After that, the experience has been a mess. The permit got denied, not their fault, but as the homeowner, I had to spend weeks calling the city. Then when they came to install, they argued with my husband on where it should be and offered to MOVE A SPRINKLER! And then they still placed it wrong.

I had to call and tell them it had to be fixed. They came back and installed it correctly but left a big mess because of the move. Then I thought because of everything I had to go through to get it installed, they could give me a break so I didn't even ask for a discount, I just asked if I could pay the bill one day later than they wanted. They put the fence up on the 4th, sent me a past due bill on the 5th and then had to have it paid by the 8th or I would get a fee charge.

I asked if I could pay it on the 9th for personal reasons. The girl on the phone took a breath and wouldn't even answer. Their customer service after the sale is abysmal. I was a good customer, I did my part of the work, I paid on time and I asked for one bit of flexibility. Any company would have done me a courtesy. I never even got an apology for the mistake they made on my fence.

They should have given me a discount for the mess they made of my backyard and the trouble they put me though. This was the only time I didn't get multiple quotes and I will NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!

We are very happy with the fencing and highly recommend Mossy Oak. The staff, especially Randy Taylor, were communicative and professional, they answered every question we had promptly. Everything was done well and quickly, Randy provided a quote immediately after measuring our yard, they obtained a permit within a week, and installed our fencing just a few days after obtaining the permit. We are very happy with the finished product!

So let's see. They advertise on local radio WDBO. They've gone from "Mossy Oak Fence" to "Mossy Fence" to Mossy Oak Fences". (For the record, I don't patronize any company or organization that advertises on AM radio but I thought I'd make an exception.) Pushy salesmen, no return phone call. "Skilled craftsmen" is a misnomer. These are the same men you'd see at a roofing company or lawn care. They hire sub contractors to do the job with little oversight. I'd pass.

Within two weeks of installation, about half of our posts began to crack. I contacted Mossy Oak Fence to inquire as to what they could do to rectify this situation. The response I received was that this is a perfectly normal development, due to the expansion and contraction of the wood. I've had similar wood fences for 30 years and never experienced this problem.

I suspect it has more to do with excess stress applied to the posts during construction. It's simply very difficult to believe that half of the posts of all of their customers experience that type of deterioration after less than two weeks out in the weather - if indeed this is perfectly normal. The issues with Mossy began very early on. We were informed that they were very busy and scheduling installs about 18 weeks out.

After about 3 months without any follow-up from them I reached out by email asking when they would be able to schedule our installation - no response. Same result for a second email to a different person. I repeatedly tried calling the office, but no one ever picked up. Some calls were transferred, then disconnected. The couple of voice mail messages I was able to leave were never responded to.

I finally sent a Fax - which they did respond to. So the bottom line is that their customer communication is awful to non-existent. I would hesitate to recommend them to anyone, for anything.

My Mossy Oak black aluminum fence was damaged by a lawn service and I needed two panels replaced. I submitted pictures, received the quote and waited almost 2 months for the repair. You would think being the company that originally installed the fence, and then received pictures of the damaged fence, they would have an idea of the materials needed to complete the job. WRONG!

They tried to use a different product that didn't match the rest of the fence and attempted to spray paint the modified sections of the fence they tried to put up. They left the job incomplete and won't return my phone calls. This has been going on since MID JULY with still no expected repair date. I have used this company in the past for all my fencing projects at multiple locations without any issues. I don't know why repairing two sections of standard fencing is such a problem for them.

We've used Mossy Oak twice. The first time was a couple of years ago to do the back yard & then today they did the front. Both times were a good experience & we're pleased with the outcome/quality of the vinyl fence. All of the employees we've dealt with were friendly & knowledgeable/informative.

Mossy oak put our fence in today! Three men came today, they did an amazing job very thorough, very neat after it was all done. They worked so hard. So happy we chose mossy oak. We had several companies come out and mossy oak we liked the best. Thank you for great work ethic and care in your job

Right off let me say Salesmen Terry Fox came out for a scheduled appointment on time and was very professional and persice with a estimate and detailed plan with suggestions. Going forward with the process was simple and easy along with a HOA approval. I reached out to the office first and during the process and couldn't be happier with the results.let the pictures speak for themselves and allow me to give them a big thumbs up along with being proud of hearing there advertisements on the radio throughout the day on 104.1 real radio.great job thanks a ton. Just to update everyone. It is 9/7/21 and the sign for inspection is still up on our fence with zero communication if the fence will be inspected at all. Not expecting anything anymore honestly.

