I had my roofing completely replaced on my home in December 2020 and I'm totally satisfied with the work done on the project. The pricing was competitive, the qualify of work and crew was really impressive, and they handled all of the details in a very professional manner. I was able to work with Brett Hall on the project and that was fantastic, due to his experience and expertise.

They also helped us decide to upgrade the gutters and downspouts, which turned out great. We used the hail resistant GAF shingles, which is a prudent decision, especially with the savings on homeowners insurance. I would say 5 or 6 stars is the correct rating for this company based on our experience. Highly recommended!

This started out a 1 star review. The first time Joe Hall repair team came out, I was out of town. My wife told me that the repair looked awful. When I got back, I had to agree. I hope that the crew who performed this went back to flipping burgers. They were not roofers in any sense. I contacted my salesman, Parker Ryan. Within the week, a professional repair team showed up and spent a good bit of time on the repair.

The sky lite is now functional (the first crew told my wife that we were to NEVER to open this hinged, openable window which has been opened many timer in the last 20 years. NEVER!) and it is really a good looking job. Hey, things don't always go right the first time. And extremely poor workers can slip by the hiring process. But I judge a company by how well they respond and ultimately how good the job is performed. Nice recovery Joe Hall Roofing. Well done.

We needed some squirrel exclusion work done and took bids. Joe Hall Roofing's bid was higher than others, but we thought we would pay extra in order to have a job well done. They said they did this kind of work all the time. A three man crew showed up. After 1/2 an hour, they had put up some mesh held with screws which they sealed. I was surprised that they used the same mesh ($7 a roll) that I had in the house and not some strong critter mesh.

Then they put in 4 pieces of flashing (@ 52 cents each). They recommended that I seal the edges of the flashing because they had run out of sealant ($9 a tube) after sealing 6 screws. They left. The cost : $450.

This is the second roof Joe Hall Roofing has installed for us in the last 10 years. The need for both roofs was due storm hail damage. We are very particular on who we let work on our house and Joe Hall roofing gets 6 stars from us. The last roof was needed due to hail damage that was discovered a week before we were to close on a house we had sold. Brett Hall and his team were able to get us on their very busy calendar in time to meet our closing date. Additionally, they provided us with the knowledge and facts to ensure we got the highest payout from our insurer, minimizing our out-of-pocket deductible costs.

In fact, Brett ensured that the same team that installed our first roof in 2011 did our re-roof last month. How many companies that you work with keep their employees for decades! If you need any type of roofing or related repairs Joe Hall Roofing is the company to call!

I used Joe Hall Roofing following a major hail storm and they were great to work with. My insurance company used a drone and software to calculate the total square footage and provided me with a calculation that was incorrect (low) even though I provided them with the initial construction roofing invoice with materials used, and the architectural plans used to construct the home. Joe Hall provided me with an exact estimate of the materials and forced the insurance company to hand measure the roof. Joe Hall's estimate was 100% accurate and the insurance company admitted they had miscalculated by nearly $4,000 in materials. Joe Hall was quick to get the work completed and the quality of the construction was excellent.

Their site manager was very friendly and answered all of our questions, and followed up quickly when the electricians had issues rewiring the replacement powered roof vents. I would highly recommend this company for the quality of work and excellent service.

Jon H. worked with us on getting our house re-roofed. He made several trips to our home. He negotiated with the insurance co. and got two upgrades after he provided them with photos and roof samples. On roofing day roofers arrived at the appointed time. Five men were assigned to our home. Three on the roof, one was a driver and roofer and the fifth man remained on the ground for clean-up.

Everyone seemed to know exactly what they were doing. It was a big job (two full trailers of old roofing/trash) and the job took two days with men working all day. New roof; new skylights and all new flashing. It looks great. They even cleaned the gutters of old roof debris and granules during the process.

One of their employees just flipped me off while they were in a company vehicle. Apparently I did not accelerate fast enough to suit them. Obviously would not recommend due to the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism they display to strangers. EDIT: The situation above DID happen but the GM Heather reached out to me to apologize and assure me that the situation had been taken care of.

Her boss called me and I spoke with him as well. While I am disappointed that this happened in the first place, I find it very honorable the they took the situation so seriously and took such quick action. Their efforts are genuinely appreciated.

Update- The response from this business is not accurate and just reaffirms my review. We won't use again. Can not recommend. The roof is nice and I'm confident that it will last but it is the WRONG color. That's right, they installed the wrong color roof. I brought this up repeatedly and there sales guy told me the color choice was just a "he said, she said" thing. Had they offered some sort of allowance or price reduction we could have worked through it. I guess money is more important.

I wanted to write this letter to thank you for the customer service concerning our new roof. Our consultant was excellent to deal with throughout the process and your staff that installed the roof were very professional and even finished the job early. You guys definitely over-delivered for our home!

They cleaned up everything and we never found any nails lying around. I was very impressed with the whole organization of the entire company. They called us ahead of time, to let us know names of who was working on the roof. The guys that did the estimate were friendly and professional. Everyone had a role and did it very professionally.

I recently purchased a home that Joe Hall Roofing roofed a few years before we purchased it. While up in the attic in our new home, I noticed that Joe Hall never installed a turbine vent where the roof was cut out for one. They just shingled over the hole. I verified that a turbine was paid for by looking at the invoice and counting the turbines on the roof.

One was missing from the count on the invoice. Then, I called the company, went through great lengths to explain and show them (sent pics) what they had not completed. After waiting over a week for a return call, they finally agreed to fix it. After several more weeks of not hearing back from them to schedule the repair, I had the problem fixed by another roofer I have used in the past with good results.

My roofer also found vent tops for gas exhaust that were taped on with duct tape (should have been screwed) and then tape painted over. I WOULD NOT Joe Hall Roofing. "It is not about what you expect from a company. It's about you INSPECT."

I truly appreciate your company going above and beyond to get my roof fixed in such a short notice with the weather and also with me closing on my house so soon. I called many roofing companies and the bids came back all over the place and many said they didn't want to do such a small job.

I wanted you to know that the gutter job has been completed. The owner Dimas, and his helper were both here and very nice, courteous, and came back with a quart of paint this afternoon and painted the new bright white piece to match. I wanted to express my great satisfaction with this company during our recent business transaction. They did some roofing work for me. By the time the work was completed, the production staff, showed interest in making sure that I was satisfied with the service.

I had Joe Hall Roofing install half of my roof about 8 years ago because they are GAF Certified. Big mistake. I am having my roof re-roofed and the side that Joe Hall Roofing installed has 6 sheets of plywood that are completely rotted.

The other half of the roof, which is about 20 years old and had been replaced by another company, is in much better condition and all of the decking was in great shape.

I will never do business with Joe Hall roofing again. Aside from really bad weather tearing off shingles, which in my case, they weren't, there is no reason that 6 sheets of plywood should be completely rotted. One should not have to replace a 25 roof after just 8 years. This was an expensive lesson in making sure one chooses the right roofing company. Irony.initially, after confirmation from my insurance adjuster that I needed a new roof, Joe Hall Roofing was one of the companies I called to come give me an estimate.

Their sales representative called me 3 days later and I told him that I had already contracted Elite Roofing in Fort Worth who is also GAF certified and guarantees their roofs. I now realize as a consumer of a high-ticket expense, how very important it is to take your time, do your homework, and pick a roofing company that is focused on getting you the true life of your investment and roof.

Joe Hall Roofing is an awesome company. They came out the same day I called for an estimate to replace my wind turbines. They assessed the repairs to be done and emailed me a quote the next day. I signed the quote and faxed it back to them.
