Tim the Handyman

I left work early to be home for an estimate, and it turned out he came earlier in the day. He did try calling and I sent it to voicemail, but no message was left. I didn't find out he was not coming at the scheduled time until I called after the appointment time, which was a little frustrating, but I understand things happen. I was told I would get an estimate by the following Sunday (6 days after the estimate).

I received no estimate, and even reached out via text to touch base and got no response. As of this morning I informed him I'd find someone else to do the work. It's frustrating I've lost a week to get the needed repair done. I would have understood if I was kept updated on any delays, but that was not the case. Because of the lack of communication and loss of time, I would not recommend using Tim the Handyman. Really disappointed given the other positive reviews here!

Just had Tim do some various projects recently. He definitely lives up to his high star reviews and was extremely courteous has well as fair. Something you dont find a lot of nowadays with people in his line of work.

I called and talked to him, he said he'd call me back that night to set an appointment. No call. I know these guys are busy, so I followed up with a call back 2 days later, I couldn't leave a message because his mailbox was full. So I texted the mobile phone number he called me on, -- left him a message! AND still no return call it's been two weeks.

Tim is easy to work with and has a wonderful positive attitude. Super pet-friendly, and hard-working!!

Tim did an awesome job! I had him give my laundry room a makeover. He replaced old linoleum flooring with vinyl tile, updated the molding, and switched out the old light fixture with a new LED. He also fixed a shelf in my pantry & added a dimmer switch in the dining room. Very knowledgeable & willing to answer any questions I had. A very hard worker, he & his helper worked steadily throughout the day. I highly recommend his services. Great work at a very fair price.

Tim is doing work in our home now! He does a great job, is prompt and so helpful with ideas. I would highly recommend him. Today he even rushed out to fix our plugged toilet. Great work, wonderful guy!

The struggle I find most often with contractors is being able to rely on them, with Tim he has been at my house exactly when he said he would be and he has done an awesome job with communicating with me on how the progress of the work was going. While Tim was here he was extremely polite, he is one of the most respectful people myself or my family has ever met, he took the time to get to know us and was very friendly.

The work he did at our family's house was the best we've ever had done, we finally found a contractor that we can call back and feel 100% confident that the work will get done the right way! I would recommend contacting Tim to anyone that I know, he does amazing work!

Tim is fantastic! He did some exterior foundation painting, power washed my house, caulked some crown moldings and fixed my antique cedar chest. He is neat, knowledgeable,accurate and always cheerful! I most highly recommend him for anything you need done (and don't want to do yourself)! I also needed some new interior doors-which he readily admitted he doesn't do-but he referred me to a colleague who has done a wonderful job! Five's and a big thank you!

Tim did an awesome job fixing my dryer! Got me a great deal on parts and was prompt, clean and courteous when repairing. Very thankful for helping me out! Thanks again for a job well done.

Tim is an all around great guy! He is very knowledgeable when it comes to anything and everything involving a house or apartment. Tim is incredibly efficient and wastes no time finding the problem and fixing it. I honestly recommend Tim to everyone that I come in contact with that needs any household upgrades or just some all around fixin'. If you or someone you know needs any work done, Tim is the man for the job. He is Honest, Trustworthy, and an Incredibly hardworking family man! A+