Only had a quote prepared by this company. They did not go over options with me, they TOLD me what fence I would be getting. They came in almost $2k more than other companies. Most bothersome was that the sales guy showed up in a political facemask. super unprofessional. Leave your politics at home when you are out on a business call.

Dealing with Mossy Oak Fence company was an incredible experience. From their very knowledgeable salesman to the office staff to the installers it was a very enjoyable experience. Thank you Mossy Oak Fence! I highly recommend your company and will tell others!

Mossy oak first did a beautiful job doing my fence but when this horrible micro burst blew through and destroyed my gate which let me just say this micro burst took some trees as big as an SUV and took them down the street! This storm was intense! But the rest of my fence made it through! Well of course the gate wasn't totally covered by the. warranty which I totally understand but they gave me a huge discount to repair it and we're out the next day!

Not to mention the incredible customer service I received from Jade. I hate to see the reviews they have received because I know people make time to give bad reviews but never take the time to make a good one. I want to thank you guys for building us such an amazing fence and being there for me when I needed it!

Mossy Oak has great customer service to sell you the product, install, and collect the loads of money you pay them for the fence products. Then they tell you it has lifetime guarantee. That's garbage. They're customer service after the fact is horrible. They have zero follow through and the products they installed looked horrible and were cheap for what we paid and then when they need to be fixed, they disappear. Beyond horrible, stay away from Mossy Oak Fence. Better vendors and fence companies out there, trust me. I deal with lots of vendors.

Poor business ethic, poor follow up and do not meet their client's full needs. I wish I had known more as I wouldn't have selected them initially, but I trusted my builder and thought they would do a great job. They lack professionalism, expertise, and it required multiple fixes before the final job was completed due to languages barriers from their crew.

I wouldn't recommend them due to my experience. Comes now, I wanted to extend my gate and their manager took a few days to reply only to tell me they cannot extend it due to COVID restrictions and supplies, yet they installed the fence initially. I am determined to find a better, more suitable fence company to best meet my needs. I hope they improve in order to sustain customers. Surely, they leave a lot to be desired and if I can give them a rating, it would be a negative 10.

First of all I want to say that I love my fence! I have met neighbors that I never met before because they have been stopping by admiring the fence! One neighbor stated that they are tempted to tear theirs down since their fence company didn't offer custom wood fences. We had what they call horizontal board on board installed. Beautiful! The salesman Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and was honest with the estimated installation date.

He informed us that sometimes permitting can be the only holdup depending on where you live. The installation department in the office were helpful and cheerful. Definitely would recommend. Forgot to mention that we also paid Mossy for the teardown of our old fence, such a convenience!

I am writing you so you wont go through the headaches I have. I met with the VP of the company over 1 YEAR ago. After numerous emails and phone calls I have yet to get a response from him regarding an estimate or to do any work for that matter. Horrible Customer Service. Shane Miller, the owner, if your listening you have a problem with your company. I see other people writing about your companies poor customer service. Especially from a V.P. that is so wrong.

Would highly recommend Mossy Oak. They were on the ball every step of the way. Big shout outs to Randy, Rachel and Manny. All were were top notch.

I can't begin to say how frustrating this experience has been. We hired mossy oak to install a pool compliant aluminum fence and a driveway gate to keep out dog off of the street. That was in October. It is now March. I have had to call over and over to remind them that we exist. They finally installed the fence - but it wasn't pool compliant! I had to notice the issue myself and inform Mossy Oak.

They then charged us more money to fix their problem oversight! It still isn't done as they did a shoddy job and haven't come out to fix it despite my multiple requests. The gate is another story. I emailed no less than seven times and got NO response. They completely ignored me for over two weeks. I also called and left multiple messages for Jeff. Nothing.

It was only when I asked to speak to a manager that "magically!" our gate came in from the manufacturer and they were ready to install! The gate however doesn't close all the way. I asked them to fix it and they came back and said they did but it still doesn't close all the way and my dog got out onto the street. Thank god he's ok but honestly, this has been so bad.

All I asked for was a gate to keep my dog off the road and a pool compliant fence and I've yet to get either. The communication has been so bad. Stay away from this company unless you want months of frustration and being ignored!

First off, Randy was great to work with on the initial quote. He showed up on time, was knowledgeable and was quick to get me a price. The problems started when I scheduled my appointment. I had to take a day off work, because they require someone to be on the property while they are working. No big deal, I expected this and was fine with it. Isaac (I think that was his name) schedule it, and I was there.

