Absolutely ruined my home they did my roof and it failed inspection then refused to come a fix it. They have no care or concern for they're workers safety. None of the work is They do is actually done by the company just by sub contractors so if anything fails they can blame the subcontractors

It was a complicated job with a lot of moving parts, repairs, etc. as well as a brand new upgraded shingle, and it all came out fantastic and was done very quickly. I felt like I had the entire company on my side as we went through this project, and I couldn't be happier. I deal with roofing companies every day in my profession, and North-West is the best.

We had a great experience working with Marissa, Blake and the rest of the North West team. They replaced all gutters and downspouts at one of our multifamily properties and did a terrific job. Excellent communication, project documentation and job was completed on budget and on schedule. Their crews were professional on site and did quality work. North-west roofing is a great company to work with! Anytime I've needed a repair or estimate Tiffany was more than helpful and very responsive. Every time we've had work done it's been completed with care and efficiency without causing disruption for our residents. The company and Ms. Wempen have always been a pleasure to do business with.

I don't typically write reviews but I feel it would be a disservice not to mention my experience with this company. About three months ago I was having an issue with leaks around the ridge caps on my roof. Of course, I assumed I might need a new roof or at least a repair. I called and spoke with Tiffany and she couldn't be more helpful. She, of course, was willing to send someone out to evaluate my roof but she was actually kind enough to provide very helpful suggestions on a remedy to temporarily stop the leaks.

I took her advice and applied the fix myself, saving me money that I didn't have. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and provided great peace of mind. I will need a new roof soon, no doubt, and I definitely plan to call North West Roofing when I do. In fact, I have referred a few friends and acquaintances and will continue to do so. I have used Ken Strecker and North West Roofing for many years now. This is a terrible company! We had our roof re-shingled a few years ago and we are already having issues, not due to weather, but poor workmanship! All the promises they made about clean-up were a sham and the crew was terrible. The crew left garbage and clothing that had to be picked up. Please do not be taken in by their smooth sales pitch - it's a lie! They just want your money - they couldn't care less about the quality of the job! Find someone else to do your roof - SERIOUSLY!

One of the most disrespectful crews/company that I have ever experienced. They have no respect for the community or the people living in it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I was very happy with North West Roffing. My project manager, Matt Rawson was incredible from start to finish. Gave me a bid within a day or two of inspecting my roof, got a great team of hard workers two weeks later, always communicated with me to tell me what was going on, returned my texts and calls immediately, took any questions or concerns I had with the upmost respect, double and tripled checked that the clean up was impeccable. Matt even helped me pick out what shingles to put on my roof (black walnut!

I love!). I think he has been the best and easiest person to work with on any project I've ever had on my house (and i have had quiet a few). The roofers were hard working, diligent, polite and considerate. The roof looks amazing. Replacing a roof isn't very much fun but Matt and his team made it as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend.

We recently had our entire roof redone after a wind storm did a number on it. Scott was our main man and was such a pleasure to work with. The process was quick; we had a new roof 2.5 weeks after initially talking to Scott that first day. His guys had the whole project done in about 6-7 hours and they cleaned up every piece of evidence that they were even there and the roof looks fantastic. We absolutely recommend this company, Scott especially as the lead, and will be using them again for our future needs.

Since reviewing North West Roofing, Joe - project manager - private messaged me to let me know that my opinion is irrelevant (as my name is not on the mortgage for my girlfriends' house that we share), that he personally took great care of the property.personally cleaning it up, and that he looks forward to 'seeing me out there' (is that a threat?).

Funny enough, our neighbors' roof is still a mess that failed city inspection (1.5 months later), our garage roof that they broke has yet to be repaired, and our neighbor has texts that Joe sent to her during this project where he bragged about being on a yacht in Miami with football players.not in Denver, taking great care of our property. Disaster. STRONGLY encourage you to look elsewhere.

Joe and the roofing crew did a great job. Joe was available and eager to get the job done. He helped with all aspects of the insurance, and even came out early on a Sunday morning to meet with the adjustor. The roof was done in a timely fashion with minimal disruption. Not much mess left at the end of the job. Watching the roofing crew work was great, they were super motivated and finished in less than a full day. I would highly recommend.

After the huge hail storm in Denver, I called Northwest and Scott came out right away to check my roof. He sent me pictures of the damage and was very professional. I proceeded to have Northwest replace my roof and they were great. Scott went out of his way to find roofing shingles I'd been eyeing for a while even when they don't usually work with the product. They were super quick and my roof looks fantastic. I highly recommend them.

North West Roofing replaced my roof last summer, plus we had to change out our skylights and get some interior work done in our kitchen. The roofers were super nice and the kitchen drywall work was done really quick. The people in the office were friendly when I called with a question, and the sales guy took care of everything g with our insurance company. I was really happy with the service I got, I would use them again if we got more hail. They fixed the roof faster than the hail damage on my car got fixed.

From the employees, Ruth and Maggie and in the office, to the contractors, Justin and Mac, that came out to my house, to the crew that put BOTH my garage and home roof up in under 2 days! Don Nichols with Northwest Roofing has consistently provided timely and professional service at competitive prices. I had a recent transaction where we needed an immediate quote and Don rearranged his schedule to complete it within a few hours. For future roofing needs, I will continue to use Northwest Roofing.

Took months to complete job. Over a year to get permit. I'm paying a guy a year later for flashing work they didn't do. I would not suggest this company even in an emergency. Terrible job and no communication.

We recently used North West Roofing to repair hail damage on our roof, and I was extremely impressed with all aspects of their service. First they were extremely quick, and their representative was kind, thoughtful, and patient. Their construction crew showed up early and they were equally considerate. Lastly, their billing team was very patient and helpful. Their work passed inspection with flying colors, and I can't recommend North West Roofing enough!

