They came to my home today and cleaned. They did an excellent job. Very easy to book an appointment. Extremely affordable and professional. I contemplated renting a 'do it yourself' system and am so glad I didn't. They saved me the hassle and it wasn't much more then what a rental would have been. I will definitely use them again.

My mother called New Again for a pet treatment carpet cleaning service, they showed up on time and got the job done quickly. Great service all around.

I am the owner of a downtown Fayetteville company called The Cool Spring Clubhouse. We hired New Again to come in and clean our carpets and rugs so the little ones can continue to have a clean environment. The owner, Jeff, took my appointment and asked me a lot of different questions to make sure he was giving me what I needed. The cleaner that arrived was early, professional, and did an amazing job!

He even took some brochures to hand out to his friends and family because he said he loved our business so much! I highly recommend this company! They were excellent and gave us a great rate!

Jeff came out to my house to do a healthy home assessment and give me a quote based on his recommendations. I took them up on their free room of carpet cleaning and carpet assessment. They really meant it. They didn't charge me for the room and didn't pressure me to using them. The carpet was dry by the end of the day and looks and smells great! I made an appointment to have the rest of my house done and when I found out they did house cleaning as well I had them sign me up for that as well. I would have them in my home even if I wasn't there. I can't say enough good things.

I hired New Again Carpet Cleaning, Inc. to clean my carpets for a rental property I was moving out of. I scheduled it within two days of the service and was completely satisfied with the service. My carpets looked better than when I first moved in. There was no hassles with the rental company accepting their service.

Think twice before you hire these guys to clean your carpet! I had very similar experience to Ivy McDonald: I scheduled their service for 10AM Saturday. They simply never showed up, both of their phones went to voicemail after my multiple calls. They obviously had their own schedule different from mine. I think that at least they could give me a courtesy call to let me know they would not be able to come.

New Again Carpet Cleaning has always been willing to do what we ask. They are always on time, and we have never had any issues. The potential issues we had were always addressed properly and within sufficient time. 5 stars on service, quality and professionalism.

I called New Again on a Tuesday and talked "Jeff". Made a schedule to come out on Wednesday between 9 am and 1 pm. At 1:30 pm I am calling all three numbers. Jeff is on all three answering machines but no one answered. Finally at 2:30 a lady calls me and asked me was I calling the office. I told her yes and I had appointment between 9 and I, it is now 2:30 pm.

She said that she did not have me on her list. I told her i wasn't on the list because I didn't talk to her. She asked me to reschedule. I don't think so. I find it so unprofessional that I schedule an appt and no one in the office knew I had an appt. Then the person I schedule the appt with had not called to tell me he was going to be late or nothing. Just didn't show up. I never call this company again and I will not refer this company to anyone.

I can't believe this place hasn't been reviewed yet! This place did an amazing job! We were moving out of our rental property so I wanted the carpet cleaned before leaving. I had 3 rooms, a hallway, and a living room to be cleaned. It cost $125, which I assume is a good price. I think it was because he did an amazing job. The guy showed up (Kareem - he was super nice) and went straight to work.

I expected it to take 3 hours but it only took about an hour and a half. I didn't have cash because I wanted to tip, but he told me to call a number and I could charge it to my card. I did, and she accidentally charged it twice - which she immediately let me know and told me she would debit it back to my card. It was a three day holiday for the banks so when Tuesday morning she called me at 0900 in the morning to inform me that the money had finally been credited back.

They were very friendly and personal. My landlord loved the job so much he asked for the name and said he would refer them for the rest of his property. Thank you for doing such a great job and being so friendly and available!