They crew showed up and immediately said they couldn't do it. Turns out it was subcontracted out, and they guys were not told that there used to be trees along the fence line and they didn't have the proper tools. The crew told me they would have to come back, which wasn't an option for me at the time because I don't have more time to take off work.

The office called me with a total different story. They claimed that one of their guys, which isn't even their employee, was sick and they had to reschedule. After a lot of back and forth, I decided that it wasn't worth sticking with Mossy Oak and chose another contractor that showed up on time and finished the job within a week. I am sure Mossy Oak does okay work, but it isn't worth the hassle of taking multiple days off work only to have the job subcontracted out. I understand subcontracting is normal, but work on informing them of the job they are going to.

Great experience with Mossy Oak. From start to finish the staff communicated well and the install went very smooth even with the extra work that was needed. The team did a great job and we are very happy with our new fence!

Mossy Oak is the most unreliable and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The work that I had to put in as a CUSTOMER was absolutely ridiculous. It took eight weeks after the estimates to get the fence which we understood since we were in the middle of a pandemic. About six weeks in we called and asked where we were with the installation. date and they stated that they had all the material ready and were just waiting for permits. November 30, 2020: First day of installation, they inform us that the green wire fencing is not in stock but should be in the next day. The two person crew shows up and start installing the vinyl fence. Three hours later, only the posts are put up and they.

Recently had Mossy Oak install a new vinyl fence and I couldn't be happier. Shane provided me a quick and competitive proposal and even gladly worked with me in changing the design of my fence not once but twice. The crew of 3 guys put up roughly 200 feet of fence in 5 hours and it looks great. If I ever find myself in another home with no fence, my first and only call will be to Mossy Oak.

Came out once to measure for farm gate. Then had to come back to measure again. I was pleased with financing. After waiting for six weeks for when they would start, I got a call from the salesman. The quote they had given me was wrong and the price would increase by $200. Buh bye. Don't waste your time by contacting this company.

Excellent workmanship and they beat everyone as to price. They do all the paperwork and get the permits as well. Installers were professional and hark working. I Recommend Highly!

They did my parents house used sub-quality material workers left big messes the fence dips! Mangement said too bad won't stand up!

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Communication is horrible, scheduling is horrible, they lie about getting back into contact with you. Sales staff is incompetent, and the excuses, just go on and on. My fence is still not complete. Beet dealing with this crap since July. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Mossy Oak Fence - HORRIBLE Customer Service 5-Months later Mossy Oak is still avoiding repairing my fence. Mossy Oak installed my fence incorrectly on my neighbor's property even though they were provided a survey. This company has been horrible to deal with, excuse after excuse. * June - Requested they come out to move fence onto my property line. * August 26th - A crew came out and moved part of my fence however took away pieces leaving me an incomplete fence. (again, they did not bring a copy of the survey, I had to provide one and assist them in measuring because they had no plans to correctly measure property lines) * As of today, October 30th I'm still missing fence pieces and they have not returned my calls, emails or attempted to repair.

Are you kidding me. Your salesman calls us today to ask how we are enjoying our fence.you screwed us 4 month's ago and we are enjoying our fence by a nicer company. Why in the world would you not alert your sales staff.? This company is lame.

I contracted a fence to be installed. It was rescheduled multiple times and when they finally came out to install they hit a pool pipe which cost me $475 to repair. They had not completed the job. I emailed the installation manager who assured me that he would have it resolved and completed and would absorb the cost of the repair. He never returned a call after that so I began just talking to anyone that would listen. They, too, were as unresponsive as the installation manager.

I have emails to back this up. I would not recommend Mossy Oak Fence to anyone. Too many good companies out there to settle. I only wish I had paid more attention to the reviews.

Pablo and his crew were amazing! They were so professional and great at their job! They were very proficient and appeared to enjoy their jobs. It even rained cats and dogs and they were both soaking wet but finished the job in great time. I can't thank them enough for it. The fence looks great! I couldn't be happier with the results and the price!

My husband made an appointment for 3:00 for an estimate for us and our neighbors. We received a call at 3:10 saying they were running late and would be here at 4:00, then called again at 4:00 to say they were still at the other customer's house. Did you not know before 3:10 that you were running late? My time is just as valuable as yours and not only did you just lose 2 potential customers, but you will also get terrible reviews from me.

