Brighter Image Carpet Care was fantastic from start to finish. I filled out my info and needs on their webpage and had the sweet and professional Rachel call me back in under 3 hours that day. She gave me a price range which was affordable at the low and high range. I told her we were hoping to close by a certain day on our house, and if we didn't, could I reschedule.

She said yes, and I appreciate their business's flexibility with that! AJ came to the house, right on time. Went over pricing again before starting and did not try to up-sale or anything. He was funny, polite, professional, efficient, and just did an overall wonderful job. He was able to also give us an insight as to about how old our carpet was which was SO helpful, because I was so close to just wanting to replace all the carpet in the next year (turns out it was only 3-5 years old!).

Our carpets now look immaculate and beautiful! I also really like how BICC is veteran owned and operated, as we are an Army family, and it makes you feel just even more grateful to have someone with such valor, respect, and selflessness helping you with anything in the place you call home. They came through for me and helped me out when I was in a huge bind. Money was tight, husband is deployed, and I was being forced to move out by my landlord because he wanted to sell the house. With moving, having to prepare my old house to turn the keys in, and trying to juggle a job and a 5 year old; they helped keep me somewhat sane by offering their services at a huge discounted price. AJ showed up on time and did an awesome job. He was very professional and polite. I can't thank them enough for all their help!

Nothing but good things to say about AJ from Brighter Image. I recently moved into a rental property and the carpets were absolutely grimy, dirty, packed with hair and dust. AJ worked an absolute miracle and got my carpets looking almost brand new. He even managed to take the paint stain out of the master bedroom carpet and cleared up stains in the two smaller bedrooms.

Throughout the whole process he kept me apprised of what he was doing, and why he was doing it. As a plus, he showed me the products used and I am glad to say that they are pet safe and non toxic. The two images I am attaching show the filth that AJ was able to take out of my carpet. Hats off to him, and Brighter Image. 100% recommended.

VERY professional service. Yes, they may have been a bit more expensive than other companies my husband and I have used in the past but after using their service I completely understand why. The most thoroughy cleaning we have ever had. We have been stationed in several states and have never had a company clean our carpets with such detail. First off, they had really great availability we are selling our house and needed the carpets cleaned ASAP, they were able to accommodate an appointment 2 days after I called. They kept me super up to date on when they would arrive and when they got here they were very thorough and walked me though what they were working on! The carpets looked and smelled amazing when they were done! Everyone was so sweet you can tell they really value their customers!

Brighter Image cleaned our home at the end of the lease and did an excellent job. They did a full clean of the house, professional carpet cleaning, and sprayed for bugs all for a reasonable price.