My husband and I had a great experience with North-West Roofing, specifically Jeremy Soliday. Jeremy took the time to sit down with us, explain all the details and answer any questions we had. Jeremy also came back to the house (which he didn't have to do) when our insurance inspector came to assess the damage. Jeremy was in constant contact with us during the entire process.

We were very pleased with the roofers and how they cleaned up after placing the new roof. Our new roof looks great. We couldn't have had a better overall experience and would recommend North-West Roofing and specifically Jeremy Soliday to take care of the entire process. Overall North West roofing did a great job with our roof. Our only issues with the installation were waiting on our permit and the time it took to get our materials. This was in the aftermath of a massive hail storm so it is to be expected. Our salesman Kyle is very knowledgeable and friendly. He worked with us on the final cost and was very patient while we made our decision. Installation took one day and the roofing crew did a fantastic job with cleanup. It has been about 4-5 days and I have only found two nails.

North West Roofing repaired our roof several years back. The process was straight forward and the roof turned out well. I did have a bit of an issue where shingles falling from the roof left asphalt on the paint on my walls, but they took care of that and made it right. Recently, after being told I needed a new roof by a storm chaser, Richard Shock (same project manager who handled my original roof) came out and inspected it. He confirmed the roof was fine which saved a ton of hassle.

Our experience with North West Roofing has been absolutely terrible. On the sales side they were very polished and talked a good game. On the delivery of a new roof side they have been the worst contractor we have ever worked with. Once North West Roofing got our money they stopped acting like they cared about us as customers and 6 months after getting a new roof it still hasn't passed inspection. If you like being frustrated and angry this is the company for you.

I wasn't sure if I had enough damage to warrant a total roof replacement, but my field rep Aaron was very courteous, highly professional, and completely honest with me about what was happening and what our options were.

North West Exteriors not only worked on our roof but has done a lot of great work for my clients. I'm a real estate agent with RE/Max of Boulder and have been very impressed with their level of service and the speed at which they respond to requests. Would highly recommend them!

Don and his team are GREAT guys. They helped us to get more money that the insurance company didn't want to pay at first. Their service was on time and speedy even with so much to do after the hail storm. A+++ I recommend them to everyone.

First of all, understand that North West Roofing doesn't do any of it's own work. They are just middle-men who sell homeowners new roofs and then hire tbe cheapest sub-contractors to do the installations. This means that inconsistency will be the name of the game. My house got the short end of the North West crap shoot. The initial job was shoddy and needed repairs immediately for hundreds of nails sticking through the cieling of my front porch.

This took months to be fixed and to this day looks terrible. Three days ago, an entire YEAR after they put on our new roof, the new roof failed it's THIRD city inspection and the saga continues. They've been paid of course so now have littlle incentive to make things right. Do youself a favor if you need a new roof, look elsewhere.

I have never written a complaint before, but I have had quite a difficult time with this roofing company. First my representative did not return my calls for several days when I was out of town and in the process of getting my roof replaced.

It would be funny how inept these folks are if it weren't for the fact I actually need a new roof. They come out, give us the contract to start the work and tell us they want to make sure we have time to read it and they'll be back 2 days later to sign all contracts. The general manager, Paul Reed(who I met with), tells me he'll be back to go through it all.

The meeting time comes and goes and he doesn't call or show up, even though I had to leave work to make the meeting with him. An hour after the scheduled meeting time, I called his cell to see if he'd got caught up on another job, or traffic or what. He claimed he was out of the office that day and that some other guy was supposed to be at my house.

He was SHOCKED the other guy didn't show up. He asked if I could meet with him the next day to pick up the contracts and that I was "his top priority" and that he would personally be on my porch Friday at 430pm to get the contract and he would personally oversee all the work. Much to my chagrin, he again NO CALLED, NO SHOWED. Two days in a row of taking off work early and he can't even call either time? His word is his bond. And both are completely WORTHLESS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS FLY BY NIGHT OPERATION

Love my new roof. They left a pamphlet at my door after a major hail storm. I'm a new home owner so I didn't even think about hail damage. Sure enough, I needed a new roof! Cliff was my contractor and he was very communicative through the whole process. The billing department was also friendly and took care of paperwork with my insurance.

I just had to pay the deductible. Not bad. The crew of guys showed up when expected and put the new roof up in one day. Looks great! I've already recommended to a few friends.

I had a very good experience with North West roofing. They completed my roof and gutters. Marty Peterson handled my contract and he is a very good communicator. He facilitated most of the interface with my insurance company and explained the process in great detail.

We have had the WORST experience with this company. We had our roof replaced by them last August in Aurora. When it came time for the city inspection it would not pass inspection due to a flashing problem.

Larry with North-West Roofing has been doing a great job handling the repair of my hail-damaged roof. I have had a couple other roofs replaced and North-West has been the best thus far. I was amazed by how clean my yard and driveway was once everything was finished. There are some other exterior jobs that they are still handling for me, but I am very happy with the roof and quality of service so far. UPDATE: 11/10/15 - I am changing my 5-star review to 2-stars based on the lack of customer service and lack of response to fixing some issues with my gutters.

I am still happy with the roofing job, but their subcontractor for the gutters installed some flashing in an area that will end up causing an ice-dam and water to seep under the roof. I have been calling and texting my representative at NW for the past three months to resolve some issues with the way the gutters were installed on the backside of my house. At this point, I don't think the roof and gutters will pass inspection until the problem is fixed.

I was very, very impressed with Northwest from start to finish. They came by the day after a terrible hailstorm and I let them look at the roof, and there was damage. I worked with Aaron Campbell who was impressively honest and professional.