They did not put fence on my property line. It took my disputing the charge before they came out and put the fence on the properly line. The worker let me know the office told him it was okay to put the fence off of the property line. A very unprofessional company.

I used Mossy Oak Fence in 2014 at my previous home for a wood privacy fence and they did an excellent job. I had a few companies come out for estimates and one company recommended I go with Mossy Oak once he heard their estimate. I love the transparency of that company! Mossy Oak has great customer service and great fence quality! When I moved, I needed to replace the fence.

The crew installed the new cedar privacy fence today and it is beautiful! The crew worked very hard to complete the job quickly and efficiently. I recommend this company to anyone needing fencing. Thank you, Mossy Oak!

The foreman was great, the workers are very hard workers. My husband and I are both disabled so when we decided to fence in our whole property we went with black chain link for the front yard. It came out beautiful, however, we wanted sliding gates for the driveway and were told because of the grade it wasn't possible. So we did the swing gates. These did not work for us.

I spoke with Jeff, a manager at Mossy Oak and we devised a plan. My husband hired some friends to dig out a trench and fill it with cement to make a flat surface. Jeff came by and was happy with the job and went ahead with ordering the sliders we originally wanted. But while he was here he noticed one of the boards on the wood fence in the back was loose and had service come out to fix it.

This is something I nor my husband noticed, I like how professional and observant he was to make sure out fencing was perfect! Because of miscommunication with the original slider and swing gate he did not charge us any extra and went above and beyond the scope of work! They also installed a divider fence in my yard so the dogs stay out of my pool area. It's black chain link and absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

Mossy Oak Fence is THE BEST fence company in Central Florida. My mother and I both had them install fences on our properties. Both times they were efficient, professional and great to work with. Both of our fences look AMAZING. I wouldn't trust anyone else but Mossy Oak Fence.

You are a Liar His name was Jeff that attacked my husband personally on the phone calling him names. You are a disgrace to even be a manger or run a company. Stay away from this company they are liars and have alot of bad reviews. They just made up a bunch of dates that mean nothing. We stand by our review. Our fence was put up completely wrong and not till we called several times and kept calling did they half way fixed it at no time did we care about any discount we just wanted the fence put up right.

My husband has cancer and he told them about that I feel they thought they could just do the job half assed cause didnt think he would be checking the fence. You are a disgrace and I hope you learned a lesson not to take advantage of someone you think is sick.

Excellent service, i hired this company on September 2019 for my new home in Winter Garden Fl. Price is a little expensive but is worth it. Jorge the installation manager and his staff were very attentive. Customer service outstanding. We had a issue with the HOA and this company fixed our problems with no extra charge at all. When you compare prices with other companies let me tell you this company it's worth it.

What can I say? Mossy Oak has made the fence process so easy. We had a cheap "custom" fence installed in June '19 and it was falling apart. We met with Randy who was very knowledgeable, never pushy and from start to finish, this company did not disappoint. We received a true custom fence built onsite in 1 1/2 days! WHAT? And that included the takedown of the previous fence, posts & concrete removal. Efran and his team show true craftsmanship & attention to detail.

They cleaned up the site including all those panels & hauled them away. The checklist at the end ensures that they're not satisfied until you are. The concept of customer service is rare these days but Mossy Oak hasn't lost their values. If you want a GREAT fence, call these guys. If you don't want quality, the call someone else

My wife and I had a great experience with Mossy Oak Fence from the gentleman who came to give us a quote to having the fence installed. Everyone in the company we dealt with were kind, professional, and prompt with getting back to us with any questions. The fence itself is sturdy and looks amazing. We highly recommend Mossy Oak Fence.

They showed up at the time they said. They met my request to get a section of the fence done first so that my neighbors dogs could go out. Great quality cedar panels and cement at every post. It looks amazing. They exceeded my expectations. Than You!

First off they showed up on time as scheduled. The excellent quality of materials and cedar pickets. They are quick and precise. They removed 461 linear feet of fence and replaced it in about 10 hours total. Cement at every post. Their attention to detail was amazing and they made sure it was done exactly how I wanted. Super Great Job!

Beware!!! Had a 4 hour window for installation. Showed up 2 hours after with the wrong material. All posted split and cracked, nails protruding paid for cedar received a different material. Installers drove on my lawn leaving ruts in the lawn. Cut the water main and sprinkler system. Was without water till 8pm in the evening. Had to spend $598 to rewire and replace the controler as the installer rewired wrong and short circuit the sprinkler system. Called Mossey Oak they have poor customer service They dont even show up when they make an appointment to inspect the poor workmanship. Matt and Marlow have no customer service skill just a bunch of words. Still waiting for my refund for the fence, lawn replacement and reimbursement for sprinkler repair.

