This week, amidst a winter storm in San Antonio, we were fortunate to collaborate with Amazing Air Solutions. Upon reaching out to them, we received a prompt response, securing a same-day appointment with technicians Julian and Vincent within an hour. Their swift acknowledgment and commitment during both an emergency situation and a holiday (Martin Luther King Day) were commendable. Throughout the service, the technicians exhibited professionalism and provided clear insights into the range of service options available. I wanted to share my experience dealing with Amazing Air Solutions recently! My system stopped running in the dead of this recent heat wave and Amazing Air was available 24hrs. I explained my issue and they were willing to send out a specialist, however, I decided to wait until morning. Julian showed up promptly on time the next morning and help discover the issue was a tripped breaker at the main unit outside and also some readings indicating a hard start kit would benefit the system.

I appreciated the honesty from Julian and he was able to answer my questions and provide me with different options to consider with quoted prices as well. Communication was great and callbacks were quick! Will definitely use again!

Julian was very professional and thorough. He explained everything that was wrong with the system and possibly what could have caused the problem. He looked to see if the parts were u see warranty. Julian went out of his way to find us the parts needed to fix our system. Julian made sure everything was working fine before leaving and is coming back Monday to ensure system is good. I called Amazing Air around 6 pm for an emergency service call, they sent Julian out within 30 minutes! He came in and knew exactly what he was doing. He was very polite and helpful. Our AC was blowing warm air on Sunday Morning and the house was getting pretty hot. I have two little ones so I had to fix the problem ASAP. Being honest and not shady. We were told we were buying two ac units and replacing entire system. After installing one system all of sudden the price we were given for two was changed to one, which was $9200. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have asked that they take the unit out completely. We are very disappointed.

This guy roy is crook. I worked with him last winter and I needed money for my family for Christmas and he ask me to go sell a unit for him a little old lady didnt have much money and he said tell her she needs a system and If u sell it I'll give you 1k for your family for Christmas he ask for at least 12k we bought unit at johnstone supply. for 3k and we needed up selling it to the little old lady for 14k he told her she had to get new breaker panel also. (his friend is electrician so he give him kick backs) after sell was final and he got his money he only gave me 100bucks and said he didnt have money he had to pay his office manager who is his wife. then he contracted the work out for the install to his friends and told me he didnt have work for a week but I can come by his house to pick up trash.

I picked up boxes of fireworks. the ones that have alot of rockets that are like 100 bucks ea. so instead of honoring his word to pay me he spent it on fireworks. fuk this guy hes a con artist and will scam you for money

5 Stars Amazing air solutions really came through for my wife and I in helping us with the install of a new AC unit after our old one died. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Really impressive!

Roy and his team have been awesome in every way. When we first moved to San Antonio abs bought the house in 2011 we learned on the very first day that the A/C wasn't working, abs it was about 110 degrees outside! We checked with others but they offered both the best pricing and by far the quickest response. They're our Go-to guys from that point forward.

Last year we had a situatingsituation develop in the condensation drain line because I didn't know I needed to pour bleach down the line every few months. It only took one call to Roy and he had one of his highly skilled technicians over within an hour or so. I highly recommend Roy and his entire team.

After a super long day, my wife calls me as I'm headed home " Honey, I adjusted the temp in the house so it will be nice and cool for you." This was 4:15 pm. I get home and see the thermostat is set to 73 however the inside temp was at 78. So I check the breakers, and climb up in the attic to inspect the unit. Not having a clue what I was looking for.

I check the air filter and it was dirty. I rush off to the home supply store to pick up a filter. But changing the filter wouldn't fix my issue. I bought my house new in Feb of 2015. So the AC unit isn't super old or rusty. I checked Yelp immediately once arriving at the store for residential HVAC. I called three different place with $100 dollar service call at one.

No answer and voicemail asking to text them. I left the voicemail and still have not received a call. They are supposed to be open 24/7. I went out on a limb and called Amazing Air, they didn't have any review but it was 4:30 pm at this point and they were closing soon. Roy answers the phone promptly and said he can come over. He arrived promptly, and was well dressed and super professional. Wearing booties over his work boots and a little red carpet.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my AC. The power distributer was not functioning properly. The price was fair and my house was cool before my wife came home from nursing school.

Roy and Rick were very fast, polite, professional and courteous. They arrived on time and did a great job getting our a/c units fixed. We would recommend them to anyone looking to have a/c repairs and we would certainly use them again ourselves.

A bit pricey for a relay replacement. That being said, the tech was presentable, professional, timely, punctual, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Our house was a furnace and he fixed it quickly and efficiently. He seemed to go above and beyond and gave me preventive maintenance tips for the AC unit. He took the time to give the unit a charge and washed it out.

Though it was a bit pricey I feel the overall value was good and am confident with the repair. 250.00 relay replacement but was given military discount that I didn't even know was available. Will use this company for future maintenance.

1 year later 7pm currently 81degrees in my house. I wouldn't mind the big bill if I was cool and comfortable in my home but to have a big bill and still be uncomfortable is my issue. I'm trying not to be annoying but after all is said and done I'm going to spend over $5000.

My unit went out on Monday night and Roy with Amazing Air came out to my house the very next day. The service was fast and efficient. He also kept us well informed about the problem as well as the repair process.

I have used this company for all of my AC/Heating needs. They are very professional and honest every single time! I have had my inside unit replaced and Roy made sure my family was comfortable over the weekend before we could get the unit installed!
