Complete Custom Fence

We have not had the fence placed yet but what amazing service from the estimator Tyler. He came out and provided us with great information and service. He was very personable and helped with various questions on our new fence. We are happy Tyler will be with us along this process. Update- We had our fence installed quickly after all approvals, we wanted it extended a little further and Tyler efficiently helped us achieve this.

The crew that came out to extend it was also very helpful and explained the process of the new work. These guys were awesome! Thank you Complete, from beginning to end this process was seamless!

The fence came out nice. A few things that the salesman told me would be done were not communicated to the fence crew. Those were resolved quickly with a few phone calls. The installation is very professional and attractive. It would be nice if at least one person on the installation crew spoke fluent English but that is more and more common. I would recommend Complete Custom Fence with the proviso that the work order is very plain and explicit and that you have the cell number of the supervisor who is proficient in both English and Spanish. If I were not at home and closely monitoring the installation my review would be quite different. Make sure that you monitor closely to ensure that you get what you want.

When we bought our home we didn't think we would ever need to fence in our beautiful landscaped yard, however we didn't know we moved next door to some very rude and nasty neighbors either. The Rep that came out to inspect & measure our project was very professional, knowledgeable & patient as he answered all of our questions. The staff was courteous & kept us in the loop with the delivery of our fence which surprisingly came earlier than they estimated, a miracle during this pandemic! The installation crew not only did a good job, they also communicated & listened to our questions/concerns then cleaned up behind themselves!

Complete custom fence did not disappoint us even in the midst of the pandemic. There was a little delay but its understandable due to delayed shipment of materials. All I can say is that I received A++++++ service from Complete Custom Fence. Everyone provided professional service from the office staff to the installers. Anytime I called the office to get the status on the installation they were courteous and helpful. It did take a while due to inventory hurdles, but they kept me up to date as best as possible.

When the time finally came, the scheduler called to inform me the installers would be there no later than 11 am. The guys (Roldan and Francisco) showed up at 7:30 am asked my wife if we had any questions or concerns and then went right to work. My install was small and I thought it would still take some time, but they were able to setup, install, adjust and clean up in no time.

After the install was complete Roldan went over every inch of the fence to make sure it was satisfactory. Overall the whole experience at times seem lengthy but the company made it painless. I appreciate that very much. Would 1,000% recommend them!

We recently had our vinyl fence installed by Complete Custom Fence and are very happy! Back in June I had several estimates from different companies and Complete Custom Fence was the most affordable. The estimator was on time and very nice and the estimated timeline was pretty much on point. It took a little longer to get the materials but that has to do with the shortages right now, not the company.

Even with the shortages they were communicative and accurate. One thing that was nice too was they took care of all of the permits and contacting the HOA etc, that was very convenient. Overall very happy with the company and our fence!

Because of disruption in the supply chain, which is beyond CCF control, it took a little longer to have our vinyl privacy fence installed. However, it was worth the wait! The fence is just what we wanted. It was installed in two days, due to rain. The installation experts were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The office and sales staff were, also. All of my many questions were answered promptly. We are so pleased that, after much searching, we decided on Complete Custom Fence!

I needed a wood fence in my back yard and received three quotes from reputable Companies. Complete Custom Fence was the cheapest. (Considering the price of lumber right now, there IS no cheap fence). The workmen arrived promptly at 9AM and were done the same day. They were thorough, cleaned up everything so you couldn't tell they had been there except for a beautiful new fence. I was very impressed!