A long and taxing story about my existing fence with permits, inspections, boundary lines, an impending house closing...on and on.....quite simply, I was in a desperate situation.

Mossy was excellent, excellent, excellent. Ron was amazing, resolving my situation with polished professionalism and expertise. The fence work was incredible and the price was fair.

I was most certainly in a position to be taken advantage of....Mossy was fair to me and did not rake me over the coals.....they could have. My only mistake was not starting out with Mossy to begin with.....Amazing guys!!! Keep up the great work, stay true to your integrity!

I am highly displeased with this company and really wish I'd gone with their competitor. I signed a contract on May 11th. It's June 26th and I still don't have a fence. They stalled on submitting the permit to the city for three weeks and failed to get back to me when I followed up. Only filed on the day I emailed the director. I only found out they filed that day because I called the city.

They kept stringing me along saying the city was backed up. It was a lie. The permit has been ready since 6/21 and they haven't even paid for it or picked it up. I had to contact the CEO for a resolution. Waiting to hear back. So disappointed and angry! Will never use them again or recommend them. Employees are not efficient or good with follow up. If it wasn't for my persistence, my permit wouldn't even have been filed by now. Terrible way to do business.

Mossy Oak was among a few places recommended by neighbors in our new neighborhood. The name came up over and over. We contacted a few companies for quotes and Mossy Oak was literally the only company that responded professionally and in a timely manner. The salesperson who came out was very good, he was honest about the options and which one was the best price, best value, etc and gave us a quote on the spot.

He was very clear that this quote included all of the permits for the city and that there would be no hidden costs. He also gave us some payment options and was very clear and answered every question we had. The consult never felt rushed, he took his time with us. Once we confirmed we would go with their services and put down the 1/2 payment, they immediately submitted our permit applications and kept us abreast of the status.

We set an appointment for a Friday, they called us that morning that there would be running late and would be around at 1:30pm but would definitely finish that day. That was fine, my hubby had more time to clear out some bushes. So, imagine how pleasantly surprised we were when one of the installers was there at 11am to begin. The rest of the crew came in a couple of hours later and the job was done before 6pm. The installation crew came, were very professional, quick and complete sweethearts. The fence itself is great, very clean (visually) and sturdy. We couldn't be happier!

I had seen other Mossy Oak Fences in our neighborhood and was pleased with their appearance and the quality of work.

Unfortunately, I was deployed right before Hurricane Irma took our existing fence down. Apparently, our fence was one of the few that didn't withstand the winds. All our neighbors with Mossy Oak Fences held with minor damage (if any), so it was an easy decision to call them.

Maurice did a great job explaining everything to my wife and going over the estimate and was quick to answer our questions and concerns.

Due to the high work volume from the hurricane, they were very busy but managed to fit us into their schedule pretty quickly. There were a few hiccups during the installation but those were a result of the location of the old fence and not because of Mossy Oak. Great companies are based on a great product and great customer service and this is where they continued to impress me. Ricky was very patient explaining the issues and resolving the minor problems we encountered even though I was calling from overseas, sometimes right before they closed for the day.

Hopefully, our fence will withstand the next hurricane like our neighbors' fences did. But we'll definitely be calling Mossy Oak for our fence in our new home next year.

I have used mossy oak fence all the way back as far as 2003-04 for my fencing needs. They have put in a serious amount of fence both at my home including "new electric gates" and commercial fence at my business. Shane and his wife Brandi are seriously genuine people who care about the customer and quality of there work. I've gotten the opportunity to not just do business, but actually have developed a friendship with both of them.

The pricing is always fair and his guys are meticulous. The most important thing to me is the honesty with reliability. Hands down, I would recommend this company because it's ownership, Christian values, quality of work, and attention to detail! They are my go to fence company you will be happy you made the choice!

Outstanding company! The fence they installed for us is top quality . They came in and completed the job in minimal time. They were clean and did not make a mess of my property. The fence is so beautiful all the neighbors are messaging me gushing over it! I defiantly recommend this company for its quality in work and professionalism overall.

I could not accept their choices of either 9-11 or 2-4, on M-F schedule for a salesman to come by to measure for a quote. These availible schedule "blocks" seems pretty rigid for a business that includes residential in their customer base? Well to me at least.
